“No, I do not mind.” Ginglias says. “As payments for the enchantment please bring me any strange jewels that you find” Ginglias goes to her tent and settles down. The path is now clear for Jennifer to make her way towards those ancient ruins.

James:

“I’ll stay with you. I know what my people did… Let my pay for their sins.” Felicia says. The forest now thins and turns to shrubs where the ancient people once lived. Their work now crumbled and lost within the grip of time. A bush rustles near James. This signals creatures are nearby. At any given time James or Felicia can get hurt severely. Felicia seems to be unaware of the hidden dangers nearby.

Fagsag and Garian:

The spell only restricts movement and screaming. This means that Fagsag is completely defenseless to Garian for the time being. The spell will wear off in 2 posts from both chars due to it being a weaker spell.

The warrior stands nearby. It appears the spell is wearing off on her as she shakes her head knocking off the grogginess. This could be troublesome.

(Oh no… let’s hope Garian doesn’t do much >_>)
Jinedria:

Zephyros pops out and holds Jinedria steady. “Careful… you used a bit too much magic there. Here, drink this… It should reduce the side effects of magic overuse.” Zephyros says holding a small vial of Magenta colored liquid. “This will reduce the effects but it will make you unaware of what you’re doing for the next minute or so…” (1 post)

He lifts Jinedria up onto the cart and drives Jinedria into camp. All the while Jinedria is still holding the vial of liquid.

“Uh-huh… and if you were a princess what happened to all of the guards that are supposed to protect you? “ a guard next to the caravan leader asks. “Eighteen and nearly raped, leave the poor soul alone Alfred. As both of them head towards the tents, Sharon runs up and hugs Ivan just like a mother would to her child after they get hurt. “Are you ok?! What happened that made you get these burns?!” she asks in a concerned tone. “Here, let me carry you back to the tent.” She says, lifting Ivan and carrying his heavy body to the tent. Garian looked at the Warrior's weaker state and decided that now would be time to try and see if his stronger charm spell, the eye-stare, would work on her when it didn't before. While scouting the area, Jenny keeps her pace slow and silent, all five of her senses tuned into her surroundings, checking for any signs of someone...or something...lying in wait. If she comes under attack, she'd prefer to fight back over a distance...though if need be, she's perfectly willing to unsheathe Luna Katti, and get up-close and personal with the foe(s)...

Ivan smiled seeing Sharon again, he was caught off guard by being carried away. "I can still walk well enough, thank you. Its been a long day... a giant, a Shade, and a mage who I owe a great deal to." Inside he enjoyed a plate of Sharon's cooking, she usually prepared meals at the inn. The invitation felt welcoming, but Emily felt like she would be intruding these two's time with each other. However it was rude to say no to the meal. "I won't stay too long. Just for dinner." She declares grabbing the bowl and eating it quickly. Her mind wanders a bit comparing to life before the caravan and now. Things were surely more exciting than before. Though was all this danger worth it. "So how long have you two known each other?" Emily asks wondering about how their relationship started. They seem rather cute together.

Jin took the vial absentmindedly. The stress of magic was really shredding her up; even the strength of an Iievyr couldn't stand up to two confrontations with a Shade and numerous other theatrics in less than a day. She couldn't help but go limp as Zeph lifted her up onto the cart, surprised by his strength. It embarrassed her to feel so helpless, but her fatigue was disorienting enough that she didn't bother to be combative. She leaned down and sniffed the concoction. She felt she could trust Zeph's aid, but drinking any formula of alchemy unnerved her. It was oft impossible to know the true impact of potions, salves and tinctures, hence why alchemists tended to keep bags of coin around to pay beggars, vagrants and volunteers to be guinea pigs for their recipes.

But she supposed not much harm could truly come, and so tilted her head back to drink the vial. She swallowed quickly. It tasted sort of sour.

She sunk a little bit into her seat.

"I think I just need to lie down." she remarked slowly.

Garian and Fagsag

The warrior looks into Garian’s eyes and seems to not be able to move due to the surge of magic Garian was putting into her. Sadly, the magic on Fagsag begins to fade as Garian puts his attention to the warrior.

Fagsag is not able to scream fully and just lets out a squeak of fear. She manages to crawl 2 feet before panic struck and she freezes in fear. Is this the end for Fagsag?

James:

Felicia moves closer to James. “What are we doing here again?” Felicia asks in a curious and playful tone. She watches as James’ claws extend. “What’s wrong? Are we in danger?” she asks. A group of 3 ceryox appear. They surround James and Felicia. They start screeching at James. “GIVE UP THE HUMAN!” they say in the global monster language.

Melody:

A female guard looks over at Melody. “That’s not really how you draw a bow…” she says. She moves over and wraps her arms around Melody. She explains how to draw the bow. “I suppose we knew each other from 10 years ago. He was 15 and I was 14 Each year he came to my father’s inn to rest for 1 week. During those weeks we spent our time chatting and eventually he brought me a trinket each week.” She says.

She holds up a necklace with 10 different objects. (3 keys, 2 bones, 1 insect stinger, a shiny black pearl, and 3 gold metal gear parts.

She looks over at Ivan. "Sleep well darling" she says and plants a kiss on Ivan's cheek. She then looks back at Emily. "So...what's your story and how did you get here?" she asks Emily

As Jennifer walks through the brushes she realizes that she is able to hear more than she normally would. She hears some monsters screeching nearby. By the sound it seemed to be another group of Ceryox. It seems that there are more than 1 of these filthy creatures nearby. From her memory she could remember the days when she went hunting with her General Samantha back when they were in survival class together. These filthy creatures tore up Jennifer’s best partner Alexis. They literally ate her while she was alive.

A voice pierced the suddenly stiff wind and her head whirled around. She did not question the reality of her environment, as she would have. Instinct plugged at her to follow the sound.

"Hello!?" she called, already dashing off for the center of the ruins.

"Hold on! I'm coming!" she shouted again as she ran on, already feeling the tingle of her inner fire rise to her fingertips, between which leapt orange arcs. She dashed over crumbled stone and weaved through high, carved pillars, seeking out the sound.

The Ceryox surrounding James screech and charge at him with extended claws. The one in front of James jumps first. However, just before it can latch on to James’ face an arrow knocks it to the side as though it were nothing but a ragdoll. He can hear the scream of another person around him. This was not the time to be worrying about the scream of a human when these beasts were about to take Felicia

Jennifer hears the roar. It is nothing like she has ever heard of before. The sound of it shakes the earth around her. The Ceryox that Jennifer shot drops instantly as it’s skull us punctured from one eye to the other. Another one jumps past Jennifer. These Ceryox seem to be aiming for something other than her. Jennifer’s blade hits nothing but air as the Ceryox that she was aiming for jumps for something behind a large bush. There is something larger here and the Ceryox want to take it down.

Felicia screams as the Ceryox charge at James. She immediately curls up into a ball underneath James. This cry is heard by James and Jennifer.

Melody:

Jinedria notices something wrong with the ruins. These pillars are supposed to be crumbled but they weren’t. instead they were standing along with the temple. She does not seem to notice Jinedria approaching her.
