Hurati looked up and there was determination and conviction in his eyes as he remembered the fall of Zibola, "I would do what ever it took. What would you do?" His left leg trembled slightly and he felt faint.

Ayla felled to the ground, screaming loudly. ''Knock me out now! Before it's too late!'' She screamed again, the corruption inside her taking over by the seconds.

[Hurati]

Hurati stood and stumbled over to Ayla, and removed her helmet. He grabbed her chin and dropped his staff, balling the other hand in a fist. "Your wish, is my command." He hit her forehead twice, hard, and then let her head go. She slumped into unconsciousness and Hurati fell backwards one his ass. He groped for the staff and snatched it, attempting to stand. His legs gave out and he fell, hitting the ground hard. Hurati closed his eyes and lost himself in the inviting warmth of sleep.

Ayla's face was simply beatiful, almost stopping Hurati from doing what she had told him. As the two punches sended her into unconsciousness, her forehead stayed intact, as the dark aura around her was expelled into the sky, making the clouds dissapear. Her hair seemed to be made of gold, attracting the attention of some merchants. Ayla's face filled the hearts of the people with joy, making them worshipping her. They had forgotten what had happened, but a concerned Claire had awakened from the blast of wind a few moments ago, making her see the results of the encounter.

"Ayla..." Claire said quietly. She turned and looked at Carter. "Help me take her back to the Inn will ya?" she asked him. "We've gotta fix her up, it's the least we could do..." she said.

Tekler, Outside the Local Inn

Carter turned away from Kaede, walking over to Mia. ''Damn people..'' He putted her helmet on her before holding her in his arms. ''Do you think she's...'' He walked to Claire, sighing sadly.

"Dead? No. Just exhausted." Claire said. "Now are you gonna carry her or should I help and take an end?" she asked him.

Carter nodded, walking next to Claire while headed to the Inn. ''Where is Balthazar? Was she thrown away too?'' He asked her, looking down at a unconscious Ayla.

Haline gave Simon a quick nudge, indicating it was time to go. There were no longer sounds of battle coming from Zibola, but there were still the invaders wandering around. Moving furthur down the beach, she climbed the steps that led to the topside of the ruined docks and looked around. She really had no idea what to do or where to go, but anywhere had to be better than an occupied city. Heading towards the city outskirts, she hoped that her disguise would hold up

"No Carter, I wasn't throw away. I was following you two." Balthazar said as she stepped out of the shadows. She looked down to see an unconscious Ayla. She noticed Hurati next to her. "I think we should help these bastards. Get the little girl too, She seems vulnerable." she said as she nodded at Kaede and Hurati.

Hurati groaned and opened his eyes just a crack, seeing the three others standing there blurrily. He grabbed his helmet and staff, rolling off of the rooftop. He fell, crashing through some clothes and then a merchants stall, he landed on the ground and forced himself to his feet. He put the helmet back on and the staff on his back, before stumbling into an alleyway and disappearing.

Tekler Market Roof

He let his aura die down almost as soon as he hit the roof, it was enough it seems to hide his presense as he kept his Aura low as possible. He looked down into the market and noticed that Kaede had been getting hounded by merchants, he leapt from the building and landed down near his two swords that he had dropped earlier so as not to harm the idiotic woman he had fought, pulling them out of the ground he sheathed the blades and walked calmly over to Kaede. He ignored the two who were talking and simpy lifted Kaede like a princess, and stared at the merchants around as well as Carter and Balthazar.

"That woman needs to learn how to control herself in battle or she will simply just make enemies, if I were either of you i'd take her back to what ever hole you crawled out of and stay out of our way."

He began walking down the alley he'd seend Hurati disappear down, then stopped at the entrance, "Don't bother following us if i sense any of you again, you will regret crossing my path."

He disappeared down the alley way he was following the faint traces of hurati's aura something he'd been accustomed to most of his life.

noticing that the three people had left Balthazar left Ayla, Claire, and Carter. She went back to her home to gather her belongings. She knew a large and difficult journey was ahead of them.

Kaede was just being touched when the merchant with the groping fingers caught a knife with his neck. He coughed some blood and slumped together, and Kaede simply looked over her shoulder frowning. He was a good man; what meany would kill the guy? She saw the boy from before who gave handed her her robe, before disappearing again. She turned around, her condolences about the merchants on her lips to find the other merchants all scared and running. She shrugged, and peeked to look where the merchants were running off to.
Suddenly she was lifted up, and suddenly she looked up in Azreal's face when he held her in his arms. She laughed up at him, but pouted at his helmet. She took it off and pressed it against her stomach. "There, thats better; you shouldn't hide your pretty face like that~" She said, and rubbed his cheek gently. "Youre all dirty and dusty'' She pointed out, trying to clean him up a bit.
He laughed and started walking, after the guy from before had vanished. "So who was this friend you were talking about again? He was here just a minute ago, right?"

[Hurati]

Hurati stumbled to his house, and fumbled with the key. It slid in shakily and he opened the door, locking it behind him. Azreal knew where the spare key was if he decided to come and talk, not that Hurati felt much like talking. He shakily walked past the dining room and slipped, reaching out to grab on to something. His hand caught a chair, but it slipped and Hurati fell. He lay on the ground and groaned, then yawned. 'Might be time for a nap' he thought, before dozing off.

Azrael grinned as she took the helmet off him, it was her choice and he only wore the helmet to stop others from bugging him, "Yes the one who ran off is a friend of ours, so we are going to go to his house."

He carried her through the streets till he found where Hurati's house was, the miniscule glow of his aura was enough, then raising up Kaede he smiled, "Just on the ledge there above the door you'll find a Key Kaede be a darling and grab it for me will you."

Kaede nodded, and reached up. She nearly fell, but Azreal balanced her before she rolled out of his hands. She had to stretch as much as she could, and had to grope around, but in the end she found it. She smiled, and showed it to him. "How did you know where to look?" She asked him, curious. "Better yet, how do you know him?" She gasped, and slapped him on his chest. "He's not my brother too, is he? Argh i'll never swim again~" she cried, recalling the loss of memory when she awoke on the beach

Azrael laughed, "He isn't your brother but i guess you could class him as our brother, he's been by our side, for a while now and he's helped me keep an eye on you, pop the key in the door and unlock it, he's probably out cold."

Azrael only said the last comment because Hurati's aura began to spike, and pulse with power, Azrael kept his tightly hidden for now.

"eh? Oh, right'' Kaede muttered absently, opening the door. She pushed the handle, opening the door so Azrael could walk in. "So he's my brother, but not by blood? Oh well, as long as he's as charming as you i don't mind'' She laughed, then looked around in the dark workshop. She patted Azrael's arm to signal him to put her down, and landed to her feet. She nodded at him in thanks, and put his helmet on a nearby table. She frowned at the hanging curtains dimming the lights, and opened them one by one. She gave the room another look and noticed it was filled with craftsman's gear on sturdy but nice furnishings. In a closet she saw some plain aprons and in the corner she saw something that looked like a big fan, pointing to a big fireplace. "Nice decoration'' she muttered, impressed

Having put Kaede down and watching her step in Azrael followed and closed the door behind him locking it, he didn't want anyone else coming in just yet and he wasn't in the mood to see anyone not after facing an idiot like that woman earlier, though he had already calmed down thanks to Kaede.

"Thats for heating the furnace, Hurati's dad used to work on weapons and other iems in there."

There was still a gathering of charcoal in the furnace from what Azrael could see.
