Apparently she overestimated the wolf, and unfortunately the wolf doesn't seem to understand what she's saying. However, pointing at the stairs, it seems that at least he understood that soon the thugs will be back, and so just walks around while she gets up, going towards her clothes. One thing she notices about the wolf, despite the lack of light, is that he has quite a lot of scars and missing patches of fur. The behavior of the wolf was already a bit strange, but seeing that she concludes that he's probably made to fight against other animals, maybe other wolves or maybe not, and those are surely not friendly fights. Well, since he's alive it means that either they don't fight to the death, or that he till now has always won, and as those bandits are probably the types to make them fight to death the most probable option is the last. Practically, since he's alive he has always won, and if he has always won then it means that he's strong. She doesn't know how much, but probably he will be enough to help her against the thugs and, for all she knows, he might be even stronger than her. Not smarter, but at least stronger. Maybe.
Anyway, as those thoughts go trough her mind, Ruby bends to grab her clothes from the floor, unawarely exposing her naked flower towards the wolf. He doesn't miss his chance and, without waiting, once more puts his nose in her nether regions, licking it. The girl freezes, fearing that he will just mount her here and now, and since she is already in a very similar position to the one assumed by the females during the mating it wouldn't be surprising if he just claims her body now. She just feel relieved as the wolf just run off, but when she doesn't find pants and panties she gets a bit annoyed. Well, she should still have the spare, so she'll just take that. She turns around and, careful in the dark, almost slips in a patch of ice, probably left behind by the animal. She takes a big breath and continues towards he backpack, and once she's there she starts to search for undergarments but... in their places, she find only ice. With a lot of patience she manage to not yell against him and instead, resigning herself, with her privates exposed for all to see, goes up the stairs, thinking that she'll find him here.
But no. To her surprise, there was no door to block the entrance to that dungeon. If only she knew it before she would have left after giving the wolf food and freed herself from the brick. Well, no, if she thinks calmly about it, it's better like this. As it's dark, her escape will be easier, and if the wolf still sees her as his female he could still be watching her while hiding and could make a surprise attack if things get tough for her, so even if he took away her pants he is still seen as useful.
As she goes outside her doorway, she looks around. No traces of the wolf, nor of her pants. Instead, two very very very drunk and stumbling thugs are coming her way. They seems to be the same ones that brought her down here, but seems to be very drunk compared to some hours ago. At her left, and their right, there is a very large spiraling tower, but what catches her attention more are the buildings behind them. This area seems to be part of a fallen fort, and that should be the "residential" area of the complex, area that the bandits probably took over. The light glowing from one of the windows of the only lighted building unfortunately sends some light towards her, but she isn't sure that they saw her. If they were sober they would already be alert, but like this they might even think that she's an hallucination.
Without losing time, taking advantage of their drunkenness, Ruby starts to make a dash towards the area in the opposite direction of the buildings, where she can find the less light possible. After all, being shrouded in darkness and acting under it's cover is one of the characteristics of her job, and so as soon as she reach a place without lights she'll have the advantage.
The two thugs, being drunk like they seems to be, stumbling around and not walking straight, probably can't even run, much less try to catch up to her. And that's not all. Being drunk, they could even just think of her as a illusion. And even if they try to give the alert to the other, be it because they saw her or because they go into the dungeon and see that no one is there, they probably won't be taken seriously, giving her even more time to sneak out of that ruined fort.
Yes, sneak. After dashing, as soon as she reaches a more dark spot she'll hide behind the first thing she sees and will try to sneak around, trying to exit this bandit area, even if it could mean climbing a bit. Well, if the wolf disappeared like that there is probably a way to get out of there without anyone noticing and without having to do anything dangerous.
In short, perfect reasoning considering their conditions. Obviously she'll always be alert for anyone near so that she won't have any encounter, but doubt that there will be any thugs around here, and even if there is, chance is that he's not doing a good job, jealous of his friends in the main buildings.
