Apocolyptia Redux - chapter one

Armano instantly goes on alert when Kit says she hears something, instincts honed by years of bullying kicking in. "My hearing's not as good as yours, so keep an ear out while I patch ya up." It looks like he's somehow become the team medic. He's not exactly sure how, but it doesn't bore him for now.

She nods.
"WIll do. Should i smell the air too?" She asks with a grin, ]remvoing her helmet to let all the air in and her ears pop into view.
"Awww, that's better... i can finally hear properly... helmet is nice but it dampens sounds, you know that..."

[MiscChaos]

"Please do." Armano says in response to sniffing the air. No such thing as too safe unless it limits movement to him. He doesn't really pay attention to the rest of the conversation though. Too busy between the first aid and keeping his own senses sharp thanks to his paranoia.

Rothus tries to hide himself behind with whatever he finds at the back of the truck. He doesnt think that someone can actually smell him.

Kit pauses, then blinks.
"It's just us three that left.. SO.. we have someone else in the truck!!!"

She shouts,
"Hey come out.. we're totally not demons!!! At least... i don't think I am!"

Rothus doesnt move. He is not going to give himself away. İnstead he draws his combat knife.

'Oh, what a time to not have a gun...' He thinks. He makes a note to go back inside and take the slaver's guns later. For now, the best he has is old man Santos' baseball bat to combat whatever's hiding out in the truck.

Lina holds tightly to Garian side unsure of what awaits in the truck. Maybe a angle?

Kit pokes her head in.
"Hi there silly. We're not demons.. can i help you?" she asks, trying to pinpoint where that smell is coming from.

Garian turns around, keeping her behind him, gun pointed at the truck, "What's in there, Kit?" He asked her.

Rothus doesnt move, he waits for right moment to capture her so he can leave with a vechile and alive.

kit pulls back her head.
"A human i think.. but he's hiding.. silly being...."
she then looks at Garian.
"Think it's another slaver?" she asks,turning serious.

Garian shakes his head, "No, he'd have attacked by now." He said, "Slavers are pretty dumb when it comes to hiding."

(ok, intelligence roll to see if kyle is smart enough to go to the building he sees waaaaay off in the distance(you guys) rolled a 4... WIN) kyle decides to investigate the building in the distance and look for any useful supplies. he gets on his hands and feet and begins running towards the building (kyle runs faster like an animal. he was trained to run at his fastest like that, but you guys might confuse him for a wild animal. also, he can still run and walk like a human too, but not at his fastest)

Kit leans back in.
"Hey.. please.. come out.. before someone shoots you, okay?"
she pull sher head back.
"I think it migth be an enemy.. just responding to nice questions."

Garian kept the gun aimed at the truck, "Oi, You in the truck! I got a gun on you, so please exit the truck nice and easy." He yelled.

Rothus stays in the Truck. He knows nor Garian or Kit can see him though still Kit smelling him... Well it is making him nervous.

Armano's getting kinda tired of the standoff. Annoyed, he says, "Wanna check to see if a slaver had something explosive? It'll end this little standoff right here. We might lose the truck, but it's better than the dude bugging out and trying to kill us or something."

"But you'll ki.." Lina cuts off her native comment.

Rothus curses. Not wanting to get blown up he quickly takes out a flash bomb from his belt and throws it outside to truck, hoping blind them.
