Duo held the cloth to his bleeding hand as he went looking for paper and pencil. kicking at the glass were the chandelier had fallen to see if anything of value may be salvaged later. not right now due to his hand being as bad as it is. "anyone find anything"

Garian looked at them all and then nudged his head towards the nearest hall, "I'm tired of waiting around, we should head further in and see what we can find." He said to them, "If you guys don't want to come along, then I'll go by myself, but for now, who is with me?"

Claire looks around. She looks for ghosts and looks at the direction of where the voices came from. "Everyone be careful, I just heard those ghosts talking. Be careful of your surrroundings, we don't need anyone getting hurt." she says.

"Exactly. Maybe we should go down this hallway?" He says gesturing towards the hallway he was just in.

"I'm ready whenever, so let's go already; this building won't scout itself, y'know." Jon remarks with a hint of impatience. This is why he tried to avoid sniper missions: he hates waiting too long. He needs to be in the action, on that signature "edge" one feels in a combat zone...rather ironic, seeing how his last name is indeed "Edge."

Without wandering far from the group, Jon takes a look down the hallway they'll soon take to reach the courtyard (they had agreed to go there first, after all), looking for any points of interest. Potential hazards, objects for makeshift weapons...y'know, tactical stuff.

As the group slowly starts to disperse from the stairs leading to the first floor everyone can hear the childish voices again, but they sound sad and slightly irritated that they can't throw more chandeliers at you. oh well, tough luck kids. Better remember them for next time though!

As Jon explores the hallway towards the courtyard, he finds that the doors marked as opened on the map are indeed good to go, whereas the ones marked closed are locked. That's pretty nifty! other then that though, he doesn't discover much else.

Claire sighs. "I guess we're going." she says before she follows the group. "Hey, where are we going?" She asks.

Duo followed the group "we are looking for an exit" he says in responce and then whispered something to himself "and something most profitable"

"Didn`t someone say we were going tothe courtyard?" Dax asked the group casually looking through desks, drawers cabinets or anything he could get his hands on.

"Yeah, that was me." Jon replies to Dax. "I figured that with the courtyard put smack dab in the middle of this place, it'd be a good idea to scout it out first; we'll be going through there a lot, after all." He then moves to the front of the group, and adds: "Be careful, though. If that money-grubbing asshole's willing to drop chandeliers like that, I wouldn't put more dangerous stunts past him."

"Agreed but I don't think were gonna find our way out of here in one night. Wouldn't the courtyard perhaps be a good base camp?" Dax asks him since he seemed to know about this stuff then a thought hits him,"What are we going to do about sleeping arrangements? Are there any dorms on that map? I mean this is a college campus."

Jason stuck to the back of the group, sulking a bit. He enjoyed listening to everyone, their personalities clashing a fighting the tiniest bit. He noticed Jon seemed the most adept combat wise, and Claire seemed to be pretty smart. Duo was a fucking moron in Jason's book, after the glass case incident. He still hand't quite figured out Dax, but it was only a matter of time.

The group makes it to the courtyard without further incident, and kick open the double doors leading to the big opening in the center of the school. just a big patch of grass, nothing more, but you figure that during summer it would be more then enough for students and teachers alike to sit and relax during breaks. but then again, it was quite the hassle to get to the other building during winter again; and unluckily for you guys, winter was exactly what it was right now. the second you kick open the doors, you're reminded to the blizzard roaring outside, and as the arctic cold wind beats your face you're shivering in mere seconds, and surprised at how the empty school was actually quite warm.
Dax and Claire were the first to hear footsteps in the snow, but it didn't take long for the rest to notice it as well. thoughts of more hostile targets cloud your minds and you all take offencive (or fleeing) stances, but then you see the form of a frail girl shuffling towards you. she's barely clothed and white as the snow. The guys, typically, notice her stockings, the short skirt and the college uniform which anyone else would figure would never be allowed to be worn at school for it was way too curve hugging. She was like a geisha, wearing today's skimpy clothes. She looked rather helpless though, and her big eyes begged for your help.
Claire, however, just noticed her and shrugged; and fumed a little when she noticed the guys getting all drooling. sheesh, its just a girl...

Garian looked at the girl and then at the others, he quickly took of his coat and moved towards the woman, "My, my lady, you look quite cold out here. Let me help ya." He said, concern in his voice, he didn't know why a woman dressed like her was out here, but he needed to get her inside.

Claire scoffs. She walks over to a wall, leans against it, and rubs her arms. She looks at the girl and then at the group. Claire notices Garian giving the girl his coat. She scoffs again and stares down on the ground.

Dax moves to help her as well and resists the urge to stick out his tongue at Garian before mumbling to himself,"Don`t give me your coat or anything not like I`m cold sitting here without a Shirt..."

Jon's shocked at the sight of a girl out in the snow, and clothed so..."conservatively" to boot. His eyes are widened far more from surprise than physical urges, though to be fair, she is rather easy on the eyes. But hey, priorities are priorities, so he helps Garian shuttle her back inside, keeping one eye on their rear flank in case danger comes up.

Once back inside, Jon has a number of questions he'd like to ask the girl...but they can wait until she's in better spirits. Helping Garian set her down in a more comfortable position, he calls out to the group in general: "Anyone here have medical training? She may have frostbite!" His voice is clearly one of concern, perhaps more than is needed here...but then again, you don't really expect to see someone clothed like that in a blizzard.

Duo noticed claire looking at the ground and decided to check on her. still holding his covered hand. "are you ok" he asked not knowing many from the group besides dax

Claire ignores Duo. She continues to stare at the ground.

The girl looks at the group with a slight smile, and muttered a soft "There you are. i heard you coming in, and..." She gave a soft cough, before looking up at Garian and Dax with big eyes- especially Garian after getting his coat. "The congierge's cabin, it's got a big fireplace which i got going. Its nice and warm there, and i wanted to invite you... but i guess the blizzard worsened more then i expected..."
The girl looks at all of you, before waiving her hand out towards the courtyard and a little to the left. "It's over there. Maybe we can go there and get warm...?"

You get the feeling this girl is just a bit too flirtatious with those guys, and whenever she looks at you you can see a slightly twinkle in her eyes. Is it playfulness? Jealousy? You can't figure out just what is happening, but she's wrapped her finger around the guys pretty damn fast!
