Journey to Shady Grove IC part 2

Mizuki laughed as the conversation was going on, she didn't mind who was in her room though as she planned to see what kind of expressions she could get out of Jessica she wondered if it might not be a little noisey for the thief. "What ever works the best But we need to go get the rooms first."

[Gorbaz]

Viv gets up from her position, and climbs out of the wagon, stretching her limbs. She looks around at the city they have entered, and wonders how different it will look when the sun is high, as it was around twilight right now. She flashed a grin up at everyone still in the wagon. "Well I sure as hell am not staying in the same room as you three, Jess" she said with a chuckle. "Not that I mind what room I get, either. When you spend time sleeping on a patch of dirt, a bed is just luxury"

Jessica nods. "Lead the way then."

"Huh? How would I entertain Garian?" Claire asked.

Garian looked at them, "That gold I gave Mizuki will pay for 4 rooms, 2 to 3 to a room, I will stay out here in the wagon if need be." He told them, "I'm going to go put this cart and horse up in the Stables, you guys go down to the Inn and get the rooms, It's not far from here, just 2 blocks down." He said, pointing.

Claire looked over at Garian. "Uh, I feel bad that you're paying and you would be sleeping out here. I know I'd prefer it in the room, but I'd feel better if you'd let me sleep here instead of you."

"No Garian you can stay with me, Mizuki and Claire. I'm sure we'll have a great time." She glanced at Claire as she hopped form the wagon. "As for entertaining him? i've no idea I'm sure something will happen."

He shook his head, "I kinda enjoy sleeping outside in the wagon, so don't mind me, girls." He said and then looked down at Nami, who was still covered up. "I'll bring Nami up to a room after I put away the cart."

Claire frowns. "Please? It'll make me feel better." Claire said to Garian.

[Gorbaz]

"Well, you heard the man - rooms are on him tonight!" Viv chimed in happilly, before walking off with a bit of a swagger toward the inn. Not having to pay for a room meant that there would be more cash for ale, and she intended to down a few mints before going to bed

"Well, if you hear me wandering around at night, it will likely just be me having a quick nocturnal stroll...something I do when I can't seem to get to sleep. If trouble comes up, I'll be sure to let you know." Kouga hopes to re-assure his friends that he's there to protect them, not make a ruckus. He's unsure of how the innkeeper may react to his "nocturnal strolls," but he can cross that bridge when he arrives at it. For now, he double-checks the leather piece hiding his tail, hops out, and heads towards the inn.

Garian smiled at her, "It'll make me feel better knowing you lot have nice warm rooms, I have been on the road longer than most of you and enjoy a good sleep watching the sky." He said and smiled at Claire, "You can join me in the wagon if you want to." He chuckled.

Claire's eyes widden. "Uh, no thanks. I'd rather sleep in the wagon alone." she said.

Jessica smiles at Garian. "As you wish. I Hope it doesn't rain."

Garian nodded, "I hope so too." He said and looked at Claire, "Now, go with Jess and the others."

Claire looks at Garian. "Fine..." she said quietly. She then got up and followed Jessica.

[Goryokaku]

Mizuki had climbed out of the wagon she took her note book and stuff with her, and started to stroll down towards the inn following Garian's instructions. She wanted to get these roooms bought.

Claire gets out of the wagon and runs after Mizuki. "Uh, I'm rooming with you and Jessica tonight. Is that okay with you?"

<Location: inside Holst Inn>
Kouga steps into the inn's tavern, and is greeted by the smell of alcohol. Never one for the stuff, he shrugs it off as best as he can, finds an empty table, and has a seat. He still intends to guard his friends, but if he goes revealing his heritage in a place like this, it may attract unwanted attention. For now, he just keeps Raikojin hidden, and maintains a "lookout post" at his table, ready to act on any trouble that may spring up.

While sitting there, he hums the tune to one of the travel songs Viv had sung on the way here.

Jessica yawned "She already stated she didn't mind." Jessica moves up near the two as they make they're way towards the inn. "Claire perhaps you can try relieving the local drunks of their coin?"
