(After this battle, I’m limiting your special ammo supply, because I’m dumb and didn’t do that earlier. Blowgun’s normal shots will be infinite, but the poisons will need to be crafted so you can’t just spam these kinds of killing debuffs in the future.)

Spoiler (click to show/hide):
Your next shot does blind the monster.. But in a completely unexpected way. Your shot lands directly in the beasts eye, and you stand your ground as it shrieks in agony and falls to the ground. It’s still alive, you didn’t shoot hard enough for it to have hit the brain.. But it’s definitely out for the count, and you quickly turn your attention to distracting the other monsters with more poisons.
When all’s said and done, all of the monsters except for the leader are dead. You could tr and tame this beast over time.. But the effort required would be great, and you think you’d really need help in keeping a hold of the monster. You also used up more of your poisons than you liked… You have to keep a better eye on your supplies in the future, and you’ll definitely need more if you plan to engage in big fights in the future.
(Ammo remaining: 10 of each type of poison.)

Delzia & Zereteisomou
Spoiler (click to show/hide):
Zere spears a fighter on his horns, and rips her body to shreds through the sheer force of his charge. There’s no question about it.. The blood and body parts falling from above him means the woman is most assuredly dead. Her companion stares for a second.. Just one second.. And then turns angry, slashing hard at Zere’s body as she manages to break his armor and hit flesh. “YOU BASTARD, I’LL KILL YOU FOR THAT! I’LL KILL YOU!”
Delzia hears an agonized shriek, cut off before long, that indicates that someone must’ve died.. But you have more pressing matters as your newly named Rebecca snuggles up to you. She presses her face gently against your tits, revelling in how soft they are, as she looks up at you with a curious look. “W-what do you mean.. Delzia? We’re spending time together already, aren’t we?”
Sinead:
Spoiler (click to show/hide):
“Oh. … Do you only make poisons?” Kaya keeps looking at the various things in your mobile relic curiously. she looks at this steaming beaker, that overflowing container.. But she’s surprisingly smart. she doesn’t touch anything, knowing it’d probably put her to sleep.. Or do worse to her. So instead, she contents herself with asking you a few questions.. And looking at the pretty lights and colours emanating from the mobile lab.
… Which you’ve never seen before. They look really, really bright...
Imperials:
Naomi:
Spoiler (click to show/hide):
Morgan, quiet for once, leads you directly to the Training Grounds. A large bulletin board awaits you in the center of drill sergeants shouting orders and their unhappy recruits doing their best to follow them. It takes you back, seeing all of those recruits in their raw training days. You’re half curious about how there are so many of them.. But then dismiss it, as you remember that the Empire’s training policy is that it’s best to learn firsthand. soldiers are sent to camps on the front lines, to train and battle monsters.. Hence this quest board here, too. It details things anything from supply gathering a first day, wet-behind-the ears greenhorn could do.. and things even seasoned veterans would probably die attempting. Which is why the board is very clearly separated into categories to prevent any.. Unfortunate accidents.
You can see a couple of things that catch your eye. One of them is an escort mission, protecting camp engineers while they go and gather large trees for creating wooden buildings.. Another similar task for gathering stone for the same purpose. The last one is a hunting mission, looking for big game you can take down to feed the camp’s ravenous bellies..
Which one do you plan on taking?
Marian:
Spoiler (click to show/hide):
“Uhh.. Okay, Captain. I’ll tell you.. Well. Let’s see.. The most stuff I’ve done has been as a heavy fighter at the front, sometimes using magic or healing to help me out. That’s what I’ve done.. And it’s what net me a lot of these scars. Not that I didn’t pay the bastards back, and twice as hard!” Zana giggles, a surprisingly tame thing for such a warlike personality. But then, she snaps back to the present, looking down at you curiously. “What’s it gonna be, captain? Like the General said, I can do whatever for you. Just telling you what I’ve done the most, is all!”
Ophelia:
Spoiler (click to show/hide):
“I heard everything, Captain. You speak aloud when you think, if you weren’t already aware.” Kelsa giggles, and looks a little relieved. you can tell she wasn’t really fond of having to carry a weapon. She’s probably uncomfortable with even using offensive magic.. But she knows she won’t be able to get away from fighting entirely. She leads you into the tent, and then turns towards you.
“May I ask for some help changing please? It’s very forward of me.. But.. The garments they usually give healers and the like are bulky, and it’s difficult to get them on my body. .. T-they.. Even give out special underwear, but I think I.. Can handle that alone. S-sorry to bother you, Captain...” Kelsa blushes, looking contrite.. and you really can’t stop an erection now, as you realize that you’ll end up seeing Kelsa nearly naked to do this. If you accepted, that is...
Roran:
Spoiler (click to show/hide):
“If you couldn’t tell, she wasn’t exactly the best soldier! She was a private who just got promoted, or didn’t you look at her ranking! Goodness, Roran.. You even have yours, don’t you? Or did she steal that when you weren’t looking!” Anne turns you to the side and looks at your shoulder. She taps at the metal captain’s insignia sewn onto your shirt, and sighs in relief. “These are really hard to replace, Captain.. Just don’t lose it, unless it’s either the badge or your life!” Anne shakes her head in annoyance, crossing her arms as she looks you over.
“Alright, captain. I don’t know about you, but I don’t want to be on desk duty forever. Do you want to take a mission, or do you want to go and get some food first> mess hall if over that way.” She points past the Armory tent, toward a circus-sized tent that has steam rising from various holes rent into the side of it. You wonder what they do when it rains...
An Axe, a shield, and a good fight are all y'need for a good time! That and some friends to share it with!
