(You got insanely fuckin’ lucky, you know that? Like, I only included this Pokémon because it would be in about the right place in another region. The odds of the Random Number Gen actually picking it is like 1%!)
Passing over the Pokémon you already saw, you dive further into the grass. While your persistence is rewarded, you realize you don’t recognize the Pokémon you’re currently staring at. A quick look at your PokéDex reveals that this Pokémon, a Purrloin, isn’t even native to Hoenn! How in the hell did THIS get here!? Did someone release it? Did it stowaway on a cargo ship? What!? Well, the fact of the matter is it’s here now.

Well, the day has finally come! Knowing that you would be leaving soon, Nurse Joy throws you a going away party for you and Azurill, seemingly restraining tears since she’s been working beside you for nearly 3 years now and is going to miss you something terribly. The abandoned Pokémon will probably also miss you, especially the male ones. You’re actually rather surprised Nurse Joy never caught you jacking off the males in heat, but hey, that’s good for you, right? The party went well, though there might have been a tad too much alcohol there for you to handle. You don’t wake up until late the next day with a very slight hangover. You down some water to help with that and say your goodbyes to Nurse Joy before setting off.
“Be careful! There was an awful racket earlier today, so keep an eye out for any problems!” She warns you as you walk out the door. Well, here’s the start of your journey! What’s your first move?

When you spray the Paralyze Heal onto the Poochyena, you see that it almost gives out. He must’ve been really close to fainting and deliberately used the fact that his muscles were locked up due to the Stun Spore to appear steadier than he actually was. With that in mind, you use the Super Potion, bouncing the dog back to full health. When you explain that you’ll need his help, he gives a small bark of acknowledgement before you pull him back into his PokéBall.
When you turn to Nina and complement her, her cheeks turn bright pink and she scratches the back of her head in embarrassment as she doesn’t know what else to do. “One of the good things about being a PokéMart clerk is you get a lot of egotistical Trainers.” She says, her embarrassment preventing her from making eye contact with you. “They brag on and on about the adventures they have and the things they do and I just tried to go off that and what I’ve see you do. And Spark was what Chinny used? I didn’t know that’s what it was called, or even if it was a move really. I just tried to describe something that might be useful to Chinny and hoped she could put it together from there.” It sounds like she didn’t really know what she was doing, but she still brings up an interesting point: If you describe it to your Pokémon well enough, then it can possibly learn a new move under your direction! It’d have to be something they’re at least somewhat familiar with, like how Chinny learned Spark based on knowing Thunder Wave, or something that seems pretty obvious but the basic concept is sound.

Chrys gives a slight noise of uncertainty at your choice, but seems to relay the command to Miyu and Dusky regardless.
It seems Alexis is starting to relay commands to her Pokémon via Chrys now since, without prompting from her, Scizor reappears in front of Smoochum and unleashes a Fury Cutter. Now they’re getting a taste of what Chrys did as the Super Effective move lands. And it’ll only get worse from there.
With no one moving to stop her, Rose starts to make good on her threat. “Roserade, crush that Trapinch.” Once again, the rose Pokémon spins, launching a storm of rose petals that surrounds Trapinch. By the time the storm subsides, Trapinch is down, unable to rise again. You have a feeling of mental anguish passes through your mind, causing you mild heartache before you separate it out from your emotions and realize its coming from Chrys. It seems she knew it was inevitable and was prepared for it, but learned there’s no way to prepare for watching one of your daughters fall in battle. Quickly, Alexis grabs Trapinch and moves her on the other side of the Powder Snow barrier, keeping her out of range for Roserade to finish the job since Underground League battles usually go to the death. Still, almost as if in retaliation, the Sand Tomb brews, eating up another chunk of Roserade’s health.
Seeing that it’s just short of useless in the current situation, Eiji grudgingly commands his Pokémon, “Just use Minimize.” Then the Drifloon seems to shrink into a mere fraction of its former size. It’s gonna be much harder to hit it in this state. It seems everyone’s making use of Chrys’ services now since Houndour launches itself at the newly-minimized Drifloon and manages to take a solid Bite out of it regardless of the change. Eiji curses under his breath and glares at Chrys, obviously blaming her for the newfound cohesion your group is experiencing. As if Chrys wasn’t under enough enemy scrutiny as is!
“Smoochum, baby, that Baltoy’s really making a mess of things. Focus on cooling her off, if you please.” Z says. Without hesitation, Smoochum blows a gust of Powder Snow at Chrys and, because they’re surrounding her, Flan and Seal. While the two Ice Pokémon are unaffected too much by this, Chrys begins shivering again, whether from cold or because she’s becoming weak you don’t know. Either way, with Pokémon on the field capable of attacking around her guards, it once again becomes important to protect Chrys if you and the team want to be able to continue your silent communication! As if having the same thought, Growlithe breaks into a sprint, mouth full of fire before it bites down on Chrys’s attacker, the sound of sizzling coming from the Smoochum before Growlithe backs off.
Continuing the bite chain, Flan launches herself at Sandslash, her mouth crystallized with the ice in her mouth, before she bites down on her enemy’s head with the Ice Fang. While it may have once again failed to freeze the Pokémon, it finally succeeded in causing it to fall back and clutch its head, forgetting what it was supposed to be doing. Flan’s finally broken the Fury Cutter chain! It’s attack power will be back down to normal next round, though you’re not sure if she’d be able to survive even that.
Starting your orders off, Dusky launches enough Ember into the air to slightly darken the skies. Unfortunately, with such a wide spread, though all of it lands it doesn’t do much more than annoy Sandslash, doing almost nothing to Numel, Roserade brushing the effects off, Smoochum flinching a little due to it being Super Effective but not doing much more than that, and outright missing the smaller Drifloon. Continuing your direction, Miyu, still reeling from her sister going down, launches clouds of sand into the air using Sand-Attack over and over again, then uses Rapid Spin afterwards to shoot the sand everywhere… unfortunately with the lack of control she has over this, everywhere naturally means at your team too. Chrys had the foresight to tell everyone to duck and cover their eyes before this happen, but more than a few people, Alexis included, shoot you a look that makes you think they don’t think much of the attack. Your enemies don’t think much of it either, but that’s an entirely different matter. With the wide spread and the lack of control over it, not much of it made it to your opponents’ eyes, the unlucky victim being Smoochum. You’re unsure if that was a bad case of quantity over quality or if Miyu’s emotional state had something to do with it. The way Miyu is constantly eying Chrys with worry in her eyes suggests that she’s beginning to grow more and more worried that her mother-figure won’t last much longer and its likely to affect her performance as she pays more attention to the Baltoy than the battle.
Speaking of Chrys, since no one seemed interested in tagging the obvious kill, she uses Psychic on the almost unconscious Numel, helping it make the final leg of its journey into the land of dreams.
“Baltoy, that Vulpix is becoming annoying. Take it out!” You hear one of the Magma Grunts say. Immediately, the enemy Baltoy launches a Mud-Slap at Dusky, your Pokémon falling backwards under the Super Effective attack. She shakily makes her way back to her feet, but you can tell she’s starting to be overwhelmed by the damage caused by the attacks she’s taken so far.
Shaking off its fatigue for a second, Machop dashes at the Sandslash, bringing the side of his hand down on the side of his enemy’s neck in a Karate Chop attack. The sound the connecting attack rings out makes it clear that it was a critical hit! The Sandslash wobbles, obviously still standing only though sheer willpower by the way its eyes close and take long periods of time to reopen and it has to fight to keep its footing. Seeing this weakness, Seal launches another Aurora Beam at it, the rainbow colored attack being more than enough to topple the severely weakened Pokémon.
Nosepass once again blasts rock from its nose, five rocks flying at Drifloon. With the Pokémon’s smaller size, though, only one of them connect. The Drifloon definitely feels it though since it’s Super Effective!
At the end of this exchange, Chrys is really shaky, her condition being uncertain at this point. While her former greatest threat, Sandslash, is down, the new threat of Roserade will make it likely that she won’t survive the next round. Without her, Miyu will almost definitely stop listening to orders since both her mother and her sister will have been defeated and group cohesion will drop as you all actually have to speak to your Pokémon rather than mentally connect with them. It’d probably be for the best of that doesn’t happen. Dusky is hanging in there, but you’re pretty sure she can’t take much more Super Effective punishment. Or an attack from Roserade, but that’s more everyone at large than a Dusky-exclusive problem. No one else was attacked this round, so everyone else is the same as last time, meaning both Machop and Flan are in pretty bad condition, probably a bit worse than Chrys, while everyone else is relatively alright. You can hear the Officers trapped behind the Powder Snow continuing to dig through to get back into support detail, but you’re not sure how long it’ll take them to finish. Smoochum will probably need to be taken care of before that or else she’ll just dump another layer on them.
On the opposing side, Smoochum is looking rather ruffled after taking those Super Effective attacks and is running blind after eating a Sand-Attack. By no means does she look almost done, but she’s well on her way there. Roserade, as expected, doesn’t look too badly hurt, save for what the Sand Tomb has done to her after 2 turns. Drifloon doesn’t look too good after being hit despite its smaller size. It’s probably the worst off out of all enemy Pokémon. Baltoy wasn’t hurt too much this round besides what little it took from Dusky’s attack, so it’s still doing fairly well.

Your day has arrived! After your announcement to become a Trainer, your parents gave you their full support, though they seemed a bit worried. They gave you enough PokéYen to give a (more than) descent start and handed you a backpack and told you to pick out some supplies to get you going. After hand-picking from the items they have at the main ranch, they sit you down for a going away breakfast feast and then send you on your way. Immediately you run into what could be a problem, everyone knows your face! As you leave your house and get a last look at your Home Town, you have a crowd of people asking for autographs from the face of the Lebed Iron Breeder Corp. Whether you fulfill their wishes or not, soon enough its long past time for you to go. So what’s your first move?

(In case you didn’t see it in OOC, it’s a bit of a mix of both. You can catch a Pokémon that has fainted, but they’ll be a lot less happy with you than a Pokémon caught game style. As a result, it’ll be a lot less obedient)
Before Honedge can go through with your command, Electrike releases an ear-piercing Howl. You can’t be 100% sure, but you get the feeling that it’s more into the fight now and its attacks will hurt a lot more from now on. Recovering from the sound, Honedge goes into a Sword Dance, the frenzied movement pumping it up and making its attacks more fierce. In relative terms, the Pokémon are matched, Honedge having higher attack, but lowered defense while Electrike has slightly higher attack. You get the feeling that the preparation phase is over and that Electrike will be going all out from next round on.

Katie seems to suppress a smirk at your words, but you’re not sure if you really saw it or not since her face is smooth in the next instant. “Well, for now I just need you to follow me! The thing I need help with is not too far.” She says, taking you by the hand and dragging you behind her. She leads you into the old, mostly unused shipyard and up into the top floor. From there, she closes the door behind her. Then she turns to you, as if to see how you’ll react. You don’t see much in this room besides a few layers of dust and some powered down computers. Well, that’s not true. There’s also a book case to the right of the entrance that seems to emit a pale red light.

At your obvious show of hostility, Absol removes its last traces of hesitation and prepares itself for battle, which in turn causes Kal to sigh and release a Vulpix to help you out in the coming battle. Her Pokémon doesn’t look overtly powerful like Tyr or Seraphim does after all they’ve went through, but it’s better than nothing. Before everything gets started, you spray Tyr down with a Potion to help it recover from its battle and send him on his way. Seeing how shaky Seraphim is from going two battles without healing, Kal tosses Remmi a Potion to spray on the Ralts before the Absol finally makes its move. As it does, you and your allies’ Pokémon all feel an ominous Pressure on them! It’ll likely take more out of your Pokémon to attack then they’re used to! When the Absol buckles a bit, you see a smile come across Remmi’s face. Seraphim’s Ability must be Trace, throwing Absol’s Pressure right back at it. Shaking off the effect, Absol presses on.
Surprisingly, it shoots a mouthful of Ember at Tyr! Despite it not being type effective, it still hits rather hard! From your PokéGear’s headset, you hear confirmation that the Absol just used Me First, a move that randomly picks a move from its enemies and uses it with increased power! Thankfully, Tyr doesn’t seem to be burnt, though the attack seems to have taken a bit out of him.
A bit annoyed her own at her own attack being used, Kal orders her Vulpix, Hope she’s apparently named, to use its own Ember on Absol. The Disaster Pokémon winches a bit, but otherwise doesn’t seem too terribly affected by the move. Remmi must have communicated with Seraphim mentally, because the next thing you know the Ralts’ eyes are dyed a deep blue, a color that the Absol soon reflects as well. You’re not sure until your headset tells you so, but it seems Seraphim has used Disable! You’re not sure which move has been Disabled, but any move it doesn’t have access to is a good thing! Bringing up the rear, Tyr concentrates, using Focus Energy to make it likely that he hits more vital areas.

The Houndour girl looks around nervously as you suggest the two of you move, as if expecting the woman that was yelling at her to pop back in at any moment. When that doesn’t happen, she looks at you with obvious mistrust for your motives. Still, she gives a shrug that seems to say ‘Anywhere’s better than here’ and waves her hand for you to lead the way. The two of you walk to your room right next door with no problem and she immediately closes the door behind her and seats herself in front of it, sitting cross-legged in a way that makes it obvious once again that she’s not used to the human form. You say that because the way she sits puts her vagina in full view and the way her hands are gripping her legs dies nothing to hide her breasts, showing you that she knows nothing of human modesty besides what she was obviously told by the woman earlier. With the woman gone, she obviously reverted back to whatever was comfortable.
“So you wanted to talk? Well, talk.”
