Spoiler (click to show/hide):
Time seemed to slow, the necromorphs abusing Cindy's holes in slow motion. Everything Cindy had accomplished and failed to do flashed before her eyes. *Click*. The shot didn't come through. The plasma cutter must have been damaged when the necromorphs scrambled to her. Cindy would begin to panic, thinking of how her life will exist to be a brood mother to these creatures. All of a sudden an alarm went off, the emergency generators supplying enough energy for red lights to illuminate the rooms and hallways. It was the collision alarm, signaling for everyone on deck to head for an escape pod. A blastsheild covering a window in the armory opened, revealing a forested planet with bodies of water scattered around. A door opened and revealed an escape pod, empty and waiting for a user. The necromorphs dropped Cindy, making her roll into the pod. Her foot hit the launch button and the pod launched, leaving the derelict ship behind. Cum spilled out of her holes, drenching the metal floor below. As she sat up to strap herself in she would see more escape pods launch, indicating she wasn't alone. The pod entered the planet's atmosphere, fire burning away at the pods exterior. A few moments passed before the pod cleared the clouds, rain forest the only thing visible. The pod quickly crashed into the ground, Cindy's head hitting the wall causing her to go unconcious...
The pod door was broken, barely open enough to allow Cindy to exit. The pod had crashed into the base of an enormous tree, very little light shining down to the ground. The rain forest was moist as expected, water droplets dripping off green plants. Cindy's vision was blurred at first, recovering from the crash. Something moved outside, stepping on fallen branches. A raptor like creature appeared in the pod door, sniffing the air. It was brown with black stripes, its mouth elongated with rows of razor sharp teeth inside. It couldn't fit through the door, hissing and growling as it became frusterated. It eventually left, leaving Cindy in peace.
Eveything had moved so fast that her mind barely registered it. One moment she was surrounded by the horny dead, and the next she was rocketing towards the nearby planet in a lifepod. She felt like slipping in and out of conciousness as she fell, watching other pods rocket out of the ship followed by the squirming bodies of necromorphs. With a bit of luck they would burn up in the atmosphere.
Furthur down she went, beneath the clouds, then bursting through the trees and slamming into the ground, leaving a furrow behind her. Systems sparked and the door seal broke allowing the atmosphere in. Taking a deep breath, Cindy rested her head in the pod, severely tempted to just sleep, until an inquisitive carnivore came poking around, trying to get into the pod. It faild, but that didn't reassure her much. It looked like she had gone from a situation of being surrounded by the dead crewmates who wanted to just use her body, to animals who just wanted to eat her.
After the creature had gone, Cindy started to check the insides of the pod for survival equipment. The pod would prove useful for temporary housing, but she'd need to head out sooner or later in order to forrage for food. She wasn't hungry right now thanks to her... offspring, but figured it wouldn't last long
