As he began removing his restraints he picked up on the sound of Estrada's voice as she began to speak. Listening wouldn't be of any problem removing restraints was second nature to him from the amount of experience he has had. As she begun to spoke he took every word she had into his thoughts. It would be easier to kill him so he had to have some use to her. Rein never knew much of the world, but he knew people. Especially the kind of people he worked with everything she said just confirmed the things he would had already expected from those said people who would pay him.

What made him wary about her was the fact when she was talking about herself was the similar purpose they shared when it came to working for the slavers. Aziz could had fed her some information about his life and the sob story could be one she concocted. Though the amount of emotion she's attempting to restrain behind each word was more than proof enough that she was speaking the truth.

After noticing that she was finally relaxed Rein began to speak. "You don't need to convince me of anything. I don't trust the people in the tower except for my family. Besides you didn't have to give me your life story after just meeting me. Well at least not unless you bought me a drink first." Rein was quick to lighten the mood of the room as he finally stretched his arms and legs purposely showing he had removed them. "By the way you should get someone else to tie up prisoners. Wasn't sure if a child wrapped up my arms and hoped for the best or if some tied my restraints like they'd tie their shoes hehehe."

Finally standing up he looks to Estrada. "So... what do you need me to do then? I'll be getting either bored from nothing or worried my sister might do something drastic if she thinks I'm dead."
Life has gotten so much more boring. Well I suppose it doesn't help if I say my only source of entertainment is YouTube and here. So yeah not much of interesting life going on.

Blair nods and sets to work pulling wires out of walls and stripping down the house for what she could get, she then set off for either a bigger house or an apartment building thinking they might be better to trap and stay in.

Kal sighed as she finished sifting through the data and information, it made sense somewhat the mutants bred a little too well for them to be due to radiation posioning. She leaned back and looked at the back pack, deciding to grab it and have a quick look in side to see whats there before she heads off to her room she wanted to see if she'd left anything valuable behind before she went and breeched the security doors. She would also try not to assume the mutants were out to kill her from now on, not when it looked like she was saving their lives somewhat.

Ciera slowly recovered from the shock to her system (literally), and felt the drone search her body. Realising that her gun was one of the things that was missing off her person, was something that made something snap inside of her. How dare this piece of junk take something from her that she had took so long to get in the first place. with that, she gritted her teeth and tried to get through the pain her body was feeling from the shock, to try to pull off the second plan she had if the drone had the tazer out, except this time, she didnt care if she damaged it, that resolve went out the window as soon as it took her gun away from her. so she went to throw the full force of her body into it, and if it survived that, then she would try the whole reprogramming thing.

Viktor smirked at her when he heard her speak. After she'd finished, he responded coldly "well if none of you know anything, then should I bother with you?" Then he turned to the officer next to him. "Give the two girls to the men, but ensure that they can't move a muscle. Can't afford them escaping." After the two had been taken away, he was left with what looked like an officer and a grunt. He undid their gags. "Now, I am a reasonable man. You know more about your army's plans than I do, but I have you all tied up, you see? Your private here isn't worth very much, we both know that, but I could ransom you back for a good sum- so I have a reason not to kill you. You tell me what I want to hear, and I give you my word as an Eagle that no more harm will come of the two of you." He awaited the man's response, trying to hide his anxiety. The fact that Henry was watching did not help the matter, as Viktor could not help thinking that, despite the man's calm nature, Mr. Fuzzy seemed to be critiquing him. At least from Viktor's point of view, that is.

Oz smiled like an angel, something that should have been quite ominous to Lily.
Poor girl. She'd never knew what hit her.
He was going to get his ass beaten, but this was so going to be worth 1 upping her.
"Oh Lily, I'm just as surprised that you still aren't locking lips with your new boyfriend, but you'd never hear me say anything about it," he elbowed cheerfully back.
Lily froze with a look of horror on her face, her eyes bulged out at Oz.
Hook, line, and sinker. Oz: 7, Lily: 3.
So worth.
"Well," he continued on. "I'll be taking asshat's job, so see you tonight!"
Making his escape, he made it to the facility, where he almost did a double take on what he was seeing.
He eye'd the damn monster as he listened to the asshat drone on.
"Sure," he said with a bit of breathlessness. "I can see what I can do."

((GM Note: Friends bailed on me due to home problems, got done early))

Wyviera
Spoiler (click to show/hide):

The girl seems to be in her own little world, though she does nod when you speak to her. The armory officer gets a small laugh out of you as he takes your security vest, and after a few quick measurements written on a sticky note, he informs you that it will all be ready by the next morning.

"Course you probably'll have a hard time wearing a full body suit like that with clothes underneath. We got the changing rooms, but your charge doesn't seem to have any problems running about in her skivvies, hmhm."

He smirks as he looks through a small box underneath his counter before procuring a rather long knife with a serrated base.

"Gerber Mark Two... Fine blade, this one here. The newer models before the bombs fell were designed more for survival than combat, but that just makes it more effective."

It looks like it's seen some use, but it's still in pretty good condition and you're relatively sure it would pierce through flesh.

Looking over the hacker's device, the screen is split between two halves. One half features the racing game now on mute while the other half features a series of code being typed at ninety miles an hour. Across the bottom of the screen it reads "remote connection with VRT goggles." It seems said goggles are able to produce a virtual keyboard in her vision or something similar as you watch her continue to "tap away" at thin air, oblivious to your finding out what she's doing.

Rein
Spoiler (click to show/hide):

"You don't need to convince me of anything. I don't trust the people in the tower except for my family. Besides you didn't have to give me your life story after just meeting me. Well at least not unless you bought me a drink first."

"Suppose I'll have to keep the gritty details for the bar then, hm." She smirks as she picks up a clipboard, writing something or another on it.

"So... what do you need me to do then? I'll be getting either bored from nothing or worried my sister might do something drastic if she thinks I'm dead."

"Well being dead might be in your benefit right now... If you'd rather go by name, that's your own prerogative, but I'd stick to a code-word of some sort or another for now. Never know if there's a spy among us."

She shoots Chryssy a rather mischievous grin as she says this before turning her attention back to you.

"We're expecting a slaver group to roll through in a few hours. They managed to sneak through a back road before we had a chance to intercept them, but that just means they're on their way back to the tower and probably think Hugo's forces took us all out. The supply of 'Lax on that caravan is worth a small fortune in its own right, but what's worth more is keeping it out of slaver hands. Those security files we stole suggest Hugo's been using it to keep individuals reliant on him."

"Oh that reminds me M'am, we found a few thousand in slaver notes on the corpses"

"Use 'em as fire starters. We don't use blood money."

Blaire (Still Fatigued)
Spoiler (click to show/hide):

GM Roll; Luck- 19 + 1

You spot a few areas in the house where the wires are loose, and easily manage to rip them out, but actually stripping the walls for wiring would be very energy-taxing.

Going outside, the streets are rather quiet right now as you go about finding an apartment building. Your search takes you deeper into the city as you finally locate a promising target. The building looks stable enough, and there aren't any particular signs of habitation. Entering, the first floor has mostly been stripped clean of anything of value with a number of blood stains littering the walls from battles fought long ago. The second floor happens to be far more promising as after only an hour of searching you find a small hiding space inside of a couch with a few bottles of water stored in it!

Silvus
Spoiler (click to show/hide):

GM Roll; Luck- 15 + 1

Looking inside of it, you manage to find a tube of nutrient paste, a bottle of water, a spare set of thermals, and an emergency beacon. Holding up the beacon out of curiosity, you unfortunately don't get any signal down here. Even though you're memory is fuzzy, you think you remember working on said nutrient paste project... The stuff can replace a meal, but it tastes like the smell of reheated and cooled shellfish. Eugh.

You decide to head back to your room, and luckily don't encounter anything along the way. Entering through the doorway you can't help but notice that the room is a mess! It looks like someone was frantically looking for something as clothes are strewn about the room and things are toppled over. Someone was searching for something here, though it honestly could have been the locals who broke in...

Looking about, it seems you weren't keeping anything particularly worthwhile in your room, and neither had whomever owned the other two beds. It looks like it had strictly been a sleeping area- Well, maybe not completely.

Pulling something out from between the mattress and the frame, it seems one of your room mates was hiding a copy of an MMA manual on Greco-Roman wrestling.

Ciera
Spoiler (click to show/hide):

GM Roll; Endurance- 11
GM Roll; Fitness- 20

With the rage of a thousand fiery buttblasts you ram into the Securedrone as you watch its tazer arm snap and fly through the air, the arm holding a key ring getting snapped off as well.

"Subject has shown hostile...Hostile...Hostile..."

Well, it's no longer a threat, but it seems to be stuck in a loop from that blow as you pick up the security keys and take your pistol out of the confiscated items box. Reprogramming it in its current state would be easy enough, but you're not sure how effective a one-armed rolling trashcan would be. You also happen to find a pulse grenade and bottle of pills with the label long since worn away. They're small, round, and powdery white.

Viktor
Spoiler (click to show/hide):

GM Roll; Diplomacy- 10 + 5

"Give the two girls to the men, but ensure that they can't move a muscle. Can't afford them escaping."

"Understood, sir."

The still-gagged female looks up with pleading eyes, tears rolling down her face as the officer unties her leg binds, redoing the arm binds behind her as he begins to shove her up the stairs. The unaffiliated girl surprisingly enough doesn't put up a fight when your officer goes to rebind her hands, despite having gotten out of the former bindings. In fact, aside from the death glare she shoots your way, she's utterly silent with a steady calm about her appearance.

"Green tea latte, extra froth."

Well... That was probably the most random thing. What the heck is a latte even? In any case, you turn back to the two remaining as the girls are escorted upstairs. Henry seems to be taking note of the time as you turn back to the two remaining.

"Now, I am a reasonable man. You know more about your army's plans than I do, but I have you all tied up, you see? Your private here isn't worth very much, we both know that, but I could ransom you back for a good sum- so I have a reason not to kill you. You tell me what I want to hear, and I give you my word as an Eagle that no more harm will come of the two of you."

The officer takes a deep breath, looking at the stairs and then at the compatriot next to him as he grimaces, eyes shut tight. The whole situation is taking a bit longer than you'd like, but you get the impression that he's ready to talk as he finally looks towards you with rather dead eyes.

"The Loyalists didn't plan these attacks..."

Bullshit.

"Hatchet did."

Impossible. All the reports say he would have gotten burned alive. Even if the bomb didn't kill him, the radiation would have.

"She showed us the vids. I didn't believe it at first either. None of us did, but he's alive. Somehow..."

You watch as Henry checks his watch once more before frowning as he walks upstairs.

"Those officers should have been back by now. The barracks are right next door..."

Oz
Spoiler (click to show/hide):

You begin to tinker with the large chicken-walker, trying to figure out what exactly is wrong with it... Well, the fission battery is busted and it's out of juice, but even a battery for this thing wouldn't be too hard to get. As for the gun... Well... It's not a massive beam rifle unfortunately. Instead it looks like it's part of an Active Denial System you had seen in one of Hatchet's notes. The thing pretty much lets out small microwaves which cause intense pain underneath the skin of most organic beings, but doesn't leave much in the way of damage aside from the occasional eye exploding. Pretty much a giant crowd control tank from the looks of it...

Aaaand, it's fried. The parts to fix this baby up are pretty rare. There might be some at Thorn Tower, but otherwise they'd have to fabricate those pieces... Aside from that you could easily fix it, but then you'd just have a giant chicken walker with a bulky unusable gun on it.

Oz gritted his teeth as he slowly extracted himself from the walker, careful not to leave appendages in a certain location for too long, lest he'd loose it.
Overall, it was quite underwhelming now that he saw the guts of the damn thing.
Turning to the old lech, he called out: "Good news and Bad news. Good news is that the walker works. Bad news? The gun's non lethal, outta juice and fried on top of that."
Still, the walker'd make for a good defensive position.
Looking at the gun, he asked vacantly, "Can we scrap the gun? Maybe we could get parts and retrofit some of the other stuff we have lying around."

Rein took a deep sigh as he was getting signed up into this. "Fine then... Just call my Scratch then." An alias he rarely used only for the purpose to strike a lasting fear into the few people he has had to torture on odd jobs. As he listened to the job the mission seemed more for grunts. Rein always worked more like an assassin. What felt more off was the use of burning money. Sure it was blood money but it still could be of use.

"Not to tell you much about morals or anything I don't see much use for burning money unless we absolutely needed to. And before you say because it's blood money. Think on the people that died because of the money. If you honestly think they wouldn't want the very thing that caused their deaths to be turned on their killers go ahead and burn it. As long as you think about it before you decide I'll be fine with that decision."

Rein spoke truthfully. Not wanting to follow someone too hot headed. Estrada was passionate but it could get her killed if she makes a mistake.

Spoiler (click to show/hide):

"Nonlethal! Agh! And here I thought... Ahh well, it can't be helped..."

"Can we scrap the gun? Maybe we could get parts and retrofit some of the other stuff we have lying around."

"Yeah, we've got that chain gun turret lying around somewhere. Hey corporal, go grab Suds and ask if she knows where those pieces are! We could probably hook it into the base there and give it some firepower... Go ahead and scrap the gun, Oz. I'm sure the parts are still worth a bit back at base."

Rein
Spoiler (click to show/hide):

"Hmm, Scratch huh?"

"Not to tell you much about morals or anything I don't see much use for burning money unless we absolutely needed to. And before you say because it's blood money. As long as you think about it before you decide I'll be fine with that decision."

"This far into the plans, the only thing that blood money is going to be good for is traitors and cowards. We use supplies on the dead, but notes only hold as much power as the authority using 'em, and slavers won't have much authority left when we're through with them."

Taking another swig of whiskey, Jenny stands up, popping her neck.

"I'll need you to run a diversion and distract the slavers for a few minutes. If the cargo on this is as big as it's supposed to be, it'll undoubtedly be heavily guarded, and we can't risk damaging the shipment with explosives... My boys have a plan in the works, but it'll take a few minutes to set up."

"That's alright. I don't mind walking in my underwear either. Since It'll be full body I'll just wear my clothes over it because wearing just a skin tight bodysuit would give me too much attention of the lusty kind. Actually.... Do you think there would be a way to camouflage the material to make it blend in more with the desert? Well besides rubbing dirt all over it?" She quickly did the math in her, estimating how many notes she'd have left over. Unexpected things always happened and keeping a little emergency would go a long way, especially when escorting someone like Janette. "Second thought, I should probably hold onto some money just in case this troublemaker lives up to her name. You think you could spot me some extra sniper rounds, seeing how I'm going to be using them for official business?" She chuckled, looking back to give the young hacker a playful wink.

Wyviera became a little more serious as she took the knife from the armorer, getting a feel for the weight before doing a few practice stabs. "I like it.... Combat and utility. I can't wait to sink it into a Grey Eagle's eye before using it to start a campfire." She said, grinning wolfishly. She felt pretty satisfied about what she had accomplished today, getting a high profile mission and earning a little more money to spend on improving her arsenal. "So I think that about wraps it up! I'll drop by tomorrow morning to pick up my sniper rifle and armor." She gave the armory officer a smile before tapping Janette on the shoulder, a signal for them to leave. Once outside the hall Wyviera spun around, facing the girl again. "So what do you want to do now Jeanette? Get something to eat? Go to my room and relax? its up to you."

Viktor gritted his teeth in frustration. This information did little to help him against a possible imminent threat to his troops and himself, but it might prove useful in the long term- even if it wasn't true. There was no possible way Hatchet could be alive, so the Loyalist leaders must have found a way to instill fervor among their soldiers. Not a good sign at all.
Turning back to Henry, he responded "they're probably just having fun with her." He knew it probably wasn't true, and feared the worst. The one time he tries to give his men something fun to do, it goes off and kills itself. Or worse, his own men. God, how he would punish that bitch if that was true...
"Henry, would you go check on them for me? I need more from this rat before I want to leave him alone." He walked back to the Loyalist on the ground. "That's all well and good, but I want more on where your men are now- if you're planning on staging an attack here or somewhere else, how many do you have, and how well equipped are you. For every made-up or lack of answer, I remove one of his fingers," pointing at the grunt cowering before him.

Blair smiled before deciding to search the building for anything useful and any enemies.

If she finds any enemies she tries to kill them silently or set a trap and lure them to it whichever is easier for her at the time.

If she doesn't find any enemies she sets traps all over the first floor, focusing on the doors windows and any hole to get in.(Rusty nails/blades sticking up so people step on them, trip wire onto rusted and broken tin cans, etc etc) After that she set up noise makers near the stairs, then going to the highest floor and hiding before trying to sleep

"Alright then what do I have to do then?" He asked still wondering how long her plans would take to take the tower completely. He never really liked leaving her sister alone for too long. Besides he has been gone for at the most a month to kill someone so at the very least it would be a while before they assumed he was dead. Looking around the room he wanted to have his gear on him. It felt better when he had his belongings on hand. Considering how many times he almost got killed for not having his equipment with him. He took a deep sigh as he looked to Estrada. "Well the sooner we get this job done the better."

Keeping the magazine for later reading Silvus moved to leave this place she needed to get to the security breech doors and see if there was a way to get out of this place. She stopped to wonder if her room mates had escaped but it didn't actually matter the chances were slim to none, considering the state the whole place was in when she woke up. She tried to take note of what damage had been done to the place as she moved, hoping she wasn't going to bump into any more mutants for now.

Wyviera
Spoiler (click to show/hide):

"Afraid not, the only paint we have on base is purple and white, and camo sleeping bag material will only make you overheat. As for the rounds... Well, I'd love to give you some extra, but I gotta keep a log on all of these and my pay's already hurting this week... My superiors'd have my head."

. . .

"So what do you want to do now Jeanette? Get something to eat? Go to my room and relax? its up to you."

Janette pulls her goggles up as she looks at you, her basket of supplies in hand as she yawns in her boxers and undershirt.

"Not really hungry..."

She looks around before leaning up towards you and whispering, making her already quiet voice even harder to hear.

"I want to make fireworks. Lets sneak out."

She goes to run off towards the stairway before... Promptly tripping flat on her face.

"I'm alright!"

She calls back as she quickly gets back up and motions for you to follow, her arms outstretched as if she were pretending they were aerodynamic.

Viktor
Spoiler (click to show/hide):

"I... I honestly, w-we...!"

The grunt's eyes go wide as he begins to visibly shake grunting (likely obscenities) through his gag at the officer.

"W-we were positioned in the Northwest in Loyalist territory, it's at least a week's journey from here on foot through the valley! That bitch came from a base she claimed w-was directly west of this town about five or six days by foot through the cliffs! I- I honestly don't know what is there, b-but she had explosives by the tons and said they were courtesy of Hatchet like the v-vids! We... We were just following ord-"

A metallic voice rings out from behind you as a green light produces an eery glow throughout the room.

"Startup password: Green Tea Latte, hold the froth... Recognized. Voice... Recognized. Greetings, Miss Direction, how are you?"

"Oh god... Get me out of here, fuck man get me out of here!!!"

The officer starts thrashing against his binds, his face completely pale as you note a chain gun begining to extend from the land drone's carapice as it stands over you.

"Officer, you have been accused of espionage and treason against his greatness, Hatchet. Please prepare for evisceration in... ERROR. Civilian in direct line of fire. Civilian, please stand aside."

An annoyed Henry begins descending the staircase.

"Hm, righto. It seems she took the bait, Mr. Dchevsky! I never expected you to plan a trap like that, good work! We have two unconscious guards and a set of boots heading west from the base into the cliffs, and- ... Oh my. I see you also got the land drone working."

Ciera
Spoiler (click to show/hide):

GM Roll; CU- Natural 20

You begin to crack into the robot's programming. Most of the files are corrupted or useless, but you do manage to find information regarding protocol 56 and protocol 77! And... Neither of them are very pleasant.

Protocol 56 seems to have been an anti-terrorist suite of some sort. It supposedly locks down the entire building and sprays sleeping gas throughout it. Protocol 77 seems to remove the employee identification markers on the turrets on the factory floor and force-unlocks all doors. Equally alarming.

Rein
Spoiler (click to show/hide):

"I'll need you to run decoy. Keep them distracted long enough for us to position our guns correctly to keep from damaging the cargo... Chrissy has already been debriefed, she'll run the details for you. The more slavers you get out of that vehicle, the easier this'll be for us."

Great. Running Distraction... Estrada motions you out as you find your supplies on the other side of the door as it shuts and clicks with a small lock. Chrissy begins leading you up towards the surface.

"We have reason to believe the slavers will stop if they think there's a good catch. Estrada procured a... Uniform for me to help convince them."

Chrissy makes a gagging sort of face as she says this.

"She said there's still some undetonated landmines in case they don't stop. Worst case scenario we should try to keep from getting hit by that truck they'll come in on."

She motions for you to stay there for a moment as she heads into one of the rooms, closing the door as you hear her shuffling through a bag, likely changing into "uniform."

Silvus
Spoiler (click to show/hide):

GM Roll; Luck- 1 (Critical Failure)
GM Roll; Stealth- 4

Most of the damage seems to be superficial to the actual structure aside from the busted water pipe somewhere. The labs on the other hand look to have been largely ransacked of any important data they may have had.

You round the corner towards the security breech doors as you encounter no resistance whatsoever aside from the light clicking of radioactivity. You begin to suspect that anything left has fled as you reach the hallway that the door is down. Unfortunately you fail to notice the three goons at the end of the hallway until they've already seen you. Great...

"Damn, this thing won't open! Yah got any more explo- woahohoh! Look at that boys, it ain't mutant trash for once!"

The three of them don't appear to be raiders... They lack that crazy look in their eyes, meaning they're more than aware of their actions. It seems you've come into contact with three bandits. One is carrying a loaded pistol, while the other two have simple combat knives. Still, three against one doesn't seem like the best of odds when your opponents aren't dumber than bricks. They're still about twenty, thirty meters away, and even from this distance you can see that they're definitely not here to help you out.

Spoiler (click to show/hide):

As you begin to retrofit the walker, Mort pulls a cigarrette out of his pocket, lighting it up as he offers you one as well.

. . .

It's rather quiet for a bit as he simply supervises your work for a while. Detaching the gun is easy enough as you continue to go about drilling a few extra holes into the base to fit the chain gun.

"So word is your sister's been seeing some foreigner around town. Shame if it turns out he's a spy or something and gets shot down."

He takes a long drag from the cigarette as he scratches the back of his head. From the way he says it, it sounds more like he's joking around with the idea rather than actually knowing anything, but it still hits a bit close to home.

"Hell they'd probably ship her off to the interrogation block if that were true, would need an escort along the way, but... Then again it ain't none of my business who she spreads her legs for."

He chuckles to himself at that, taking another puff from the cancer-inducing death stick.

"Oh well thats.... great..." He says quite sarcastically as he headed off afterwords with Chrissy. First day signing up with this dangerous person he gets sent into danger rather quickly. Well can't say they don't know how to break in the new guy. "Okay... whatever this 'uniform' is it better get the job done." Rein seemed quite annoyed by this situation as she rummaged and check through his gear. Ensuring the ammo and whatever else there was in his possession before hand stayed with him.

"Lets hope we don't have to use the landmines... rather not get hit by piece of shrapenal from the trucks... let alone see someone like you get hit." He said as he waited for her wondering just what uniform would look like. Maybe security or high ranking or maybe it was just one of the gang uniforms.
Life has gotten so much more boring. Well I suppose it doesn't help if I say my only source of entertainment is YouTube and here. So yeah not much of interesting life going on.

Wyviera grumbled, knowing that 18 sniper rounds wouldn't be enough, if or more like when things got violent. But the extra notes would come in handy, especially at Thorn Tower where money can get you farther than a bullet. Making fireworks didn't sound like a bad idea either, it wasn't like she had anything better to do. "Sounds good, just don't make them too big. We don't want people thinking we're getting attacked or anything." She followed Janette, pretending not to notice when she smacks her face on the ground. She probably didn't want to be dotted and embarrassed over that. "Wait.... How are you going to make fireworks with no materials? Also put on your suit on if you plan on going outside!" Wyviera tapped her side to make sure her new knife was in it's sheath on her waist before chasing after the energetic hacker girl.
