Her attention going over to Garian as he spoke Jessica opened her mouth to say something before deciding better of it. Shaking her head she turned her head to look at Nami apologetically. "Erm.. I shouldn't of said that. Sorry." She shook her head lightly as she extended her claws scratching idly at the wagon's side. "my name is Jessica." turning to Ava as she said her name. "Now insult me again and I'll slash that pretty face open." She didn't care for Ava but she had to deal with her for now. Perhaps they'd run into some fanatics that'll want to burn her alive then chop her head off. She smiled at the thought.

Another crude smile corrupted the her features, a smirk of sorts, pleased with the progress of the conversation, they were slowly becoming such good friends it seemed. They say that opposites attract while those of the same repel, she could tell that Jessica was somewhat like herself, the female had the same gleam in her eyes, the same anger and resentment, yet it was barely worth the effort too speak of. Her witty remarks didn't seem too do they're relationship much good, although, they seemed too entertain one another, by some means.

Small shards of embers and ash would dance against Avaritias body, subtle signs of her ability too re-equip herself in a moments notice, the once towering blade she bore had a more than capable reach of severing the female's head clean from her shoulders in one, sudden motion. Yet she would bide her time, allowing the tip of her tongue too curl against her lips, the faint glistening of the moisture being seen under the glare of the sun.

(OOC: Son of a monkey-humper, why does so much activity happen while I'm either sleeping or at college? Anyway, how about we just assume Kouga hitched a ride, and whatever agreement needs worked out, Guy and me can settle it in PMs?)

Kouga takes a seat on the wagon's side that Leon wasn't occupying, ready to alert his fellow travelers in the event of danger. It's his first time having any long-term company on a journey, and he never expected to be traveling in the same wagon as the armored woman from earlier, apparently preferring the name "Ava." The others are quite a mixed bag, as well. The ones he knew before setting out, Tanya and Viv, are present, but there's also the Kitsune merchant Lina, the Neko priestess Selina, the scholarly elf Mizuki, the human swordsman Leon, and Nisil, Jessica, and Nami, whose professions he's not quite sure of (the Zanbo clan didn't have prostitutes).

It hadn't been long, but it seems Ava is already causing a bit of trouble, though it's thankfully not of a violent nature. (Yare yare...I pray any bandits we encounter won't be as obnoxious...) Kouga thinks to himself, just as Jessica makes her threatening remark. He unhooks Raikojin from his belt, still in its sheath, and holds it between Jessica and Ava like a barrier. "Perhaps you should save those claws for other uses. I've seen what Ava is capable of, and she is not to be threatened lightly." The bandits and beasts they will likely encounter on this journey will prove taxing enough, without people gnashing fangs at each other within the group.

Jessica snarled at Nami before shrugging the kick off, there wasn't enough room in the wagon to get any real power in the kick but surprise alone caused her to feel some pain. Rubbing her face her looked back to Ava. "Just shut up. I'm getting tired of you voice already."

"Yeah, really. For a demon, your not much at all." Nami said agreeing, as she had let her anger out.

Mizuki was watchign everything going on with fascination it seems the others were all nodding off but she didn't feel tired in the least, and her mind wouldn't allow for sleep. Instead she manouvered over to Garian she needed to ask him some questions, "I'm going to need a few items to make your healing elixers obviously the more expensive the items the better quality you will get in return, but on top of that i wondered if you could pick up some fuses, casing's and a barrel of black powder. With those any plants we find with unique properties I can probably turn into useful grenades or poitions depending upon the need."

Salina gently clutches Ava's hand. "Stop fighting like this you guys... it is improper." She tumbles over with a soft snore. It is uncertain whether she's awake or just talking in her sleep.

Garian looked over at Mizuki and nodded, "We'll grab some at Holst, don't worry." He said with a smile and then looked back at the fighting girls, "Do one of you have to sit up here with me?!" He called at them. "I feel as though I have to separate the lot of you, so don't make me do that cause then all of you will be sorry!"

She found it amusing how quickly she had became the bait too be fed too simple minded goldfish, yet her gestures of amusement alighted her face in such a way that it could have easily teased the emotions of the others around her. Holding her tongue in due response, taking noticing of the tiger like male's intervention once again, noting his perception too be clearer than most, if not the most acute. Throwing her body back slightly she embraced the warmth the sunlight gave, the simple humans of this world taking it for granted, such a caring warmth, so much different than that of the fires she once burned within. Allowing her hand too be taken by the slumbering priestess, using her thumb too stroke the back of her hand in soft, sensual strides.

A smile coming too her face after hearing Garians words, he seemed too take an assertive role, well, tried.

Nami sat up with Garian, resting her head on his shoulder..... She didn't care if there was punishment. She wanted to be with the first male to show her kindness, and not just lust.

"Thank you, sir Garian. There's enough to keep watch for, without needing to quell internal discord. I have seen many dangers in my travels, and from how I see it, we're fortunate that Ava is among our own group, and not a rabble of bandits." Kouga keeps himself calm and collected, but he's honestly getting a bit annoyed now. Unlike Ava, the dangers outside their group won't hesitate to become hostile...and if they encounter the Inquisition along the way, they will likely see the wagon full of non-human travelers as a "jackpot" in their zealous crusades.

Mizuki looked at the demon, and a smile came to her face she knew the demon was trying to play to tease so to speak but she was begining to become a handful for some.

"Avaritia, are you bored? that you need to play word games with those who are travelling with you? I can understand your demon side wanting to snap twist and claim the highest spot but as interesting and cute as it is you seem to be trying to hide the real you with a facade of sarcasam? is this due to your own nature puyshing you to decieve naturally? or is it because you can't help it? does this help you gather more food? what is the requirement for you to nurish yourself? was your fall into hell painful?"

Mizuki stared at Avaritia wanting to watch how she moved and reacted to the barrage of questions, she had already fished out her note book she was just hoping some answers were going to be confirmed.

Jessica raised a brow at Nami before giving a slight smirk. "Who said I was taken her lightly. but there's very little space between us and these are good in short spaces her claymore however isn't. the power comes from momentum and that takes at least a full swing to get. at best she could bat me with it and bruise as it claw her throat out." She stated it as a matter of fact and not idle boosting. "But as Garian said. we should stop causing problems with eachother."

Garian smiled and let Nami lay her head on him, he didn't mind at all, as long as they got out of there. Then they heard it.

"HALT!" It was a female voice and, looking back, he saw a woman wearing semi-elegant robes surrounded by guards, "That whore is not suppose to leave town!" She growled, pointing at Nami. "You will release her into our custody and be on your way." she said.

Salina leaps straight up and falls somewhere on the ground outside of the wagon. Clutching onto her hat to make sure it hasn't fallen off, she looks around and says, "Wha... huh? What's going on?"

Just as avaritia was chocked for a reply too mizuki's barrage of questions it seemed someone had given her a sly escape, the sound of a foreign female, not one of they're own, calling out. She seemed too be claiming custody over the smaller girl, the one that had kicked jessica from before, Nami apparently. Her eyes glancing back, watching in a moment of curiosity, expecting one of the males too handle the situation, she saw no need too strain herself under the given circumstances let alone the fact she could care less about lightening the wagon, all the more room for those occupying. Her eyes widening slightly as her lips would part, taking notice that salina had tumbled free of her grasp, she was rather clumsy, at the best of times.

The woman nodded, "She belong to MY brothel, and god forbids I let her escape it before she has paid off every coin she owes." She said, her and her guards stepping closer.

Mizuki looked over the top of the wagon, "I wouldn't step any closer if i was you lady, you see at the moment I'm holding onto a little device we call a fire bomb, and as much as I like you if you step any closer I'm going to have to introduce you to my friend, and when it goes off i can assure you that when your scattered into a million tiny pieces all of thise lovely field you wont need that money she owes you anymore."

Mizuki was a little pissed off Avaritia had avoided answering her question all because of this stuck Brother Madam, They had enough fighters so she was going to try and bluff first if that failed then they could fight over who owe who what.

Nami whispered in Garian's ear. "She took me in from the streets.. She charges me what it took to raise me. Clothes, food, everything.."

Garian smiled and stood up, "Mizuki, I'll handle her." He said and got out of the wagon, though not before he hid something underneath his coat, and started walking towards her, humming a song.
