"Peace," Bellatrix chided between Nydia and Zane. She didn't want to cause an unnecessary friction between anyone, and since Zane was with her, it did fall to her to help out mediate these situations. "Zane, please don't be rude. A girl is very sensitive to comments like that, and I would have no doubt in my mind that Foya would smack you on the head for saying such a thing in her presence. Please apologize."

Turning over to Nydia, she apologized as well, saying, "Please don't take it personally. As you just saw before, Zane's... a bit blunt with his wording." But she smiled and continued, "so, I'm guessing you made a friend recently? May I meet him or her?"

Waiting on that reply, she turned over to Mordecai and politely asked, "May I please have a mask and some herbs please?"

"Knives eh? A bit smaller than the two I carry but I bet they get the job done." So a ranged poisoner much like himself. No doubt he could probably wield them well enough in close quarters, but Yasker wouldn't know for sure until he saw him in combat. "Yea, I too would guess poisons probably wouldn't be a sure thing past the fog. I just hope those are sharp enough to penetrate the beholder." Yasker said before falling back into silence. The silence didn't last for long as the eastern man man spoke up, giving his own name and lands of origin.

"It is a pleasure to meet you, Kenji-san."
Looking up and flawlessly delivering a greeting of his own. He tipped his hat as an alternative gesture to standing up and bowing. "I have heard of your lands but unfortunately or perhaps fortunately for your country, my work has never carried me over there." He said with a chuckle and smile. "But that doesn't mean I don't know about your country, in fact one of my mentors came from your land although I will admit he didn't talk too much about Nippochin. She did speak fondly of it when she did though." Reflecting on his own memories of training with his mistress. She had taught him almost everything he knew about his chain-sickles and plenty about unarmed combat. "She called her home, 'A single white lily in a crimson sea.' perhaps I will visit there after my business is done in Eopeth." His hand subconsciously drifting to his armor, the spot right above his necklace ring. "But enough talk of the past, let us discuss the present!" Changing the subject before more memories could take hold. "I am curious to the nature of the scales on you, noble fighter. The scales look reptilian but I would not presume to know the origins of the species that they belong to. Perhaps you could enlighten me to their background? Also! This is my friend and mate Ghera. Her father is the chieftain of the lake nearby, a nice guy when he isn't trying to kill you. The goblin is not my mate. Just my partner and his name is Sgrib. He also almost kidnapped the Guild Leader Irina." Grinning as he introduced the gator-mage and goblin. Perhaps it was a bit too much to assume they were mates after one night together, but enforcing that kind of thinking in Ghera would do more harm than good in the long run. He just thought she should talk to someone than stay quiet and aloof. And spreading the infamy of Sgrib was too funny to pass up.

Yasker glanced over as Nydia and Bellatrix seemed to be having some conversation going along with the fairy. "You wouldn't happen to know their fighting styles too, would you? It'd help me create a strategy for fighting the Beholder we're after." Asking Kenji, rather quietly.

Yasker's familiarity with Nippochin, though apparently secondhand, is a welcome attribute in Kenji's eyes. To his knowledge, there aren't that many on this side of the world who know much of his homeland; among those that do, there seem to be a number of misconceptions about its culture. The warriors of the feudal age were far from the romanticized interpretations those people seem to believe, and while their expertise in stealth is indeed monumental, the ninja assassins did not have any of those strange mystical powers. Seriously, who came up with the idea of a ninja wielding a zanbato, and creating dragons out of water? That's just absurd.

Speaking of Nippochin's breed of assassins, it's starting to sound as if Yasker was trained by one. That would certainly explain his choice of attire, as it bears a close resemblance to one of the shinobi of old. Said mentor had fond memories of her homeland as well, judging by the "single white lily in a crimson sea" comment. If she's still alive, Kenji would be rather interested in meeting her. She likely knows some martial arts of her own, and besides, it would be a welcome change of pace to be in a fellow Nippochin native's company.

Getting back to the present situation, Kenji is swiftly prodded by that recurring question of where his scaled arms came from. His hybrid nature was always rather obvious, but many either get only as far as "something reptilian," or just assume his non-human half came from an alligator or other common lizard variety. He's thankful that Yasker opted for the former, as it avoids any awkward misunderstandings.

Just as Kenji's about to answer the question, however, Yasker promptly introduces him to the assassin's two companions: a gator woman named Ghera, and a goblin named Sgrib...the latter of which apparently has "attempted abduction of a Guild Leader" on his record. Opting not to pry into that matter out of courtesy, Kenji bows to greet them as well. "A pleasure to meet you, Ghera-san, Sgrib-san." Doing his best to shrug off the difficulty of pronouncing Sgrib's name, he turns back to Yasker in order to answer the man's prior question. "As for my scales, I got them from my mother. She's a dragon, and...well...it's complicated." He hopes the mere mention of his draconic heritage will be enough for the assassin, as doing so brought back the memory of her being wounded in the dojo's defense. "Needless to say, these claws pack more punch than a mere human fist, and they double as excellent slashing weapons, as well."

Upon being questioned on Nydia and Bellatrix's fighting styles, Kenji can only shrug. "I'm afraid that I myself have yet to see them in action. I only arrived here yesterday, and my first meeting with them was on the way to town. If I had to hazard a guess, though, I'd say that Nydia would use a refined sword art made for dueling, as that seems to be the best fit for her. As for Bellatrix...I fear I'm at a loss." If he recalls correctly, he saw something resembling a sword on Nydia's person, though the sheath's design suggested it was much thinner than any blade he knows of. Perhaps it's some sort of personal custom design?

Katya nervously looked around to make sure the coast was clear before she dropped down to her knees and slid under the counter, between Dorgan's legs. Using the counter for cover she quietly reached up, pulling his cock from his britches. She eyed up the slowly expanding piece of flesh, her mind flashing back to images of last night when it had been buried deep inside her, and of the feelings it had brought. The now familiar heat churned in her gut as her mouth went dry as stared at it, slowly pumping it's length with her hand as it continued to stiffen.

Remembering the new technique Wyck had taught her, she gulped before tentatively running her tongue up the backside length of Dorgan's cock, lapping it up and down several times before focusing on swirling her tongue around it's head. Nervously, thoughts still on last night, she started to take his length into her mouth, taking a bit more each time she bobbed her head up and down.

When she felt him nearing his peek she quickly let go, grabbing a bread roll from counter, lacking another suitable container, and spilling his seed inside of it. The idea formed on how to take Dorgan's bakery to the next level, to rise it above any other bread maker, infusing monster seed into the dough. It would have to make some of the more odious or foul tasting fluids more palatable.

Octave begins to question the nature of the spoiler, wondering why Taphacia can't say anything about the matter concerning what she's going to be going up against, but seeing that not only are there spoiler boxes for people to read, but also plain text visible to everyone to read. Mentioning anything ruins the surprise of that. Seeing that some of the other hunters are somewhat aware of events happening down here, in a sense, it might be better to keep things on the hush-hush for the time being, just to prevent them from knowing what kind of fun they'll get themselves into. Plus with Taphacia a surprise as well means the other major players in this game are going to make their grand entrances and the chaos that will ensue from it. Octave nods off to the response about there being extra players, which does also worry her a bit since that means one extra person she needs to deal with, but hopefully things will be in her favor in the long run... if there is a long run.

Now for the Guild Leader... So far it seems, at least to Octave, that in order for this person to get their spot, Irena needs to die. Somehow or another she is going to die, but Octave rather not do it by her hands. There is so many ways she could go about this, and with the hunters heading out with Mordecai means she has some easier times screwing things up to make it look like she died from natural causes... or she can help cure Irena of those seeds in her systems, get her gratification and perhaps some other perks before finally letting her getting the axe. Even with the seeds out of her, she is going to end up dead somewhere in this particular story, it's just a matter of who or what does her in and Octave doesn't want to be a part of that. "I'll see about getting those seeds out of her," Octave mentioned, rubbing her own chin. "If we can keep her alive for just a bit longer, we might be able to work something out in our favor and possibly screw... whoever gets in our way," not even sure on how she would phrase that properly, "and we get more allies on our side. It's not perfect, but the less killing I have to do, the better."

A shiver ran down her spine when Taphacia made that party blower noise with her tongue. While that does seem like a snake thing to do with her tongue, that noise just feels completely off. Sure she's a omnipotent demoness that can bend reality to her whim, but that doesn't make her any less creepy than one might put it. There's not really much else add to that, so...

Speaking of more allies, the mentioning of getting orcs to follow Octave sounds pretty intriguing. This does bring up the idea of her heading out into the hills and finding a cave there, only to be denied because of the orcs living in the area. Now this is her chance to finally claim some area for herself and get some additional members to her team. Also wasn't there some extra members to Gharol's harem she's missing? "I like the idea," Octave cooed. "I just need to go talk to a couple of people and see if I can't get things rolling on that. You pretty much set up my entire day for today. Hopefully I can get some nice experience out of this, along with a good roster of sexy strong orcs for us! You'll like that, won't you?" Octave beams widely at the thought, teasing the demoness with some willing orcs bearing it all and all lined up while getting them ready for the fights ahead.

"So if that's everything, I'm gonna take my leave and get going on getting things done." Octave begins to move away from the room and head back on up, hoping to meet up with Pegning and get him to work on something else while she's gone, while hoping to run into Gharol and asking some questions concerning the tribe she came from and anything else that may help the monkey complete the day.

Nydia exhales as Bellatrix attempts to smooth things over. "Yes, well I suppose I can accept an apology and let it pass this time." She eventually says, glancing over at the fairy. She still didn't care for this Zane much, but there was no sense in letting every comment of his bother her.

The topic at hand turning to Kazzu catches Nydia somewhat off guard and she stays silent for a moment as she ponders her reply. Gnolls were incredibly rare and letting word get out around the outpost that there was one in the forest might be trouble for Kazzu. Then again, Bellatrix did seem to be on the side of living in harmony of beasts so she could likely be trusted. "Well, I think it would be presumptuous of me to call myself her friend..." She begins, quietly so that no one else will overhear. "But I did encounter a gnoll in the forest. Quite possibly the last gnoll. I could take you there but I must have your word that you will tell no one."

Tamara

Spoiler (click to show/hide):

Duolc let out a short 'hmph' and adjusted her sword onto her back, as you prompted her to get moving, she seemed hesitant for a moment but simply sighed and followed along, walking right behind you towards wherever you were planning to head to next. The Pigman let out a short grunt as his only say in the whole thing, simply waving you a goodbye as you headed off with Duolc.

Dorel

Spoiler (click to show/hide):

"...Edible?!" The two Melanies questioned, again in unison. "No!" One of them spoke up first, well, at least now they weren't speaking at the same time. "It's...Not edible...At least...I don't think it is I...I never heard of that happening." Regardless, you had a gryffon to go after. Deciding to focus on that, you continue on your way up the mountain, the temperature slowly dropping as your head further and further up. Eventually, you begin to arrive at what appears to be close to the peak, the wind roared around you, smacking the hard rock as climbed your way upwards. As you got closer to the top, you began to spot pieces of what appeared to be some sort of massive nest, little pieces of wood, branches and twigs, slowly gathered up around and becoming more prevalent the further up you went. Eventually, it started to form something of a path as, much to your surprise, you happened upon what could be described as a literal mansion made out of twigs and branches...Well, not in actual architecture, of course. It lacked any kind of roof or walls, but it was massive in size, divided into several sections which spread out all about the place. You could spot a few egg shells here and there, no doubt from the inhabitants. The variety in color and shape of the eggs only led you to think that more than one type of bird-like creature lived in this area. Regardless, before you could get a good look, you spotted a shadow hovering over you.

Dorel DEX roll - (1-,X) - 1

Before you could even react or acknowledge the attack, you felt a massive talon slamming against your back and pressing your face against the branches. The talon itself didn't sink into your skin, simply pushing you into restraint below it as you heard a female voice speak to you. Glancing behind, you could barely out the shape of just your mark! The griffon! "This place is strictly for monsters. Avian monsters. Your kind is not welcome here, hunter. I will say this only once, leave now or I'll toss you down myself."

Wyck

Spoiler (click to show/hide):

The mimic blinked a few times. "A third leg? I'm pretty sure humans only have three legs though!" She stated, innocently enough. There was a short moment of silence before the hint finally dropped on her. "Oh." She stated, rubbing her chin. "That. Yeah...Yeah I can try that." She mumbled, glancing down at the spot where she was going to mold things at. She slowly began decreasing in size but, as she did, a huge, shapeless mass of what appeared to be her flesh started to form around her crotch. By the time she had gotten down to her desired six feet of height, she had something similar in size to a watermelon of flesh in her lap. "Right so...I only saw this once from a centaur that was waltzing about the plains...I don't know how if there's different shapes but..." She confessed, as she sunk her fingers into the mass of flesh and slowly began molding it, as if it was a piece of clay. It easily squished and reformed under her touch, until it was finally turned into a fifteen inch long, two inch thick horse cock, black around the base and slowly transitioning to a bright shade of pink, complete with balls and everything. "...Uh, like this? I'm not sure how this helps me look any more human, honestly..."

Bellatrix and Nydia

Spoiler (click to show/hide):

Zane sighed, rolling his eyes some. "Fiiiine! I apologize, geez." He sighed, waving his arms about a bit. "...The fuck's a gnoll?" He questioned out loud, still on Bellatrix's shoulder.

At this moment, Mordecai closed in to deliver the mask and herbs that Bellatrix that had asked for. "...A what now?"

Katya

Spoiler (click to show/hide):

Whether it was due to Katya's new milking skills or maybe Dorgan just getting more into things, the orc's load was nothing short of shy by the time he finished. Admittedly, he seemed to get quite confused as he felt his own bread dough touching his lower member but hey, Katya was the boss, after all. His release proved to be a little excessive for the small roll of bread, however, as it got filled entirely and fully with the orc's spunk, with some of it leaking from both ends of the bread. The bread itself getting heavier with its new cream filling. It probably wouldn't take long for another client to come by, you know. If Katya wanted to do a little field testing with this new idea of hers, she no doubt could get a few passerby to try out. In fact, someone was approaching right now it was...A young blonde woman, one of the outpost locals, you'd guess, she nervously passes on a few coins over the table and smiles. "Ah, hello. Are you Dorgan's owner, I take it? It's a pleasure to meet you. I uhh...I just wanted a little snack before I headed off to work."

Octave

Spoiler (click to show/hide):

Taphacia chuckled mischievously, waving her fingers about playfully. "Ohhhh~~Going the pacifist route, are we?" She teased, slithering about slowly as she listened in to you, nodding her head slightly at the idea of a bunch of orcs following her. "Hmm...Yes, that'd be nice. Of course, I don't want them to exactly work for me...That's not really how I operate. But I could use them, yes." She confessed, waving her hands about slightly as she slithered off into a shadow.

She then suddenly felt a pair of hands on her shoulders, then another pair of hands, then another. Taphacia was right behind her, she leaned in close, lips against your ear, her hot breath wafted softly against your skin and, as she spoke, you could feel her snake tongue shaking within her mouth. "By the way...I don't mind you thinking about stabbing me in the back...Nor do I mind you making plans about it." She stated, one of her hands slowly crawling upwards, to Octave's neck, feeling it, testing it. "I find it exciting, really. This challenge, this little game you want to play." Taphacia's grip suddenly tightened, right around the base of Octave's neck. "...But you might want to be more careful about what you think, or what you consider...And where. You. Do it." Taphacia's tongue licked the edge of Octave's ears as she slowly pressed her face against the monkey's. "I'm gonna give you a little tip..."

Octave suddenly felt something prodding her backside again. "...Oh, wait, no, my bad, not that one, not what I meant. Sorry, threatening people like this gets me a bit horny. Where was I? Oh yeah."

"If you want to play that game with me...You're gonna have to play by my rules. Which means, no planning. No overthinking. You're just gonna have to improvise when the time comes. Doesn't that make things so much more exciting? I mean, plans are good and all, but what's the fun in thinking things ahead, when you can just follow your gut? I mean, your gut-" Taphacia suddenly gripped the flesh around Octave's stomach, her nails almost digging right into the flesh. "Is what you got this far, isn't it? If you forget your gut...Maybe I'll just rip it off and show it to you...Maybe you'll remember about it, then?"

"Anyways, that's all I wanted to say, I do believe you have your day cut out for you, as you said...So...Tata~~"

Octave was now by the exit of the ruins, with no memory of how she event got there, her eyes had just blinked for a single moment and she now found herself there, though the warmth of Taphacia's touch was still fresh on her body, slowly fading away as her hands were no longer there. A hand on your shoulder again. It was Pegning this time, however. "There you are. Where you went? Was looking for you." The orc questioned, tilting his head to the side in worry.

At least things are going to work out for Octave with this orc business. The only connection she has is with Pegning and Gharol, so they'll be the best source she has about getting all of the remaining orcs into the ruins. Even if Taphacia isn't going to use them, more numbers on their side means it'll be better for them in the long run. Plus to have people living in here and having a community will be fantastic for Octave. It can allow her to learn something about these people and how they operate, and if she's the chieftain than there's some perks that will come with it. She hasn't thought of taking up a leadership role, but this may be her first time doing so. Just thinking about it has a smile on her face and feeling all too giddy about having more than just Pegning and Gharol living with her.

The moment where she's being grabbed like that and listening to what the demoness has to say to her had Octave stiffening up slowly as she listens to her haunting words. She feared every syllable that came out of her mouth and the moment she mentioned about going on to kill her drained every ounce of color from her body, including her hair and fur. This was not something she was hoping to hear out of her mouth. Sure it's not going to be a secret and Octave has been at this for years, but hearing it right out of Taphacia's mouth and her current hold on her just made it worse and scaring Octave right down to the core. That moment where she dreaded the idea of her mentioning it has finally come into fruition and here she is cowardly stiff as a board and nowhere to run. She fell right into her trap and she is afraid to move, scared that she might die from a mere twitch she makes. She can't even bare looking at her while she listens to these chilling words, as there's nothing but a thousand yard scare with shock and horror filled in her grey eyes.

And where does she even begin with that? It's not like there was a plan to do her in. It's more on how to go about killing her! The secret to finding that one weak spot, and then when the time is right it'll come into play. OK, she does agree that thinking on her feet and actually going for the kill sounds about right, but how does she go about it when everything she tried before failed on every level possible! There's nothing! Nothing currently that is at Octave's disposal that could do this demon in and now she knows about it fully and spoken about it, Octave isn't certain she can actually go through with it. She's forever going to be a slave to this monster and doomed to keep repeating the same acts over and over again. The curse will never be lifted and she'll be driven mad from all the people she caused these nightmares to. The only thing that hasn't stopped is her heart and her brain, and she wishes that they did. Although she does ponder about the how she'll get to finally getting rid of Taphacia, not the when because that's just going to blow up in her face, but even now that's not going to help.

What's going to matter now is focusing on the task assigned to her today and getting it done. Octave finally brakes out of her spell when Pegning touched her. She panics from the touch, still feeling that odd touch from the lamia, although seeing the orc before her has her calming down at his form. She stands there for a moment, trying to catch her breath after shrieking at the top of her lungs before collapsing down onto her butt and looking up at the orc carpenter. "Oh? You were?" she huffed, a smile returning to her face. "I'm sorry to scare you like that, I was just checking up down below on... something." She appreciates the touch from the orc, liking the touch of someone who cares about her holding on and asking about her safety. Octave got herself back up onto her feet, brushing herself off and she turns to Pegning, a light blush on her cheeks.

"Um, say, would you like to help me in... I dunno, getting some other orcs in living here?" she proposed to him, twiddling her thumbs. What is going on here? "I... thought that it'll be nice to have the rest of your tribe living here in these ruins, possibly living much better in here than wherever else and maybe make this into a thriving community!" She gives Pegning a more friendly and warm smile. "I'll see about getting Gharol and finding the rest of her members that scattered about, getting them to live here with us and really things going!" The monkey leans in and wraps an arm around the orc. "If you don't mind, of course, it'll get you out of here and helping out in a bigger way. It'll mean a lot and I can repay the favor whatever you like! So let's get Gharol and see what we can do about getting others living here!" Octave points on over to the entrance to the ruins and back to her little cave home, hoping to run into Gharol along the way and asking her about getting more orcs to live here.

Katya quickly scooted out from under the counter before the woman could see anything, straightening herself up as the woman approached.

"Yes, Dorgan is hard... worker," She stammered slightly.

"You work in town?" She questioned, "What as? Need energy boost, demanding job? Have perfect thing, keep you going strong long time, keep you strong."

She placed the 'seeded' roll down on the counter.

"Is new experiment, uses... infusion... of special ingredients, local produce and products to preserve and increase strength"

Katya smiled her best grin, hoping the woman would buy the act.

Tamara starts leading back to the outpost with confidence, taking a deep breath after the thankfully-peaceful encounter. "I apologise for the scare I must have given you. It's not like he could have told you that 'the big-chested hunter in armor' is a friend. We're both smiths, it was a nice thing to learn about him after the fuck he gave me." She chuckles a little, patting her still-unarmored stomach. Perhaps the arrow she dodged on that one meant she wouldn't be dodging the next one...

Wyck watched mimic carefully, enthralled by her seamless shifting of form. It did not take long for the creatures beauty to wash over her and prompt a near immediate removal of clothing. As mimic continued to work away, shaping up an impressive phallus, Wyck slid off the bed and kneeled in front of her companion. She stared intensely as mimic finished up her craft, struggling to keep her jaw off the floor, and her hand from her dripping snatch. When mimic announced her unsure completion, Wyck slid forward across the floor and very softly spread mimic's legs apart. With adequate room, Wyck pressed herself tightly against mimic's thighs and rested the creature's massive cock on her face. She reached forward and held mimic's shaft gingerly with both hands, simultaneously breathing out gentle gusts of warm and moist breath. "You are the most... beautiful creature... I have ever seen." Managed to whisper Wyck, between lust filled gasps, and delicate kisses. She placed mimic's massive rod at her lips and glanced seductively at her companion, to see if her stimulation was indeed... stimulating. Wyck used both her hands to slowly, but firmly stroke the massive member, and roamed up and the shaft and balls with her wickedly quick tongue. When Wyck felt the she had deposited enough saliva to prepare mimic's dick she pulled her hands further up the shaft and tried her best to swallow the flared tip, sucking gently while running her tongue in tight circles.

If Wyck managed to conquer the broad tip she would plunge her head down, swallowing as much of the immaculate member as she could. Wyck is no veteran of animal husbandry, but her tight throat has conquered many a beast before, and with such a beautiful creature before her she was not about to accept failure. Wyck continued to force herself further and further, intent on sheathing the beast in her throat but proved unable to do so with assistance. Wyck pulled herself from Mimic's member, exposing her red face, tear-filled eyes, and spit and precum covered face and chest. She swallowed a large gulp of air, her chest heaving, and heart pounding as she glanced up again at mimic "Ravage me." She blurted out in a harsh whisper, as she proceeded to slap mimic's thick cock against her face.

Nydia groans inwardly and casts another glare at Zane as he draws the attention of Mordecai by failing to keep his voice down. For such a tiny creature, he certainly was devoid of subtlety. Casting desperately about for some sort of excuse, her thoughts return to the gossip of maidservants back at her estate. It was the closest reference she had to what girls her age would talk about, given her own ignorance on the subject. "A... A foal. I was telling Bellatrix that I saw a young foal in the forest this morning. It was quite... er.... Cute." Is what she eventually came up with. She did feel somewhat bad lying to Mordecai like this. It wasn't that she didn't trust him, but if the conversation were to continue then certainly others would overhear as well.

There's a bit of an awkward silence after Pegning hears your proposal, slowly rubbing the back of his head for a bit. "Uh...Right. Ruins will get crowded, fast." He stated, his mind wandering off for a bit before he turns his focus back to Octave. "Not sure Chief is going to like idea, though." He sighed, adjusting the small ponytail he had on the back of his head, tightening up the band a little bit, before he followed right after you to relay the idea to Gharol.

After a short chat and explanation, Gharol blinked a few times, arms crossed under her ample chest before she slowly went to scratch her chin. Glancing over at the ruins as she seemed to be gauging out if the place would fit for that or not. "That's...Possible. It sure would beat living in the swamp." She confessed, moving her hands to her hips. "But I don't think it's gonna happen while Chief Zinug is still ordering the tribe around." She was quiet for a bit, but then glanced at Octave and slowly started thinking up of what to say, figuring an explanation was in order. "Right, so...Uh. The orcs that were part of my harem, we could get them here, no problem. That'd be about five more orcs living in here, no big deal. But uhm...If you wanted to build an ACTUAL orc community here, we'd have to move an entire clan in here. And the only clan still remaining today is the one of Chief Zinug, the Bleeding Throat Clan." She seemed to be in thought for a bit, but then continued. "I don't want to give you a history lesson on this...But basically, the local orcs were a bunch of smaller clans and as orcs, we always served under the "Winner owns the loser" rule set. It's kind of how I got my harem, actually." She stated, sticking a tongue out playfully at Pegning.

Pegning sighed. "Gharol is exile, outcast from Clan. Me and other axe brothers were sent to run her off the swamp...Didn't work out too well." Gharol chuckled some more. "I figured I'd slip out when Zinug started going around beating the stuffing out of everyone to unify the clans under his name. He started doing it once the first of you humans started showing up here around the island, said the orcs had to stand strong together or the humans would enslave us all." She stated, thinking about it a bit. "Wasn't a bad idea, honestly...But at any rate, unless you get through to him, I don't think you're gonna be able to build a proper community. I can take you to the clan, I know where to find him. You can try getting an audience with him then...If that doesn't work...Well, you could always try challenging him to one on one combat...Though uh...No offense, but I'm not sure you'd be able to handle him." She stated, shrugging her shoulders.

Katya

Spoiler (click to show/hide):

"Oh, I just work on the lumber mill just outside..." She stated, chuckling slightly at your offer. Before she analyzed the bread, since she had already given the coins, she slowly took the bread into her hands and took a bite of it. As she did, the filling was squeezed out right into her mouth, making some dribble out through the sides of her mouth. "Oh, s-sorry." She stated, pulling the drips of it back into her mouth with her finger before she continued to munch down on her meal. Dorgan just stood there watching, gulping nervously at the sight. When the girl was finished, she let out a short sigh, chuckling a bit. "Oh wow, that filling was a little bit thicker than I expected...But it tasted great! Could I ask you to make some more? I'm sure the rest of the folks at the mill would love to try it out, too."

Tamara

Spoiler (click to show/hide):

Duolc arrived at the outpost with Tamara and her eyes scanned around carefully. She seemed suspicious of every single person who even dared step closer to her, but she soon began heading onward, still sticking close to you as she tried to pinpoint the location of her colleague. "Right, so...We're looking for a goblin girl like me. Black hair, usually carries around a massive axe, goes by the name of Tuc." She clarified, her little eyes scanning about carefully. "Where do you think we should start? You know this place better than I do." She questioned, turning to you. Before you could give the matter much of a thought, you spotted a goblin girl with black hair waltzing by just on the edge of your view, carrying along a sack full of metal ingots as she headed right into the local weapon smith. You could point Duolc right to it...But somehow you got the feeling that Tuc's reason for being there wasn't exactly voluntary...And Duolc is unlikely to handle this peacefully, herself.

Wyck

Spoiler (click to show/hide):

The mimic blinked a few times at Wyck's reaction, slowly watching as the huntress got down on her knees and got to work on the new member that had just been crafted. The mimic was still, for the most part, copying Wyck's appearance, save for slightly larger size and...Well, extra part, which the real Wyck was having fun with right now. Speaking of which, the mimic simply seemed to gulp nervously at first, but the licking, stroking and sucking was really getting to her. The mimic breathed heavily, her chest wheezing with each sigh. "Oh wow...I think I may have...Exaggerated on the sensitivity of this thing a little bit, my whole body already feels like it's on fire..." She confessed, a single drop of sweat running down her brow. The massive horse cock twitched slightly, a thick load of pre-cum already forming at the tip and slowly dripping down to the base by the time the shaft pulled itself free of Wyck's mouth. Upon the request, the mimic nodded promptly, seeming to think about how to handle this for a moment before a wide grin crossed her lips, showing row of sharp teeth, which she had probably forgotten to change up during her transformation.

She took hold of Wyck and guided the smaller woman to the bed. "I got an idea, I think a change of position will make this...Smoother." She explained, making the half-siren lie down on the bed, chest up, with her head by the very edge. The mimic got up just by the side, gripping her massive equine shaft with one hand and slowly rolling it over Wyck's face, her full balls closing in to Wyck's nose before she finally adjusted the flare against Wyck's lips. "If you want to breathe, smack the bed thrice in a row." She proposed, before suddenly just plunging forward with her hips, stuffing Wyck's entire throat with the massive horse cock that the mimic was carrying. At first, the mimic simply moaned out loudly, enjoying the feeling of Wyck's tight throat wrapped up around her shaft, she leaned forward and placed her hands on Wyck's neck, feeling up her cock through the huntress's skin. The flared dick punching itself all the way to Wyck's chest and having spasms on the way in. At this moment, the mimic took a deep breath of her own and placed her hands on top of Wyck's fore arms for support, both for support and to keep Wyck in place, as the mimic would begin thrusting her hips in and out, her balls smacking against Wyck's nose at the end of each thrust.

"Ahh~~~Y-Yeah...Definitely too sensitive...I think...I think I'm not gonna last long at all." She warned, continuing to thrust regardless as her cock leaked pre-cum profusely down Wyck's throat, coating the girl's insides in it in preparation for what was to come.

Yasker, Nydia, Bellatrix and Kenji

Spoiler (click to show/hide):

With the whole matter of Nydia's friend averted, Mordecai took one last glance around the nearby area, checking to see if anyone else was coming, before he nodded. Clearing up his throat before he called out. "All right everyone, we're heading out. Get your masks and let's go." He announced, walking off ahead as they began heading for the forest, they'd have to go through it anyways to get to the miasma first. Luckily, thanks to the scouting they had done there just yesterday, it was easy to find the way through to north. Eventually arriving at the edge of the miasma infested zone, as indicated by the thick purple fog that stood in front of them. The group currently stood by the edge of a small cliff, heading down the cliff and further north, there was a thick layer of miasma and the scenery seemed to change completely.

While the path behind them was green and lush with life, the flora that lived in the miasma and the land itself was completely different. The soil was dry, otherworldy, gray...Clearly not fit for usual life forms. Though that didn't mean it was barren, the ground was covered in mushrooms and fungi, some of them short, but some massive, rivaling the size of trees. Some seemed to flicker and shine through the dark fog, giving false hope and direction to those within.

"Now's the last chance to turn back." Mordecai stated, putting on his mask before he hopped down into the fog, glancing around slowly before signaling to the others, his voice partly muffled by the mask, but still understandable. "It's clear! Come on down!" He announced, before heading onward. Interestingly enough, the fog seemed to thin out somewhat once you were inside it, allowing you to get a better of view of what was within. There was still a purple aura around everything and occasionally it was possible to tell little spots where the fog concentrated and became thicker. But the masks and herbs would protect against it...For now.

It didn't take long to catch up to Mordecai, who was kind of just standing there, staring out into something. As he was approached, his object of awe quickly came into view. There was a massive tower of stone, not too far from where they were. It seemed to spiral downwards, possibly leading to somewhere underground. "...How much you wanna guess what we're looking for is down there?" He chuckled, cautiously making his way towards the construction. "Right, keep your wits about you, everyone. There's no telling what we might bump onto in here."

Wits Test!

Kenji - 2 = 2
Yasker - 6+,5,3 = 14
Nydia - 1- = 1
Bellatrix - 2,5 -= 7
Mordecai - 1-,X,6+,5 = 12
Sgrib - 6+,6+,5,5,3 = 25
Ghera - 4,3 = 7
Zane - 2,5,3 = 10

Sgrib, who had taken to wear the herbs on his face with a cloth mask that he had wrapped around his mouth and nose, called out to the others. "Hey, hold up. Check that out, I think we may have found the...Or one of the sources of the fog." He stated, pointing with his crossbow. There was one particular mushroom not too far from where they were, it seemed unremarkable at first, but upon closer inspection, the mushroom itself appeared to breathing. It inflated slightly, and, as it deflated, it exhumed a thick puff of miasma, which quickly spread out to the nearby areas. It was shaped strangely similar to a jellyfish, with small tentacles crawling out from under its head and wiggling slightly. Something else also caught attention, however, patrolling around the mushroom was a knight. An actual knight, covered from head to toe in heavy plate armor, a supernatural blue fire seeping out of any holes or cracks where the armor itself didn't cover. Its natural light making it stand out in the dark mushroom forest, it didn't seem to have spotted your party or, at least, you hadn't come close enough for it to care. It was armed with a great sword made out of polished steel in one hand, which it supported against its shoulder, while with the other hand it carried a massive great shield, easily six feet in height.

Its motions were surprisingly sluggish and sloppy, but the ease with which itself around made it clear it definitely wasn't something to be trifled with. Mordecai assessed the situation carefully, glancing the suit of armor from behind the cover of a mushroom. "If that is indeed a source of the fog...Getting rid of it could make our job easier in the long run. Though it might be just a better idea to keep heading on for that tower...Of course, assuming the beholder is really in it." He mumbled, in thought. "...What do you guys think?"

Katya held her breath as the woman devoured the roll, expecting at any moment for her number to be up.

She let out a small sigh when the woman finished the roll without complaints and scrambled for words as she asked for more.

"Uh... yes, can do." She stammered, looking at Dorgan, "Will need make fresh batch, take some time. Dorgan deliver once he wrap up here."

Hopefully she would be able to get payment up front from woman, and once she had left she would hand the coins straight to Dorgan.

Looking at the sun, she knew she had to be getting on and so left this task to Dorgan, the Orc had more than proved his reliability and trustworthiness. If he couldn't produce the required amount of "filling" himself, he would need to procure it from the other Orcs around town, paying for it if needed with the given seed.

"Get this done," She whispered as she slid past him to get out, grinding her ass against his groin as she did so, "And you get special reward tonight."

Free of the stall she headed for the markets, hoping to find a Ogre Stud for sale or hire so she could attend to her problem at home.

Wyck practically floated up from the floor to the edge of the bed, quivering under mimic's guiding hand. Her perky breasts heaved heavily with her ragged breath. Mimic's already soaked equine cock smeared pre over Wyck's face, Mimic's new heavy musk filling her nostrils. Catching her breath best she could, Wyck opened her mouth wide as she could and stared up at Mimic, nodding softly in agreeance with her thrice knocking plan.

The first of mimic's thrust were far from gentle and Wyck struggled to swallow the massive rod pistoning down her throat. Wyck quickly arched her back, offering Mimic a much more direct path down her gullet. As the strength and speed of mimic's thrust peaked, Wyck squirmed while her throat convulsed violently. Her squirming continued until she felt Mimic's hand wrap around her throat. Wyck steeled herself as her body tried to force out the foreign invader. Wyck coughed and gagged, as she gurgled their mixed fluids, each thrust ejected small loads onto Wyck's face. Mimic's magnificent balls quickly formed pearlescent streams between the two women. Her breath was quickly running out and a soft moan squeezed its way out of her throat as Mimic announced she was nearly finished. Mustering the last of her strength, Wyck reached behind Mimic and grasps her ass tightly, steadily pulling her body further down the shaft. She quickly expelled the last of her air in a stunted cough and firmly pressed her lips to Mimic's pelvis. Through some miracle, she held onto to her conscious long enough to glance down and view the flared tip of Mimic's cock, stretching the walls of her stomach, ready for her bounty to be delivered...

Tamara's nose twitches as she sees Tuc head in to the smith, humming quietly to herself. "I have a few ideas, but I need to make something clear, Duolc." She crosses her arms as she turns to the goblin, looking serious. "Chances are she's not here by her own will, but if you allow me to do the heavy lifting with the people around here, we can get her freed willingly with no trouble," she says as she scratches her temple. "I never liked people treating intelligent monsters like property, and it's even worse when there's a family they could be getting back to... But I'd rather not someone get their ass kicked unless it were necessary, alright?"
She smiles a little, then starts for the weaponsmith's.

"Sgrib, you take the front. Ghera, you're between us and I'll guard the rear. For everyone, I suggest we move in two lines for maximum efficiency with someone taking point, in front of and between the two lines." Recalling what he knew from years working with mercenary companies. Yasker had been part of groups larger than this on missions and if he had learned anything it was to give everyone a job and responsibility so everyone would be alert. He knew Sgrib and Ghera would listen, but whether the others did would be a good test to see how easily they accepted a teammate's advice or trusted him, gauging them early on would make rewriting plans a whole lot easier later on if the need arose. Regardless, Yasker wordlessly walked through the woods, his mask in one hand and one of his chain-sickles dangling from the other. His thoughts were mostly in the path as he felt today's events were going to especially shape his future if it didn't end it. Depending on how today went, Yasker knew he could end up changing the entire world once the other portion of information that had brought him here was confirmed to be true. Then once that goal was completed, he'd be free to live out his life as he pleased with those he loved. It was almost hard to imagine after working towards this for so long, that there was an actual end in sight. By the end of today we'll have two things down, then we'll just have to find 'it'.

It didn't feel like it took them long to reach the edge of the miasma and once there Yasker could see easily how much the fog affected lifeforms. It didn't even look like the same climate he was currently in, with growths, fungi and different colored soil, just simply alien. Of course it was possible that the fog wasn't the cause of it, but merely a byproduct of whatever created this environment but Yasker knew he couldn't even begin to guess at what could utterly change climates. "It certainly is something..." He muttered, temporarily removing his hat to strap his mask on under it. The leather irritated his beard a bit, but it was worth suffering if it would let him keep his sanity through the mist. "Ghera. Sgrib. If either of you two begin to feel abnormal in the slightest then leave the fog and wait for me. Lets all make it back, alright?" Running his fingers against the brim of his hat for luck before extending the chains of his sickles and wrapping excess length around his arms until he held the handles. Then he jumped through the fog gates.

They didn't get far into the North before Mordecai the giant tower in the distance. A tower suggested inhabitants, sentient ones that weren't addled by lust enough and capable of building structures. By Yasker's accounts that wasn't a good sign. For all he knew that could be where one of the 'gods' of the island lived but nothing was really certain at this point. "If it is, then I don't know if fighting in enclosed space will be an advantage or disadvantage. I just don't want it to be booby-trapped." Answering Mordecai's question with one of his own. The walking continued and Yasker focused mostly on being aware and breathing slowly to conserve the herbs. When Sgrib called out, Yasker was ready for danger but instead was relived for most of the part that he was pointing out a mushroom. But apparently this wasn't just any mushroom but one of what Yasker assumed was maybe hundreds that kept this area thick with mist and guarding it wasn't just any knight. This was an eight-foot, full-plated, flame-consumed one. He didn't even bother to try rationalizing its existence.

"We're going to need to kill it and the mushroom." Yasker stated flatly, already crouching and drawing in the ground. His mind raced as he considered everyone's possible assets and usefulness in taking down such a daunting guardian. Yasker had taken down trolls and ogres the same size but they were never as armed or armored as this thing. "Okay.... This is my idea for it. This fog is the greatest threat to us, it could defeat us even after if we beat the beholder and could compromise any of us at anytime. The knight is big, but it also looks slow on its feet, maybe even unbalanced. Kenji. I think you stand the best chance of taking it on, head on. If not beating it then at least surviving long enough for everything else to fall into place." The talking was wasting his supply but Yasker knew he had to lay out this plan correctly so they stood a chance. "Nydia. Your weapon looks like one made for hitting soft targets not plate armor so try flanking it and look for any cracks or openings behind it's knees, if we can bring him down then that'll limit what he can do with that sword. Mordecai, if you and the other hunter could either try keeping his full attention off of Kenji then he might survive longer. Sgrib, I want you shooting the mushroom. Poke enough holes and I'm sure it'll deflate for good. I'm going to try taking that thing's shield so it can't just stonewall us. Questions, comments, disagreements? Get them out or start getting into position, we're wasting air here."

Octave listens in on the brief history concerning Gharol and her particular clan, which got her rubbing her chin in thought. At least she knows the name of the chief she's going to be facing later on when she heads over to the swamps to confront the clan. This does have her thinking this might be a bit of an excessive dream she's conjuring up, but somehow she feels this may be a good chance to have a thriving community living with her, letting her have a chance to learn about this society and use it to her own advantage. Having the other members of Gharol's harem sounds like a nice thing, providing the other orcs a place to stay compared to their previous place of residence, but to have a whole clan? Surely there's bound to have some perks to it!

But this does lead into the problem of actually confronting this chieftain and potentially facing up against him. Octave rubs her head and looks down at herself to back things up. "Yeah, I'm not exactly built in the strength department, but I do have speed and flexibility on my side," she responded. "Plus if you orcs are keen on your weapons, I do have pretty much a whole arsenal in this staff of mine, so I should be covered in that department," and she displays her staff to Gharol by holding it out with her tail before returning it back to her side. "But I rather not fight the dude if it comes to it. It sounds like I might as will because I guess orc honor and something, but I know there's something bigger that we will need to put our energy towards. Plus I rather save my own strength for a future fight as well..." she pauses, going into deep thought about if there will be a fight. "Well, if it ever occurs. I still will like to save my energy and train for that."

The monkey rubs her head once more, giving it a scratch to deal with an itch popping up while thinking about her next course of action. Seeing that this is going to take up most of her time today, pushing aside seeing Irena and dealing with her seeds, it might be better to get that done while be on the lookout for the other orcs. "So here's the plan. I need to head into town to do some business. While we're there and heading there, we'll be on the lookout for your other members to your harem and we'll get them situated back up here. Maybe I can get some other things needed before heading out to the swamps to see this clan you guys came from. Is there anything else I need to know before we get moving?"

If there isn't, then Octave is ready to make her leave and start making her way back towards town to start working on getting her jobs done. She'll even say her goodbyes to Patty and the Melaines, if those two haven't left with Dorel on whatever expedition she's on.

Nydia sighed in relief as Mordecai seemed to believe her enough to let the subject drop, though she still felt a bit guilty for lying. There was no use in regretting it now however, so she simply chose to look ahead to their mission. Following orders was hardly her strong suit and she wasn't pleased with the way Yasker had taken charge, but it wasn't worth raising a fuss over such minor things so she fell into formation as the veteran hunter had suggested as they made their way north. Before long, they stood before that same horrific landscape as yesterday. This time, they were prepared though. Nydia secured her mask firmly and followed Mordecai and the others into the mist.

The land within the fog was not much better, though the curious discovery of the tower was not something Nydia had been expecting to find. Perhaps this land was not always so uninhabitable as it was difficult to imagine anything sentient enough to build such a structure living here. That did seem to be the most likely place to start looking for the beast they sought, but between their group in the tower was a mushroom that seemed to be emitting the fog that blanketed the area. And guarding it seemed to be a large knight, though the flames escaping from cracks in it's armor indicated it certainly was not human.

Yasker spoke up immediately in favor of engaging the knight and for once Nydia agreed, having been on the receiving end of the mist in her battle with Kazzu and not wishing to succumb to it again. "I know how to handle an armored opponent." Nydia states as she draws her rapier. Dueling in armor was generally considered cowardly, though there were always those who valued victory over honor and so she had trained to defeat them so that they might have neither. While Yasker was correct that the rapier was not the ideal blade for such a fight, it was perfectly serviceable for finding gaps in armor and striking them. Once the others were in place, she would do her part of using her agility to flank the clunky foe and bring him down as they had planned.

So, this is what hides within the mist. A land of dry, deathly-gray earth, with the usual foliage of the outlying forests replaced by eerie fungi, some of which glow as if lit by the azure flicker of a wandering ghost's lantern. To think, Kenji has enough new things to get used to on Eopeth proper...but this...this is like stepping into another world entirely. He'd be lying if he said it didn't make him nervous...but the mountain monks of Musou Ryuuken are nothing if not hardy, and they do not flee in the face of uncertainty, no matter how dangerous it may be.

Further in, Mordecai has discovered a most peculiar construction: a great stone tower, carved into a spiraling pattern that dug into the hellish earth like the roots of some unholy tree. The effeminate doctor seems to believe that their objective lay within...and while Kenji has to wonder why a creature like a Beholder would seek such a high-profile dwelling, he doesn't really know much about them in the first place, so he'd rather defer to Mordecai's apparent expertise on that.

There was little time to ponder such things, however, as Sgrib spots two sights of particular note. The first is a strange, jellyfish-like mushroom, appearing to be a source of the miasma. The second, far more concerning sight is even stranger: a ghastly, yet heavily-armored apparition, crackling with a blue flame similar to the mushroom's own eerie glow, and armed with what appears to be a shield and a massive sword. The sword resembles the seldom-used Zanbato of Nippochin's war history, but with a double-edged design that he's heard is quite popular in roughly a third of the civilized world. Already, he hears Yasker and the others beginning to devise a battle strategy...and he's suggesting that Kenji play the role of drawing its attention? Well, in all fairness, the young monk doubts his fists would do much to that armor, claws or otherwise. Not to mention that there are other ways to prove oneself in combat than to simply strike down one's foes with swift and sudden might. Indeed, it seems that Yasker is putting an old Nippochin war strategy into practice: "a victor wins first, and then goes to war." He still doesn't know who from Yasker's past came from his homeland, but she certainly seems to have taught him well.

"If it is truly that slow, then I should have no trouble." Yasker has a point about the apparition seeming sluggish and poorly balanced. Indeed, its current gait resembles the popular depiction of a zombie: slow and clumsy, with just enough strength to keep moving. Kenji's combat style, by contrast, is as agile as it is stalwart, allowing him to duck and weave around a wide variety of opponents and strike when they're most vulnerable. On top of that, his Musou Ryuuken arts involve extensive training in the suppression of one's violent urges - known to some as "adrenaline" - which would otherwise cause him to waste energy on excessive maneuvers, and by extension, exhaust the herbs in his mask faster than necessary. All he needs to do is keep the ghost knight occupied, and use simple yet effective motions to evade its blows; mighty as its weapon may be, such girth counts for nothing if it cannot land a clean hit in the first place.

With his task assigned, Kenji waits for the others to prepare before making his move. They'll need to work together to bring down such an impressive foe, and coordinating that teamwork is going to be of paramount importance.
