If she got control she would transition to her pistol and then start flex cuffing them, reinforcing the cuffs on the men with electrical tape bindings, then taping a glove into their mouths to keep them quiet.

Whatever you were doing is suddenly interrupted by an immense loud explosion powerful enough to cause the entire base to begin shaking for a few brief moments; two more follow in quick succession and the noise and tremors are followed by a blaring alarm and a PA announcement. The main power cuts out and it goes dark. Red emergency lights turn on, lighting the hallways and rooms just enough to see.
"Code red alert. Valkyrie HQ has been breached by alien hostiles. Every soldier report to the armory immediately for equipment. If you cannot make it to the armory, please remain calm, hide out, and maintain radio silence until the invaders have been dealt with. Non-combatants, please find somewhere hidden and safe immediately."
It repeats a few more times before finally silencing, save for the blaring alarm sound and red lights going on throughout the halls. Each of you can only guess the explosions sounded like they came from the hangar, and possibly from deep below. Moments later, gunfire sounds off from several directions. People begin sprinting by, the non-soldiers in a bit of a panic.

Spriter Part B

The room is tinted red, now that the emergency lights are on and the main power seems to be out. Amelie looks frightened, obviously having no combat training, and in an anxious voice asks, "They... found us!? How? What do we do? Should we hide? I don't... what..." She seems to be definitely panicking. Kara, who was watching the bar, is already sprinting up the stairs toward the gym, which is adjacent to the armory.

Kuragari, Melissa Part B

The main fluorescent lighting completely cuts out and the emergency lights barely light the entire med bay. The skeleton medical staff begin to head out the west door, until gunfire sounds erupt from that direction, at which point the doctor and two nurses find beds to quickly hide under.
The med bay is adjacent to the dining area, above that is the gym which is connected to the armory if you wish to arm yourselves.
One of the nurses actually hides under the bed Angelica and Jessica are sharing. The lot of them seem very scared. However, everyone here IS female, so perhaps you two know that worst case scenario, it might be fun. Assuming they weren't here for something else.

Meep, Sanaki Part B

The shower lights shut off all at once, though the plumbing still seems to work. A single red light barely lights the shower room, the emergency lighting, and the two other women in here quickly sprint out, not even bothering to cover themselves, and seemingly head toward the armory, which was adjacent to the gym.
You hear gunfire faintly, possibly coming from the other side of the base (west from you, opposite the direction of the armory), but you can't be sure exactly what floor it could be on.

Soref Part B

Your conversation with Dr. Vallan is interrupted by everything that's transpired and you hear gunfire, quite loudly, above you. You recall the hangar is nearly directly above the research wing, so that's likely where the action is. As of right now, unfortunately, you're unarmed and unarmored. The armory is on the opposite side of the base.
As for the research bay, many of the scientists get the bright idea to lock themselves in the supposedly plasma-proof testing range in which they were trying their new weapons. Dr. Vallan doesn't seem worried very much, despite the mood of her colleagues, and instead grabs one of the prototype Laser Rifles.
"Here, our latest weaponry. The prototype is a bit volatile, but it burns through muton armor like cardboard."

Hazard Part B

The lighting goes out and you're suddenly in pitch black until a single red emergency light above the center of the cell turns on. The berserker sniffs the air and laughs, "They're here."
If the main lightning went out, it's easy to assume the main power is also cut. You still seem rather trapped, but you could attempt to find a way out of your metal and glass box, or wait and see what happens.

Dr. Lace, Earth

You're actually able to find all of your weapons, though some magazines and grenades are missing. Your body armor is still intact, but tattered and a little beat up. When you finally get on your way, you head north for a solid hour across the mountain. The going is a little tough, due to the elevation and overgrowth. All you come across is largely pine trees and rhododendron bushes until you finally find a trail.

The two of you hear the sound of a river and begin to slightly veer toward that direction, hoping you could find some sign of the alien hybrid 'town' or 'outpost' you're sent to find, or possibly your own squad members. You come across a clearing in which you see four unarmed jean-wearing, albeit shirtless, men. They seem to be making camp and dividing chores. One is dipping a fishing pole into the river, another starts to cut wood for the campfire, and the other two seem to be building snares for small animals. Although you were told the hybrids looked human, from your current distance, they seem completely human and the fact they're unarmed might suggest a complete lack of hostilities. They all look bald, have fair colored skin, and are absolutely built like greek gods. As of right now, they haven't noticed you yet.

Exalted

As you charge out across the small fjord connecting to the other side of the river, you quickly see any resistance fade. The two men quickly uninsert themselves from the silver-haired woman and drop to their knees, with their hands behind their head. The silver haired woman doesn't follow their lead, but remains lying on the ground with a rather annoyed look on her face. When you forcefully cuff her she giggles and says, "You're missing out!" She doesn't resist being muffled and you now have the three of them in front of you.

The two men allow you to cuff and muffle them with no resistance. The woman still has a smirk on her face, but still hasn't said anything. In fact, you could swear she's checking you out. Whatever brought her up here was no doubt exactly what she came for, but who could know for sure? She seems docile and continues to lay on the small blanket the group had laid out for their romp. Kelly tightens her grip on her shotgun, looking over at Adrianna as she whispers, "Hybrids, or idiotic campers? Either way, we may want to try and avoid them to find the rest of our squad. I doubt our girls would have just waltzed up to these guys and asked if they had seen any aliens. If they aren't them anyways."
She looks for an easy way around the group of four, but reflexively pulls her shotgun up if the group they're observing looks anywhere near them.

She quickly began broadcasting to her children, asking them if they were safe or if they could hear her, and telling them to do everything in their power to protect themselves and the other XCOM members from the invading aliens. If they could, she suggested they find some way to differientiate themselves from the aliens as much as possible, so as not to get shot at by her friends.

At the same time, she glanced down at the nurses cowering under the table, as she said "Locking the door isn't going to do much, especially if there are berserkers present. Frankly, the best advice I could give you is to try not to make them angry if they show up."

Without hesitation, Nym burst from her stall nearly wrecking the door in the process and stormed out of the shower, leaving Serena alone, not even waiting to see if she'd follow after. The huge woman made her way to the armory, shoving passed anyone and everyone that may have gotten in her path. Once there, she'd grab her things. Her custom revolver, her new, thicker armor, which she donned post haste. And her spare ammo bag and grenade belt as well as her very large knife akin to a giant clever. She made sure her pistol was loaded and she rushed back out again, hurriedly moving towards the gunfire, eager to splat some grays. "I'll kill'em all!" She exclaimed as she rushed towards the sounds of battle, a menacing grin on her face. This was just what she needed.

Alexis got to her feet glancing up at the red light then to the berseker. "Who's here? You don't mean... shit they already found the base?" It was probably one of the hybrids they had brought back Alexis thought with a grimace. "Make a hole in the cell we've got work to do... starting with something to eat. Find me the cafeteria then we'll deal with whatever attacking." She said unable to fight on an empty stomach. "Some clothes would be nice too but I figure you're not going to look to hard for those are you?" She asked sounding a bit irritated.

It actually seems more like an assault rifle, as it has no scope and a single iron sight.
Vallan quickly shows you where the safety is and explains that it requires one concentrated shot; you must aim and hold aim on the target as the gun fires a concentrated beam.
She wishes you luck as you depart the research bay to head to the top floor.
You make it as far as the elevator and you find that, of course, it's offline. However, a kevlar rope is hanging from the shaft, implying some other soldier decided to climb up that way. You no doubt decide to follow suit and find yourself in mission control, adjacent to the hangar. You see a half-dozen soldiers behind desks and tables, taking aim at the hangar entrance (Left Side of Picture) which you notice is currently sealed. It seems they're preparing for the enemy to breach the room.

When you get to the armory, what you find is not quite what you expected. Rather than just soldiers showing up to arm themselves, a few dozen civilians did as well and a throng of people are now crowding in, grabbing any weapon they can. The single quartermaster can hardly hold them back and she simply sits in a chair to the side, smoking a cigarette. The lights have gone out here too and the emergency lights give the whole place a bit of a grim tone.
You see the woman from your squad before, Nym, shove through the people and retrieve her own equipment, before pushing back through the crowd and exiting the range toward the hangar.

Lace and Earth

You easily get by the somewhat distracted group of men. The two of you find a small rock fjord across the river and continue making your way north. Another solid hour passes until you hear someone radio into you, you recognize the voice as one of your squads. Your ear-pieces were still working after all, but just barely.
It seems like she was trying to get ahold of two other squaddies, however.

Kura and Melissa

Angelica grabs Jessica and tries to keep her from leaving just yet. When Angelica attempts to contact her children through their mental link, there's no response - it's possible that Vallan is using some technology that inhibits or negates psychic connections for those in containment cells, a fairly important security measure to take.
Assuming Jessica tries to contact somebody on a radio or on the med bay phone, you'll find no response on the latter, but using the radio, you'll receive some quick responses from a woman obviously in a fire fight, possibly the new commander, saying that reinforcements are needed on three levels - the hangar, the lower level containment area, and in the barracks.

Meep

You make it to the armory and shove through the throng of people trying to get weapons. You're able to get ahold of your weaponry no problem but the only armor there for you is your old armor, albeit repaired. The only item you're unable to find is your grenade belt, likely taken by someone else. Despite the orders given over the intercom, there's at least two dozen civilians here also trying to arm themselves in addition to the soldiers and the quartermaster has simply given up and is just allowing whoever to take whatever.
Once you retrieve your equipment and push back through the crowd, you make your way out of the armory and toward the hangar. You reach Mission Control, where a few dozen soldiers are hiding behind desks and computers with their guns trained on the hangar bay entrance (On the Left Side of the picture). Gunfire is erupting from the other side, but these women are obviously expecting a breach any moment. You see one soldier with a rifle like you've never seen before

He grunts, seeming to have acknowledged you, and begins smashing at the steel. Without the power to reinforce it, or to stop him from trying to break out, the berserker seems to make progress. Just before he breaks through the steel, he stops and turns to you with a grin, "I'll want something for helping... you know."
With one final body slam, he breaks the steel apart and goes plummeting through the already cracked glass on the other side. Just as in the cell, the main lighting is out and only emergency lighting faintly lights the hallways.

Kelly gives her earpiece a tap, and asks "Are you alright there? This is Kelly, along with Adrianna, and since we're hearing you we must be close. give us directions to your position, will you?"
Once she had those directions, she would move towards he lone squadmate.. Hopefully they'd be alright during the time it took to get there!

Ciera looks back to Amelie saying "I think you should follow their lead.", before following Nym's example and beginning to barge in through the crowd, hoping to grab her sniper rifle before anyone else in the crowd does. She will pry it out of someone's hands before she let's it be taken by someone with no training with it, more down to them probably not being prepared for the recoil... but also a bit of the weapon is like a child to her, and she doesn't plan on letting someone take it only to be captured with it in nano-seconds.

Adrianna waits for Kelly to finish talking "We might wanna be quiet. That was a decent sized camp they had back there and i wouldn't be surprised if they had people moving thought the area on patrol and gathering materials and i don't know about you but i would prefer to avoid contact right now" Adrianna then turns on her radio to contact her other squad member "After you give us your location maintain radio silence and stay hidden, don't break it unless your fubar." Adrianna then stops temporarily to look Kelly over real quick and check for abnormalities "Hate to do this now but i forgot earlier and i don't want to risk it. How are you feeling, anything feel off?"

Serena had opened her mouth to answer the question but all that came out was a shriek as she slipped and fell to the floor smacking her head against the tile as the entirety of the base shook, groaning in pain as she watched the others run by leaving her to slowly drag herself up as the alarms rang the noise alerting them of the intrusion quickly becoming an annoyance, she breifly wondered what had happened before what the sectoids at the mall told her.

Scrambling to her feet she took a few shaky steps out of the shower before dashing of to the armory not bothering to check over her equipment before sprinting in the opposite direction, where to supposed breach happened, all the while her mind wondering if this was what the aliens meant when they talked about invading the base, though it was way too early for their arrival, regardless Serena knew she had to perform well under the watchful eye of her comrades least she be branded as a traitor and became an enemy of the entire base, pulling her shotgun closer to her body she prayed it wasn't as bad as it seemed.

Alexis watched the berserker tear his way through the armored sell and couldn't help but admire the raw power and obedience of this thing... until it looked back at her and told her he wanted something. "Let me guess... you want another ride? Fine but not here and now, this is our only chance to escape." Maybe she'll get lucky and this thing will be killed in the crossfire as they escape. Otherwise she might have to own up to his request... "The armory or cafeteria whichever we find first." She instructed following him out of the cell.

Nym pulled the hammer back on her revolver and briefly looked back to were the gunfire was on the otherside of the room. If it looked like they needed serious assistance, or something huge was trying to break through, she'd go to that side and try to deal with it. After all, in her mind the best defense is a good offense. She had no qualms breaking the enemy with a counter charge, even if she was to attempt it alone. If it wasn't bad over there, she'd simply aim her gun at the sealed door in front of her, and fire as soon as something broke through it. "Lets send these fuckers straight to hell!" She shouted loudly, attempting to rally her comrades in arms to fight back against the invading forces.
