Kit though spots Mizuki heading in, and puts her hand on the shoulder.
"Hey... where do you think you're going. You know the rules."
She interrupts then gently shoves her aside and goes to guard the door.
"Look, we have our orders. Even humans have to obey them."
she states, that programming she had as a child taking over.

[Goryokaku]

Mizuki turned to face Kit and looked her deep in the eyes, she smiled plesantly, at her showing a little hint of fear in her eyes. The tank born didn't frighten her and she knew they were programmed but programming could be broken given time unfortunately she didn't have the time it seemed.

"Orders, Orders, Orders, I'm sorry but I'm not programmed like you, I have this strange concept called free will, and a uncontrollable urge for survival as well as keeping my body in tack as much as possible, now everyone here is making fancy requisitions but all i need is the basic survival gear, the combat knife i took the shiny black recon armour to hide with and a little bit of ammo, preferably the 9mm type now, I'm not like everyone else here who specialise in either fixing, analyzing, killing and killing from a distance the most i know i can bring is my ability to move around quietly, which by the looks of you was also your programming, now yes the armor is unique to most because it's built for not being seen whilst providing some basic protection, and I can assure you this out of all of us going out of Haven I am the only one who knows the least about protecting ones self and i don't want to be relying on all of you every time we hit a trouble."

Mizuki sighed the one thing she could do bar sneak was talk and she was determined to give Kit an earfulthough everything she said was quiet enough and close enough so that only Kit could hear, she had no intentions of letting the others know she was willing to quietly enter rooms. Especially when Kit seemed to have been the only one to spot her.

Kit stares back, then nods. "We will see what we can do. Haven is bigger then just us. You should know that. I didn't get the full tour, but you humans should know all about why this was founded. To work together. To be the best we can be!" she states, making it clear that she believes what she's saying. She does nod. "I can ask, but she has her orders. and While she's inside the room, no one else is to get in without permission. That clear?" she asks, then looks around, clearly looking for something to do while she waits, her tail swishing as her eyes dart all over.

Garian looked over at what he was hearing, forgetting he was hitting on the Armory woman and smiled at Kit, "Why Hello there." He said and walked up to her, "Who might you be" he asked with a smile, bringing her away from the door and looking her up and down, "Tank-born I'm guessing?" He asked with a chuckle, he was only distracting her so that whomever needed to can raid the armory without notice if stealthy enough. He held out his hand, "Garian Jorell, out your service." He told her.

[Lady Foxy]

While Mia was crying in the arms of the Administrator, she couldn't avoid thinking that she felt something going on in the armory. That is another reason the Administrator grew fond of Mia, that her ''father'' made her perfect more than perfect in any way.

He succeeded in rising her mental powers, so much that Mia could feel someone's life energy, emotions and actions. She tried to mind-read the Administrator once, but that caused her to bleed to death, since that power of hers was still being formed. So the Administrator built a scouter, (something similar to the scouter in any DBZ serie ) some high-tech glasses that only basically covered one eye, while the operator could still see while wearing it. Built with the best technology avaiable, the Administrator built it to enhance her abilities, and using it to test for future army versions.

Grabbing all the equipment that was available to her, Sophia found herself with only her scout, a weak protective vest, and some extra ammo. She then turned again to the armory officer:
"What i have is enough but - Sophia uses her hight perception - We will not last long if we do not have a "secret weapon" to get us out of a bad situation if it happens. The explosive c4 would be enough, and i only ask for the ones you can spare. 1 or 2 are just fine, and i promisse that if we succeed, you shall be rewarded. If, on the other hand, we fail and die out there, you will not have to worry about anything. You can even say i stole the c4."

Kit looks at him, and tilts her head. She does try to not be moved away from the door though.

"Name, Kit Netsumi. Designation, scout prototype. Mission, to scout for Haven and to find resources." She states.
"And yes, I am tank born. It's obvious though. Collars make that.. or is it that you get the collar because tank born." she replies, musing out loud, her mind always jumping tracks.

"Oh..., nice ot meet you. I've heard stories about you." she says, trying to remember them, her eyes closing in thought for 10 seconds.

[Goryokaku]

Mizuki noticed Kit's distracted head and used this to quickly sneak past her, she would need to thank Garian later. She made sure to be quick and got in quietly, she knew what she wanted and made sure to get that armor she'd been stopped from getting, throwing it quickly into the back pack and grabbing a combat knife on the way out everything else she would requistition properly. She was back out and in a out of the way location, she went over to the officer in charge and requested the basic survival gear and two clips of 9mm ammo.

Garian smiled, "They tell stories of me? That's an achievement right there." He laughed, "What kind of stories do they tell you?" He asked her. "Besides the stories of how awesome I am." He can go on and on with his talking, she seemed like the forgetful type, so it was alright to tell her stuff, she'd just forget them anyways....hopefully.

she giggles. "Like how that scecruity officer slapped you after you tried to get into her pants. I remember that. didn't you try to hit on her again.. and she threw you into a table?" she asks, then giggles. "the way i heard it, it was head first into a rockhard table.. and the table broke!"

she giggles again.

"Although.. there was something else."
she frowns, closing her eyes again to focus on what it was.

[That_One_Guy]

Garian raised an eyebrow, he didn't remember that, but is definitely a crazy story to hear, "O-okay...." He said, "Hold that thought." He told her and went back to the officer in command of the armory, "Yeah, I'll just take the Kevlar, ma'am, I got some ammo at home." He smiled, wanted to leave the place quickly and get ready now. He had done his job at distracting.

Mizuki stepped into the converstation she knew that Kit would probably be suspicious if she didn't.

"I wouldn't know from what I heard thatw as only for show, the after party was apparantly explosive.."

she winked at Garian in thanks for teh distraction.

"Well color me surprised though who thought you could act with emotions Kit, does that mean your not truly under the heel on the administrator?"

It was an honest probing question, but Mizuki wanted to know how deep the programming in the tank born was, if she was going to make use of her she needed to de-program her, and get the collar off but thankfully she knew all about those collars. But now wasnt the time to mention any of this she would be only probing the programming now later on she would work on freeing Kit's mind.

[Lady Foxy]

Mia suddenly got the strength to get up and stop crying. ''I'm sorry Uncle.. It's just that I can't tolerate humans, Not those type of humans. But I'll try my best!'' Mia said while cleaning her face. Once she swapped her black sunglasses on, she was back on her deadly stare, lone-wolf type of attitude. Mia stared at the Admin. for a while, then she left for the armory, got her stuff back, and returned to the Administrator's office.

''I already took the scouter, It's nice though, the screen is silver just like I asked. I also took the MK1, and a sawn-off shotgun. Five rounds for the shotgun, and one cooler for the MK1, To avoid it from over-heating itself.'' Mia walked outside of the room, saying just a couple of words to the Admin.: ''Talk to me through your scouter, besides we are the only ones with this high-tech tool.'' Mia said coldy, walking to the armory to see what was going on. She would miss the Administrator. She will.

[Gorbaz]

Officer Lenk came back out of the armoury, pushing a small cart loaded with supplies. "Right, so that's one kevlar jacket for Garian, 6 clips, 2 frags and a cleaning kit for Mike, one scope, two boxes of assorted ammo, one combad knife and two bricks of C4 for Sophia, 2 clips of pistol ammo and a survival suit for Mizuki, and the, uhhh, supplies for Toasty. I think that was everything, right?"

[That_One_Guy]

Garian smiled and took the armor and several of the clips since they fit in his pistol, "Thank you." He said and walked on, heading towards his apartment, wondering what else is going to happen.

[Lady Foxy]

Mia finally reached the armory, walking past all of them carefully not to start a conversation. Mia looked at the low-class fox again, this time looking sadly. She walked to her, and began fixing her hair. ''Hey, I'm Mia, If you have beatiful hair you should have a beatiful name too.'' She said, while putting on a secret kevlar vest and ammo on her backpack.

Kit blinks but nods. "Oh.. thank you." she then looks to the officer.
"I don't see my normal kit. I think it's still inside. Also, I need to get a few things. I assume that you will allow me inside?" she asks, bowing her head to the officer.

[Gorbaz]

Officer Lenk checks her dataslate and then nods to Kit. "Anything you bring out that's not part of your standard kit needs to be run past me, ok? I've got paperwork to write for all this, and reasons need to be given for it's extraction"

[Goryokaku]

Mizuki thanked Officer Lenk and took her requisitioned gear adding it to her backpack. She'd gotten everything she wanted which meant she looked at Kit and smiling she said.

"Orders are Orders, we've got to follow them to a T hope this isn't an inconvience to you?"

she was picking on Kit she knew this but that was because she'd taken a liking to her attitude and also she wanted to break that programming.

Kit nods. "Yes they are." She then slips into the storage room, but first makes sure she is allowed. once inside she looks for her gear.
