Era sat upright, her back not even touching the chair. That pain was unbearable..she looked at the man that had found her this seat, listening to his suggestion of going to the shaman. Relieving herself of this pain sounded good..better than anything else, in fact..she looked up at the man again and then frowned slightly. He really liked smiling, did he?
"Yes. Let's do that..where is this shaman of yours.....what the fuck is that?"
Her expression was just pure disbelief as that..thing descended the stairs..and immediately ordered them to follow him into some forest and start hunting zombies? Right. Enough of this shit.

Era ripped open the back of the gray shirt that had been given to her, pulling it on but being careful not to touch the remnants of her..wings. As that man had said they were.. She marched right up to the skeleton dude, getting in his fa- er, skull.
"Hey, Boner. Just wanted to know where the hell you get off ordering me about?"
Era said coldly, directly face to skull with um..yeah, Boner.

Saeki munched on the pear-apple-thing. It was a weird amalgamation of multiple fruits, it looked like, but it was easy to eat. She had chomped away most of it after just a minute but it seemed to retain the same size.

It was moving and shifting...good thing she had incredible tolerance for weird things. After the skeleton man and the headless purple guy, she felt any fruit couldn't one up anything here.

She noted the singular-eyed woman who had taken a seat across the way. She looked like a mermaid, but her features were markedly different. Clearly bred for an aquatic environment, however.

"It isn't to me," she replied politely, with a small and courteous smile playing on her face, "It tastes good. Would you like some?" she held out the un-eaten side of the pear to the one-eyed woman. Her features very well worth staring at, but Saeki didn't want to let her curiosity outrun her sense of courtesy.

Nearby, the dewinged young woman wasn't taking anything said to her in as well a stride. Saeki could sympathize, but flamboyant and dramatic displays of emotion were foreign to her; she needed to at least look calm, even if she was not. Erayne, on the other hand was quick to shove up in the skull-guy's bony face. Saeki turned to them.

Trying to be optimistic, she sought to defuse any hostilities and said right after Erayne:

"Uhm, I wouldn't worry. I think he might be able to help us." she reasoned gently. She raised a hand to her food and the core of the pear-thing levitated out into her hand. Her magic was functional again, and she felt far more satisfied now.

The skeleton glared at Erayne, the blackness inside of his glaring out at her. “I think my patience is used up. You can follow me if you want to, or be a naive fool and stay free to do whatever you please.”; He around Erayne and opened the entrance door to the bar. “I consider all those who follows to be interested in a lesson from me. That is all.”; With that said, he left the bar and closed the door behind him. Slam. It seemed like it was now or never if one wanted to learn from him. What will our adventurers do?

Caesle calmy snatches the fruit out of the air, brining it to her lips and taking a large bite. She hopes this fruit's juices will quench her thirst better than her last drink. Swallowing down her bite, she gazes at Saeki with her broken eye. "So you're a magic user, eh? What's your story?" She continues taking bites out of her food as she awaits a response.

Era stood her ground as Boner stared back at her. Those eye sockets were really creepy, though.. She watched him leave in a huff out the door and briefly wondered how did he turn doorknobs. Random thought, yeah.
Saeki spoke behind her and she glanced back at the girl, raising an eyebrow.
"That thing could help us? Seriously? Argh, let's just get on with it. I don't even know what to do now.."
Era sighed as she pushed the door open after Boner, walking into the outside. Her..wings would have to wait, then..

Saeki was quick to move to her feet. Her mere curiosity was a strong enough incentive to follow Skeletor the skeleton man. She looked sidelong to the merwoman, feeling a little bad she was leaving so abruptly.

"It's pretty long, heh. Sorry, gotta go. Maybe you should come." she said tersely. The young Aerenheika actually wasn't sure how much of her history she could even exhume (especially with the light of recent events) but she didn't want to seem antisocial. She offered Erayne a little apologetic smirk as she walked towards the door, unsure how to reply to her obvious uncertainty.

Well, she was at least pleased the strange, feathery woman wanted to come along. Saeki had a sneaking suspicion the skeleton man had info none here wanted to miss. She walked out the door behind the large, muscular man who had been coughing blood before. He looked intact now.

She skipped up to beside Erayne, looking back subtly at Ahriman to examine him.

A little spark of electricity suddenly jumped between her and Erayne's shoulders, though, causing no sensation to Saeki but maybe standing up the hairs on Erayne's shoulder. Damn magic.

The Aerenheika blinked, and her eyes were suddenly a brilliant orange, likewise with her hair. She didn't even seem to notice.

Sorry for leaving so suddenly. Last week, I didn't manage to secure an Internet connection at all. This week, I've managed to find an immensely weak Internet connection. I can't really load Youtube-vids, cus' they'd never finish loading more than one second, but I can still roleplay with you guys! (Even though if you ask me a question, it can take a while for me to even load the question, let alone successfully send a reply. :/)

So, about the roleplay, I'm planning to make a tutorial-ish-thing with the storyteller in this post. So don't be scared with the huge size this post have, it's mostly action and explanations. Also, Taria, I'm going to force your character to follow the others; I'm doing this based on two things: 1; it seems there was a slight error in communication. 2; The tutorial is going to be vital to the story. Sorry about that.

Storyteller:
The bone-man didn't seem to wait for anyone. Although he wasn't sprinting towards the forests, he was moving at a consistently high speed, making it hard for our four adventurers, Caesle, Erayne, Saeki and Ahriman, to follow him. Saeki and Ahriman were having the most troubles following him, their legs unable to muster up the strength needed. Luckily for them, he didn't dash away from them for long.

“The zombies of your worlds are most likely unlike those of our world.”; The bone-man had suddenly halted as he had reached the edge of the city. “They are the walking dead alright, but they don't crave flesh. They crave souls.”; He turned around to face Caesle and Erayne, while Ahriman and Saeki still were running towards him. “But before you can understand why this is so, I must tell you of the dangerous nature on which the god of this dimension build this world upon.”; He glared towards the horizon, impatience showing in his blade-hands that subconsciously spun around his screw-like wrist with a rapid speed.

About ten seconds later, everyone had caught up to the bone-man. “Now, let me continue.”; his sword-like hands stopped spinning around, hanging on his wrists in a vertical and seemingly casual position. “In this world, you can strip peoples soul from them by having sex with them. That is the law of this world that curses us to animal-like behavior. Now, I don't have a lot of sexual potential, so I'm actually one of the creatures that is semi-immune to this law,”; He looks down between his legs and flashes the place where there was supposed to be a reproductive organ, but all there is is hip-bone. “however, by the looks of you, you aren't even close to being semi-immune.”; He lets go of the cloth that covered his bony body and turns around to face the forest. “This means you're likely to turn into a zombie if you don't take care. For our zombies weren't infected with a virus. They were stripped soulless, and then brought themselves back to life. The funny thing about these zombies, is that not all who have their souls stripped come back to life. No – Only those who lusts for something. Like ghosts. Though, instead of having a regret, zombies need a desire. Regardless of that desire, they all turn out the same. Soul-hungering beasts that wants to rape you.”; He paused and started walking into the forests. “Let me show you one... But don't make a sound I don't order you to. The forests are filled with dangers much worse than that of a simple zombie...”.

Caesle tightens her martial wrist wrappings before flexing her fist experimentally. Keeping up with the leader is a simple enough task. Now she must fight some kind of soul-stealing lust monsters? Caesle has never been one for romance. In fact she has always been very withdrawn sexually. The idea of lust demons does not hold as much profoundness for her as it should; she believe this is just a new opponent for her to defeat.

Saeki bent over to pant, biting down on her tongue. The brisk run, while not exhausting, made her heart pound. She suddenly felt a touch embarrassed. Perhaps her species had relied far too much on magic and constructs to do any sort of physical labor.

The bone-man's long winded explanation was a little disconcerting. What he claimed was certainly in harmony with what she'd read about the laws of other worlds, and certainly wasn't a very outlandish take on some types of magic that affected sexual desire. To be honest, if what he said was true -- which she felt it was -- then this world was some god's twisted take on the primal instincts. So, in conclusion...none if it was very shocking to her. She'd heard of soul stealing magic and succubi and incubi who adored it before.

She bit the inside of her cheek, hanging around the edge of the group and saying nothing. No questions came to mind if the bone man was going to show them first hand. Then again, she was trying to digest all of this, too...

Erayne, I'm forcing your character to follow. Sorry.
Also, sorry for the incredibly huge post! :)

Storyteller:
The bone-man turned to face Ahriman. He put his crossed his bony swords in front of his chest, taking a deep breath.

“The forests were long ago corrupted by armies of monsters and even succubi. The rifts were drawing in their attention closer and closer to where this very city lies. Our ancestors fought and fought. Many died. In the end, our ancestors survived by fleeing into the forests. They came back a month later and took back the area around the rift and founded the village that very day. However, the war wasn't over. One of our ancestors were young and susceptible to influence. Her lack of a morale to fight got her caught by a succubus, and not only that, she was turned into one of them. Slowly, we exterminated all the succubus's in the area, except one. One too strong. One, that had once been our own. She still lives, thousands of year later, in these very forests. Her and her minions...”; His arms fell down along the side of his torso. “They are the ones you want to avoid.”

He turned around to face the forests again and began walking casually on a pathway leading into the forest. “Follow me.”. He walked for a while without saying anything, the darkness of the forests shrouding the path, slowly but surely. The ground looked half dead and half alive. The trees sometimes carried scars, and sometimes, there were stumps of trees that had signs of combat – presumable were brought down strong attacks of magic force or a swing by a sword.

At a point, the four adventurers reached a space that was completely void of trees or plants of any kind. Standing in the middle of this plagued land, the stone-man stopped. “The zombies may come in great numbers. Be vary.”; That was all he said before he glared into the skies. A strange loud noise suddenly came from him, sounding like a loud soft whistle.

Caesle's PoV:
Spoiler (click to show/hide):

You can see a blue light emitting from the skeletons mouth, vertically into the air. When it got into the air, it spread over a large area, bursting in every direction. What was he doing?

Saeki's PoV:
Spoiler (click to show/hide):

You weren't quite sure what was going on, but you feel that a strong magic presence is emanating from the bone-man.

Storyteller:
The whistle stopped abruptly. “There weren't too many nearby. However, as we speak, three zombies are coming closer to our position. Ready yourselves.”; Then, the bone-man jumped into a tree. “I'll let you try to handle them on your own.”.

Sounds erupt from the dead branches lying around the zombies feet. Two men and one female slowly crawls your way. Their skin have the color of a living creature, but the occasional infected wound makes the zombies look less than desirable. The men's penises are standing erect at all times, the females nipples the same.

“When they moan, put your fingers in your ear. They will call out to your primal sexual instincts.”; The bone-man said, but he did so way too late. They were already at it.

Turn 1: Zombies turn.
Spoiler (click to show/hide):

All three of the zombies uses 'Moan' while moving closer.

Saeki: Complete resistance.
You find these zombie-things to be HIHGLY disgusting creatures.

Ahriman: Attraction.
The moans is calling to something inside you. You don't find yourself disgusted by the wounds, that's only a minor detail after all... Besides, that female does like kinda strange... Enticing, even... -2 resistance. 3/5 remaining. You may not attack the female during this turn.

Caesle: Complete resistance.
This whole thing was insane. Zombies? Soul-stealing? It mostly just disgusted you.

Erayne: Uncertainty.
The moans certainly seems to pull some plugs inside you, and you know that they will probably be able to please you, though, you don't find the idea of getting your soul stolen to be too lovely...
Will have less chance to resist during the next turn.

Stat used to resist resistance waste: Resistance.

Now, it's up to the four adventurers to learn the ropes of this world. How will they fare? Will they defeat the weak zombies with grace or will they fail to complete the task?

"Hey! Great. Left us just like that..could've at least give us something to swing at them with.."
Era bent to pick up two rather sturdy looking tree branches..her hands gripped the two branches with a sense of familiarity..like she was used to dual wielding of weapons. Weird. Boner's warning of plugging their ears when the zombies moaned came just a bit too late. Not like Era could plug her ears with tree branches, anyway..
"Ung. What..the hell is that noise? Shut up!"
The angel growled angrily, leaping forward and swinging both the branches at Zombie No.1's head. Eat some tree, deadhead. Rich in fibre, I heard..

Caesle grimaces at the zombie woman as she approaches. "What a weak willed woman." She thinks to herself as she positions herself into a combat position, ready to strike. Whomever the zombie comes near, she attmepts to debuff it roughly with a spinning kick to the head. An unbalanced opponent stands no chance against herself. "Victory is already decided here." She says aloud, "These people have lost before, they will lose again."

Repulsed by the sight of shambling... well, half-corpses, Saeki grimaced and stepped back. Caesle and Erayne, it seemed, didn't fancy magic like she did (although she could clearly detect the arcane odor reeking off them, as well as the bone-man) and thrust forward to meet the zombies head on. She plugged her ears as instructed, but the eldritch noises loosed by the mindless bodies still tickled at the stem of her mind anyway, making her shiver.

She found a nice, distant spot about twenty feet from the knot of the action. She sighed, blinking her now orange eyes and letting the flow of magic come back naturally to her. She was still a little unfocused from everything that'd taken place over the last hour or so (it was a lot even for her mind to digest) but she could still manage a few basic spells.

She raised both hands in front of her, allowing them to become a conduit for her magic. She could cast with one hand, but it was a touch easier to use both hands -- it helped to control and shape the magic better.

Wispy blue energy lit up her arms, making her flesh seem nearly translucent. Pretty but bright and luminous rainbow arcs of blue and red electricity crackled loudly between her hands as particles of magic quickly formed between her palms. Facing herself towards the nearest group of zombies, she -- without warning -- loosed her attack.

A bolt of bright, crackling rainbow energy burst loudly from her palms, like a sizzling arrow of pure energy that left a crackling trail of lightning in its wake. It moved with the speed of an arrow, whipping up dust as it flew past Saeki's companions to impact the female zombie's chest straight on. Untamed energy didn't interact well with matter -- it generally caused burns, flames and total vaporization if strong enough, and the sheer kinetic energy could break bones and literally tear something apart.

Ahriman put his hands on his head, disgusted by his weakness. He tried to muster his willpower, he was Ahriman damn it, he fought worse, he beaten worse, still, in this pathethic shell, he could do nothing. Or could he? Ahriman's infamous intellect kicked in right there. Ahriman realized that moaning were what was affecting him, so his first spell was a basic one. He tried to create two ear plugs capable of filtering the moans. He didnt want to be deaf, so it was essential that those earplugs had to let other sounds in but filter out only the moans. His second action would be, putting some distance between him and zombies.

Turn 1: Players action.
Spoiler (click to show/hide):

Erayne: Broken weapon.
You smash the branches against an enemy male, but upon impact, your branches simply breaks on the spot. The enemy male zombie seems more confused than wounded...

When you look at the remnants of the branches, it seems like there had been termites inside the wood, eating it up from the inside!

Stat used for damage: Strength.

No physical energy waste.

Caesle: Slow zombie.
For some reason, the female zombie doesn't seem to be interested in getting close to you. Instead, the female zombie is slowly going closer to Ahriman. Even then, the zombie seems to be moving too slowly to reach him within the next minute or so.

Factor used for zombie's direction: Luck.

Saeki: A crispy smell.
From the palm of your hand, a loud blast can be heard by anyone in the vicinity of you. As if launching the energy as a whip made of lightning, the raw energy flew directly at the female. Upon impact, the smell of rotten burnt flesh spread throughout the area. Smoke rose from the surrounding area, though it was obvious that the zombie was not dead yet. The attitude of the zombie changed drasticly in a matter of seconds, a scream of rage emerging from its torn lungs. Even though it's still moving, the female zombie is actually on fire, and probably won't last long.

-1 soul energy. 8/9 remaining.

Stat used for damage: Soul.
Skill style used for damage: Energy.

Ahriman: Plugging the ears.
Your arms start to shake vibrantly, a strange feeling that you had almost forgot spreading through your arms. The feeling slowly moves towards the palms of your hands, before forcing their way up through your hands. Two earplugs appear in your hands, just as you wanted, with a filter and everything. Even though it felt like the earplugs went through your skin, you find no hole in your hands.

When you put the plugs in, you feel at ease, but only for a second. For some reason, they don't seem to be blocking the moans. Well, this would seem to be obvious, as you have no idea what frequencies their moans are using, so it would be hard to block it...

-1 soul energy. 8/9 remaining.

Stat used for effect: Soul.
Skill style used for effect: Conjuration.

Grand weakness: Curious; Activated.
You stop moving, your mind getting caught up in thought. You almost subconsciously try to alter the filter, seeing if you can hit that frequency the enemy is using. It was then you came to revelation. They weren't using a special frequency- it was normal sound. Filtering out would require extreme finesse and a lot of time, if one didn't want to filter out every other normal sound along with the moans, especially other people's voices.

Stat used for deduction: Intelligence.

Storyteller:
Three zombies were most likely no threat to the adventurers. The bone-man knew this. One of the zombies already seemed to be dying, the smell of burnt and rotten flesh spreading throughout the area. Alas, they needed to learn an important lesson. What was it he was learning them? Time will tell.

“Oooh, you angered one of them!”; He turned his attention to Saeki while sitting on top of the tree that was placed in the middle of the combat. “They are very instinctive creatures. Until you harm them, they will simply try to rape you without remorse. Once they get hurt, they charge at you.”; A small laughter escapes the bony face. “Not that they survive many hits though.”.

“Oh yes, if you don't kill the female soon, her anger may affect the others as well... Won't be a problem for you it seems.”.

Turn 1: Locations.
Spoiler (click to show/hide):

Temporary_combat.png
Not a work of art, no. I'll improvise maps like this every time there is a fight. Also, I'll expand the map when needed.
Temporary_combat.png (6.52 KiB) Viewed 1189 times

Turn 2: Zombies action.
Spoiler (click to show/hide):

Male zombie 2 and 1 moans.

Male zombie 1 tries to grapple Erayne. (Immobilization)

Male zombie 2 casually walks towards Ahriman.

Female 2 tries to sprint in rage towards Saeki, flames coming out from the flesh of the creature.

Erayne: Faltering resolution.
As you feel the moan plunge into your instincts, the zombie hands reach out for you, as if preparing you for sexual interaction. Even though you had honestly been 'touched' by the moans, you were far from read to let it take you! The bash right out of his grasp, staring at him from the same melee distance as before. Letting this continue for any longer was risky. That zombie had to be put out before the burning sensation from within grew stronger.

-2 resistance. 5/7 remaining. Effect from last round cancelled.

Stat used to repel grapple: Strength.

Caesle: Complete resistance.
The moans don't even get past one cell in your brain. The flaming zombie is just making it harder for the zombies to make your resistance falter.

Saeki: Lowering resistance.
Even though you're utterly disgusted by all of this, something is starting to move inside. Not much though.
Lowered chance to resist during the next turn.

The female zombie that is running towards you seems to be disoriented by the fire. After smashing itself straight into a tree next to it, it simply flails on the ground as the fire devours the rest. It's safe to say it's dead once again.

Ahriman: Desire.
The desire for having sexual intercourse with one of those female zombies is rising and rising. When you look up, you see to your dismay, that the female died by Saeki's hands. Your mind is clouded by hormones and dirty thoughts, and the only one truly turning you on was killed. A strange instinctive confusion and chaos rises within you...

However, knowing Saeki actually helped you, you overwrite these instincts. Even then, overwriting these instincts simply buries the desire into your subconscious.
You loose 2 resistance the moment you get into a fight with a female zombie until you've had sexual intercourse with someone.

Stat used to overwrite instincts: Intelligence.

-1 resistance. 2/5 remaining.

Everyone:
Stat used to resist resistance wasted: Resistance.

Important changes for those who did not read everything:
Female zombie is dead. Read Saeki's part to see how.

Caesle perceives the female as downed. A good thing too, she really didn't feel like grappling with a flaming corpse. Seeing the next closest target grappling with Erayne, Caesle holds out her hand offensively and begins to straif closer. Her intention is to approach him from behind, if he is insensate enough to ignore her, then taking him out should just be a simple manner of punching straight into his lower back, disabling this zombie for good. But if he does try something against her... well, she didn't spend years of her life training for nothing.

The branches broke open on first impact, revealing the insides to be weakened and chewed out by termites. Termites. Seriously. How bad could her luck get? Tossed into oblivion and lose her memory, check. Cannonball facefirst into stone wall, check. Reluctantly take lessons from bonehead, check. Now? Foiled by goddamned termites. Check!

Era gaped at the two shattered branches. Wow. Sword's didn't do that. And they seemed pretty sturdy at first glance.. She let the two useless branches fall to the dirt and assumed what she hoped was a fighting stance. Her body didn't take to it well..seeming not to have much experience at holding a stance. Her hands grasped at thin air as if they ached to hold something..a handle of a weapon, anything. Era glanced down at the male zombie's penis as it moaned again, weakening her resolve again. Well. Wielding a dick definitely isn't part of any weapon style, for sure. The distraction in her thoughts cost her as she didn't notice the zombie's sudden lurch, grappling her.
"Filth..get..off!"

Era struggled with the zombie, managing to break free. But ew..that stink would be on her for days at least..
"Someone..anyone. Remind me to wash my hands after this.."
Her expression darkened and she felt a sense of familiarity.. The moment as she was about to take another life. She glanced at the zombie's rotting face. Well, unlife in this case. Era reared back and then lunged forward at the zombie's side, making use of her agility to get around the zombie so it's back faced her. She drew back a fist and threw herself forward, putting most of her weight into the punch aimed at the back of the zombie's head.
Sleep unbeknownst to I, this one lives in perpetual need of coffee..

Ahriman didnt know the exact frequency but he could try guessing it. But again seeing one of his companions acted before him, Ahriman decided it wasnt that necessary anymore. Instead he focused to fight. Quickly adjusting earplugs to filter magic from the sound, Ahriman tried another creation spell, this time he tried to create a halberd. Range of halberd would help him avoid getting grappled. If he is succesfull. his first target would be the male zombie coming towards him.
