"Nope, because if you're going to say that helping these people is a good way to spend some time then i'll head off on my own. Now get up, ya lazy cat, and lets go explore! I'm sure they'll have some fun parts hidden away somewhere on this rustbucket, like... like an infirmary, with all sorts of fun druggies? Or a weightless room? I don't know, but thats up to us to find out, right?" She grinned while asking that, before crossing her arms and looking down on Natasha. "Unless.... if you want to sleep around all day and irritate everyone with that obscene snoring of yours... hmm? what's it going to be miss whiskers?"

Kayln walks behind Sort, almost stepping on his heels. She holds his giant wrench tight in her hands while looking behind her and to the sides. Her hands slightly shake out of fear and she lightly bites her lower lip to keep herself from making any noise. For her it isn't the prospect of pirates that got her worried. She highly doubts it was a pirate and with the way it looked and moved she could only guess it isn't human. "I saw it too Sort but are you sure about this? What if it's the thing that might have killed everyone on board? You please keep me safe okay, because I'm not the best fighter." The halls that just a few minutes ago seemed amazing and a tech's dream now seemed a lot more sinister and a slow-turnign nightmare.

Natasha's claws came out... "Maybe you should stop being a bitch and lead the way..." Natasha said getting up.

[Sortaix]

Sort continues on, with his shield raised. He understood why his partner was frightened, he was waiting for an attack himself.
"Well, my shield should at least keep it busy, if it is unfriendly. If it does attack, you book it back to the shuttle and tell the pilots to detach and call for reinforcements. That should keep you safe."
He had his pistol ready, ready to shoot first and ask questions later.

[Sort and Kayln]

As the two of you move onwards towards the bridge, you come to the junction that the figure dissappeard down earlier. There doesn't seem to be much indicating which way it went, but it was the path leading towards one of the crew quarters sections and, on old ships like these, the crew quarters were one way in and one way out. There are some noises coming from down that way - faint noises, but difatly sounds of someone. Or maybe a number of someones? Still, the bridge lies just ahead. Of course, if you went there, then these corridors would then be behind you - along with their occupants

As you move forward, you catch sight of Sort and Kayln off in the gloomy distance. They appear to be hurrying on towards the bridge after investigating what appears to be a crew uniform stuffed in a vent. You think you can make out some very faint sounds from up ahead, which you are fairly certain are not the other two, and are not mechanical in nature

[Natasha and Kii'innii]

You both leave the shuttle and step through into the Starthought's decon chamber. The lights are still on as the others have only recently left the area, but you can see that the room has not been ransacked, even though a few items are missing from the medical lockers. Outside and on the wall, is a sign that the rest of the team had helpfully decoded as advising that medical and cold storage one were down the corridor to the left, and the bridge and crew quarters to the right. However, the corridors themselves are dimly-lit in comparison to the decon chamber, the air doesn't smell particularly fresh, and there are odd noises like parts of the ship settling off in the distance

[That_One_Guy]

Garian watched the two head towards the Bridge and was about to follow them when he heard another sound, one that didn't sound at all like them or the ship itself. He pulled out his other pistol, dual-wielding them as he aimed ahead towards the sound and started walking towards it cautiously, he used his middlefinger to flip on the underbarrel flashlight on his pistol being held on the right hand to help him see better in the dark corridor.

Sort walked on, having heard the noises he turns his back to the bridge, with his shield and gun pointing toward the noises.
"Kalyn, I will watch for whatever is making those noises. You have to walk us to the bridge, grab onto my belt if you need to. Let me know if you see anything, that I need to shoot, just duck down so you can get behind my shield."
Sort is taking steps backwards now, trusting in Kalyn to guide them to the bridge door, and hoping their is nothing waiting for them into the bridge.

"Oh, you. always with the flattering nicknames. now come on! get your lazy ass off that bench, lets go~" Kii chilped excitedly, before walking out of the shuttle with a brisk pace. She had no idea where she was going, but on the first intersection she went left, then right, then left again, and just kept walking trusting that the puss would follow. Suddenly, she noticed a red door along her travels- a bright red that spoke of dangers, excitement and maybe even something to kill time. without a second thought she kicked open the door and marched in, seeing what was in this part of the ship

Natasha walks along side Kii, "I hope you like your feathers getting ruffled..." Natasha said looking around. "I don't know what half this stuff does." Natasha said walking around sniffing at stuff. The room was not to her liking but, then again she was used to being worshiped.

Kalyn's head bobs up and down in agreement before gripping Sort's belt with one hand. Finding her giant wrench a little cumbersome now, Kalyn places it on the magnetic strips on her back before pulling out her little tesla pistol. The designs were more for crowd control and could deliver low voltages in fan array or a more concentrated straight forward beam with more "thump" behind it. She shifts the setting to "beam" before starting to shuffle forward with Sort in tow while nervously looking backwards towards him and the corridors.

You move on ahead and, after approaching Sort and Kayln who are still making their way to the bridge, you listen for the sounds again. It definatly sounds like the noises are coming from the crew quarters. Shining your flashlight up ahead, you can make out the state of the walls up ahead - there appears to be some sort of organic material in patches on the far wall as the corridor curves round and out of sight

[Sort and Kayln]
You advance onward, leaving the junction to the crew quarters behind you. You see Garian move up and turn the corner, letting you carry on towards the bridge. The lights are still dim here, but most of the sounds are coming from behind you now. Up ahead is the regular hissing sound of an atmosphere regulation system, probably a backup for the bridge so that, with the rest of the ship in coldsleep, oxygen and other life support can be limited to the bridge. Also, up ahead you come across the large blast doors that lead to the control deck

[Nat and Kii]
You kick open a large, red door and step inside to a darkened room. After a breif pause, the lights come on to reveal a room that once had sterile while walls, but was now encrusted with grime. Along one wall are a line of biobeds, one of which is very dirty. Various medical tools and scanners are on hovertables long devoid of power and, most importantly of all, is a large metalic body mounted on the far wall with all sorts of medical tools on one hand - an Auto Doc! Probably a Mk II, as it has a socket where the head would be, most likley for where the vat-sealed organic grain would be placed. Perhaps there is one here?

Sort was a little relieved that nothing came out after he and Kalyn. He let her lead him to the doors to the bridge, never taking his eyes off the path to the crew quarters. He does see a guy from the shuttle walk into the corridor, with two pistols equipped with flashlights. He wished the guy luck a he disappeared from Sorts line of sight. Once they reached the doors to the bridge, he turned around and readied his shield. He then looked for the switch to open the door, before flipping it he told Kalyn,
"Alright, I am opening the doors, be ready. I have no idea what might be waiting for us."
He then flipped the switch and got his pistol and energy shield ready, for combat.

Kalyn nods again, her eyes wide with anticapation and fear. She slides her Teslsa pistol back into her holster and grabs her giant wrench. Swinging it a couple times she gets her hands on the grip and waits for the doors to open. "Ready when you are Sort."

"Ohhh~" Kii coo'd, quickly followed by an "eewww~. What is this place, its so nasty looking.." she shuddered, though with an interested twinkle in her eyes. Losing herself to her curiosity, she jumped around the place to investigate the beds, the apparatus, the dirty walls and ultimatley the robot. "What is this guy...?" She pondered out loud, another shuddering going up her spine and giving her modest chicken skin, "Its so... did they record a scary movie here or something..? Where's the plants, where's the... and what is up with his head? man, this place is creeeepy~"

"Seems like someone's into some pretty kinky stuff if you ask me. Trying to be so scary, hope the thing doesn't turn on." Natasha said licking her right hand and combing it over her head.

[Sort and Kayln]
The door gears grind as the heavy blast door to the bridge is pulled open. The most god-awful stench wafts out, like rotten meat left in a hot room for weeks on end. The lights were already on, and reveal before you the lower half of the bridge. The appears that the design of this room has the corridor lead to the rear of the lower bridge conn stations, then curl round and go upto above and behind the enterance for the captain's chair and other stations. In addittion to the nasty smell, there's some nasty sounds as well, but nothing is coming your way

[Nat and Kii]
Despite your prodding of the armoured shell, nothing happens. Looks like it's not going to come on until it's head is found and re-attached. Otherwise in the room are a number of medical implaments, drugs, and assorted things you might expect to find in a medbay

[Sortaix]

Sort kept his shield and weapon ready, even as the horrid smell assaulted his nose. He cleared his mind and tried to place the smell, to see if it matched the smell of rotting human flesh, that he had encountered a few times in his cases. He decided to move forward to the comm stations, slowly and cautiously, hoping his shield and armor would keep him safe.
"Kalyn, I do not know what is making those sounds, or where this horrid stench is coming from, but I say we get to the comms, see if we can find out what happened, then get the hell off this ship and call for reinforcements."
He spoke to Kalyn but, did not look back to her, keeping his eyes ahead for any...whatevers.

Kii'inii kept staring at it a while longer, before giving up and stepping back. "Meh" She complained, "I can't figure out how it works... Stupid robots"
She looked around the room, for the first time noticing its apparent uses. "So here people would get their facelifts, hmm? I wonder if these cabinets still have any botox in them. or, if thats not the case, maybe we could make due with some pills and morphine; stuff like that" She grinned. She strutted up to one of the cabinets and brushed the muck off the glass lid, before trying to peek inside. knowing how it must look, she chuckled a bit awkwardly "It would be so silly if some sort of alien was hiding in there, wouldn't it..? Grabbing sick patients who are just looking for their medication to do lord knows what...?"

Kalyn gasps and covers her noise as the smell assualts her nose. "That's a god awfull smell! Sort just get me to the comm station and I can hack into it and find out what happened. Lets just get this over with before more "things" show up." She takes a deep breath before walking onto the bridge. Kalyn holds her wrench high, ready to club whatever gets in her way. The sounds have started to bother Kalyn less but considering the state of the ship she's afraid what she might find on the comms.
