KnightRise: The Return of The Fallen - 7 Years After Knight Fall

In A Galaxy, Far, Far Away...

Fifteen Thousand Years before the Appearance of Lord Vader, The Republic is at ease with the galaxy at rest. What is secretly thought to be a small myth, is actually a plan to set the galaxy in turmoil again, as the Sith have now prepared to launch the Silent Strike into action. A massive fleet of undetected Sith cruisers have appeared on the orbit of Alderaan, ravaging the entire planet into shreds as it's inhabitants fell down in a couple of hours. The Silent Strike was the Flagship of this invasion, where the biggest threat known to the galaxy rests on it's command room.

However, after a set of unknown events on Dantooine the whole plan changed in a matter of seconds. The story went to Coruscant where the whole thing broke into pieces. Although the records are not very accurate on what happened there, one thing is true. The fleet commanded by Colonel Saturos had faced off the vast Sith fleet, although it was a heroic battle, something just went wrong. It turned into a nightmare as a single shot from a unknown warship landed on both of the fleets flagships. Nobody survived the following phenomenon and if anyone did, they probably hid in the nearest planet.

But, our heroes from earlier.. Some of them.. Gone.. Or.. [Static] We currently.. Follow.. Ex-Spec Ops Commander, Elizabeth C. Boylan, Currently referred as 'Lizzy'.

After the events of Knight Fall she decided that leaving the Republic would be good, turning away to find herself hiding in an underground cantina.
Which.. Is where a certain bounty hunter would be waiting for Lizzy to follow her daily routine, unknown of what was waiting for her.

Lizzy would have her arms crossed, taking her time to look around and notice a couple of bounty hunters staring at her. ''That's weird.. It's the second time they stare back at me.. Doesn't matter.. I can go back to close my eyes and rest for a while..'' She though before leaning against the cushioned seat, closing her eyes to forget about certain events that had happened long ago.

Hiding inside and out of sight, he can't help but think its funny that the bounty hunters lie in plain view of her. *he turns on his mask examining what weapons Lizzy has on her* Sighing he says "Another kill, in and out. Only problem i'll have is dealing with her, the other bounty hunters shouldn't take too much time. If i'm lucky she'll take them out. Maybe i'm giving her too much credit..."

Coruscant, 'Illegal & Not So Legal' Cantina

A few seconds passed until one of the bounty hunters took out a small dart pistol, aiming it at Lizzy not that she was distracted. However, Lizzy had been trained to hear and know when many objects are triggered, for example the bounty hunter's dart pistol. For the rest of the people in the cantina the small 'Ssshissh' noise it made would be unhearable, but Lizzy had heard that in her resting.

Lizzy ducked under the table and pushed it so that it would take the shot, making the whole cantina notice how a fight would turn up. A couple of drunk smugglers and criminals would begin to punch each other as Lizzy had got out a custom-made Republic blaster, getting a direct hit at one of her hunters head.''Still got the skills..'' She muttered before pulling the weapon's trigger again and running into the crowd.

''There she goes! Get her!'' One of them said as they all shot anyone who stood in their way.

Another shot from Lizzy swiftly went past some unknown man, probably another bounty hunter from the looks of his armor. The shot hit another of the running bounty hunters, leaving only three alive.

Seeing his target pass by her, he doesn't get much of a look at her. But knows she is his target. He swiftly trips up bounty hunter at the back with his right foot. Watching him gurgle blood, as he sunk his blade into the bounty hunter's neck. Then he threw the bounty hunter's body over the edge down into the massive traffic of Coruscant. "Two down, she's not making many mistakes..." He said as he slowly followed after her behind the bounty hunters. Walking to make sure he didn't draw her attention to fire on him. Although keeping to the side slightly so he isn't shot by miss-fire. While he calmly walks behind them he wonders... Are her weapon mods for cosmetic appeal, or are they like his. Him often adding weights, and different handles to get the optimal preferences for is proficiency. He sighs, "I guess i'll get to figure that out when she's down. These idiots better not mess this up for me, my clientele offers triple if I can get her back alive..."

As Lizzy had pushed her way across the fighting crowds she managed to run outside while trying to avoid the bounty hunters shots. She peeked down at the massive traffic going down below them, wondering if jumping and luckily landing on a vehicle would be reasonable. Without hesitation Lizzy had instead chosen to turn around and place a couple of shots on the chest of another bounty hunter, sending him flying backwards before aiming at the other two.

A small hissing noise made her know that one of them had fired at her. Without having to look below Lizzy noticed that the shot had barely touched her shoulder. The two bounty hunters continued to run towards her before their target decided to fight back.

''I hope she's worth the money!'' One of them said while approaching Lizzy, only to be punched and thrown over the platform, screaming in agony before getting smashed by a vehicle.

''If.. You want to end like him, I would like you to back off and run.. Understood?'' Lizzy said in a wounded voice, feeling the sharp pain that the shot had caused to her shoulder. If the blast had hit it completely she would be screaming in pain right now, but only a small part managed to fly by closely to burn her shoulder-pad.

''Shut up and beg me not to shoot you dead!'' The bounty hunter yelled before Lizzy decided to shoot the visor of his helmet and listen to the quiet 'thump' his lifeless body made.

''You'll be fine Elizabeth.. You'll be fine..'' She told herself before placing a hand on her burned shoulder-pad and ducked down to search the bounty hunter's body for any clues to know why she was attacked.

What Lizzy wouldn't know, would be that there was still one Bounty Hunter alive that she hadn't seen before. And he would not be like the cheap ones she had just fought.

Slowly walking up to her, he's not surprised to see the bounty hunters downed. Being such poor excuses for bounty hunters, none like the Mandalorian. He actually found himself staring a bit, he had info on his target. But simple things, like blonde, short hair, that kinda stuff. But he looked her up and down, and then stayed examining up and down her long boots with his eyes... "I take it.... That burns.." *slightly distracted he can't help but talk slow*

Lizzy had been too busy searching for clues that she simply answered the voice's question, ignoring the fact that it could be another bounty hunter. ''Yes.. It does.. Wait a minute..'' She muttered before standing up and aiming her blaster at the mandalorian while groaning a little from the burned shoulder-pad.

In that same moment there was something from the Mandalorian's helmet visor that attracted Lizzy's attention, as if he was looking for something. Or perhaps he was lost, or he was getting her distracted.

''Whoops, Sorry for that. Um.. Ahem, Who are you?'' She asked with a gentle voice, unsure of who the stranger was.

Still somewhat distracted, he almost pulled out his blades when she drew her weapon against him. "My name, its Reaper, Reaper Daithi'. And you my dear, have a nice pair of legs on you. If I may say so myself..." He hears someone slowly approaching from behind, but takes note of it. And keeps talking despite the fact. " I took out one for you. Kinda crappy for hired hands."

Lizzy slowly began to lower her blaster, blushing from the comment that 'Reaper' had made. ''Um.. Thanks. Although I can take care of myself. Understood?'' She said before remembering she didn't know who he really was after all. ''Now if you excuse me.. I have.. Things to check..'' Without waiting for Reaper to answer her she began to resume her work, searching for any clues while forgetting about his presence.

While Lizzy searched the Bounty Hunter's armor, she found a previously unlocked data pad that her hunters might have opened in the chance of chasing her. She watched how a couple of number signs and names popped up in a list, showing about a hundred bounty hunters, which one of them would be right next to her.

A whole minute passed before she came across Reaper's data as Lizzy stared at the small picture of his helmet. Her hand shook as if the data pad was about to explode, making her feel nervous before slowly beginning to stand up.

''So.. Why are you around here?.. Is anything.. Interesting around this parts?'' Lizzy asked while keeping a tight grip on her blaster.

"Not much, your about it. So tell me, judging by how your hand was shaking. You know who, and what I am." He casually steps closer to her. "I know there's a lot of people after you, but. Luckily i'm not one of them." He says giving her a charming smile. "Oh, and judging by that little mistake. Apparently you can't. (handle herself)"

It would have seemed that the whole place went silent as the Mandalorian tried his charisma at Lizzy.

After all, it happened that she loosened her grip on her blaster, although not enough to be able to put it away.

Lizzy threw the data-pad at Reaper's chest and stared at him with a doubtful look. ''And how would you prove that? You were in that list. Don't try to fool me.. You're probably another 'hunter. I will suggest you keep your distance from me, Or else I will pull this trigger.'' She said coldly while walking back to the cantina, hoping he wouldn't be a fool and try to attack her.

What Lizzy didn't notice was that she was now next to Reaper, her intention was to get the cantina and forget about what happened, but now in a second everything could change or remain the way she thought would go. The choice remains on Reaper as it seemed everything was going in slow motion.

His look grew cold and grimaced glare within his mask. Then completely emotionless he says, "Fine lets do this..." Pulling out his two vibro blades, he slowly walked towards her. Idle chatter ensued as he said, "You know the contract I got for you. Its dead or alive, your worth more alive.. You want to treat me like some serial killer, fine. You'll get it, I mainly sell info. not this hired gun stuff. But no..... Its done. By the way. I meant that complement.." He holds his vibro blades at his sides points toward lizzy in a non-aggressive fashion. His movements robotic as he walks slowly towards her. "I already failed my assignment anyway....."

Lizzy could feel Reaper's footsteps behind her, making her to turn around and aim her blaster at his chest. ''I told you to keep your distance.. Don't make me do this.'' She said sadly while ignoring the fact that he had taken out two vibro blades.

"You haven't heard a word I've said have you... Figures.." Gripping his vibro blades tight, he continues to walk with a robotic ghostly nature about him. "If you heard it, this would all become very clear to you. My actions, my reasons, everything....."

Lizzy didn't want to figure out what would happen next and slowly pulled the trigger, looking away as the blast went straight to Reaper's chest. She wasn't going to really shoot him, but it was safer if there wasn't a bounty hunter walking next to her.

Dodges the shot, but narrowly on purpose. Falling to the ground like it hit him in the chest he holds his chest. Coughing he says, "Augh! (in agony) .....Your still not listening..."

Lizzy gasped before dropping her weapon and walked up to Reaper, falling to her knees as she tried to touch his shoulder. ''I.. Um.. Am.. Listening..'' She said sadly before trying to see if he was badly wounded.

Dropping his vibro blades, he still holds his chest. While on his knees he finally says, "You missed, don't be alarmed... I didn't mean to scare you. But it was the only way to get you to drop the gun.."
