As Suzu began to speak, Rhialla's hand would reach over to gently rest on Kasidra's tail. A smile simply came to her face at this- to her, it didn't have the same meaning. To her? It was affection from her sister. Despite her infernal heritage (or abyssal, she couldn't remember...), she held such love for her sister that although she never said it, she would always express it through small things. Such as wrapping her tail around her ankle. After all, it'd never been to trip her. It was always so that they could stay close.

"A... A town orgy?" Rhialla's cheeks flushed a bit, and her other hand came to her mouth as Suzu spoke. She turned redder and redder as time went on, eyes seeming to widen. "S-Suzu! You shouldn't travel like that!" Even if she'd have to anyway soon enough... "And you should be more careful with your magic... That may have caused problems between people..." While she didn't have any proof whatsoever, she partly believed it. It sounded about right to her. Casual sex sometimes caused complications- she knew this as a priestess, having had to be a mediator between couples occasionally. Who better than an Aasimar to help sort out bad blood?

... Although it was kinda funny that Suzu caused that with a blunder.

Suzu shrugs at Rhialla's various outbursts. "I know I shouldn't but it just feels so good to do! I don't do it when I'm traveling with other people anyway, so you don't have to worry about seeing it." She says, giving her friend a playful wink. "As for the town, 'sfar as I know, everyone's... well, happy's not the word, but they haven't come out looking for my head yet. Except maybe that father and daughter. They might want to kill me. Or they might wanna thank me. Who knows?" She says with another shrug. "What about you? You had to have gotten into some fun before we ended up here!"

"W-well... If they come after you, I'll... I'll protect you! With words, obviously... I mean, I can't really draw my blade on them... That's not right... And umm, d-don't compromise yourself for my sake! You can be naked if you want, I don't mind!" A pause. Then, her face turned even more red. "A-ah! Not what I mean!" Her head shook quickly. Rhialla had always said the wrong things with Suzu- she always let her guard down with her friend, and it always bit her as a result. "Ugh... I'm still careless when I talk to you, I'm sorry..." A sigh escaped her.

"But, umm... Fun... Let's see... Well... There was one time when I was training with other acolytes... Two of my fellow priestesses- you remember Priestess Miriam and Amelia, right?- were giving a live demonstration of combat- proper scimitars and everything, with no armour even! They were supposed to demonstrate how to disarm and parry in order to protect oneself, but... Priestess Miriam lost her footing during a swing and ended up cutting open Amelia's vestments!" She giggled a bit, looking very amused at the memory. "Priestess Amelia was furious, especially since... Umm, she lacked undergarments. You should've seen how fast Miriam ran!"

Wasn't exactly a personal story of her own fun, though, even if it was entertaining.

Suzu was chuckling after Rhialla's stammered statements, the girl's awkwardness with words still amusing after all these years. She straight up bursts into laughter when she tells the tale of Priestess Miriam and Amelia. It takes her a good minute to recover from that. "Amelia needed to loosen up anyway. Maybe she'd like a few of the songs I have. Those are usually good for getting people to relax. What's a little nudity around friends anyway." She says, that last part both her opinion and a joking shot at Rhialla's earlier clumsiness around the subject. "So... did you get a good look? How does Amelia look under those vestments?"

"Suzu! I shouldn't..." While Rhialla certainly said that, she didn't sound as though she wanted to. She enjoyed opening up and gossiping to her friend, even if she got easily embarrassed on the topic. "I-I turned my eyes away right after it happened, to be respectful... But, umm... Those vestments hide a lot. She had... Tattoos, it looked like. I suppose she was redeemed, but... They were really embarrassing tattoos."

While she was near both Suzu and her sister she really wasn't paying all that much attention to them more focused on her scroll making. her tail would tighten and lossen ruthmicly as she worked, she would smile to herself as well just hearing her sister talk was enough for her. She had missed her for quite some time....But she didn't want to think on why she had finally left her sisters side. She had told Rhi that she wanted to focus on her magic studies....But that was only part of it, The more she thought on the subject the tighter her tail would squeeze.

Suzu begins laughing again at Rhialla's response. "Oh wow! Now THAT'S a shock. Uptight, never-do-wrong Priestess Amelia? With tattoos? Of a risque nature? I would've never guessed in a million years!" She chokes out between laughs. She waits until she regains control of herself before starting up again. "It certainly sounds like you haven't been bored over the past 5 years. So, lemme ask you something I've always wondered about: Does Sarenrae have a vow of chastity on her followers? I've asked around, but, for some reason, no one wants to answer the question. Even when I put my best 'please' face on! So... please?" She says, adopting the most adorable, cutesy, innocent expression she can. This would be her Please face, level 3 out of 5. She didn't want to use the full thing on her best friend after all.

Rapidly blinking, Rhialla would stare at Suzu. As she felt her sister's tail tightening, she would absently stroke it, as though to ease her worries. Something she always did when they were younger, as well. She was the kind and caring one of the two- the older sister that always protected her own, no matter what. "... Wh-what? Why would you want to..." Her cheeks were still a bright red as she eyed her friend curiously. She'd definitely taken the question wrong.

"Aw, don't be like that. I'm just curious is all." She says, keeping the full effect of her Please face. Still, she sees the blush on her friends face and knows this should be fun, so she adds, "I just need to know for a few... ideas." In an only slightly suggestive voice. Not enough to make it seem like she's coming on to her friend, but suggestive enough that it could be heard.

"I... Ideas..." Rhialla seemed utterly embarrassed. Was her friend coming onto her? She... Honestly wouldn't mind if she was flirting, but it was still embarrassing. "Right... What are you planning to do, dear Suzu?" 'Dear' was always an affectionate term from her to others. It had been taken wrong a few times, but quickly corrected. Which disappointed many. But she had to be honest.

Suzu has to fight hard to keep the smile off of her face at the sight of Rhialla's complete and utter embarrassment. It almost throws her off her game when Rhialla calls her "dear" though. Rhialla usually isn't the type to flirt right back! She's certainly grown in the years they've been apart that's for sure. But Suzu's not gonna lose here, if only for the sake of keeping her friend's face red. "Well, it'd entirely depend on your answer, now wouldn't it? There's no point in sharing if my ideas would never be... shared." She puts a bit extra emphasis on the last shared, just so it's known just what she means. Wait, is she still play flirting or has this switched over to real? She's starting to lose track.

"... Well... I guess I could answer you. Only because we're close." The Aasimar gave an awkward, yet still very pretty smile. She'd always been the charming sort, even if she never meant to be. It was simply her. "Sarenrae doesn't specifically enforce any vows of chastity to my knowledge, but... Many priestesses personally take such vows as part of their devotion to the Dawnflower." She wasn't going to talk about her own... She'd already violated her vow, even if she hadn't meant to. Mental compulsions were a Hell of a thing.

Suzu notices that her friend steers clear on whether the priestess herself has taken such a vow. At this point, she doesn't know if she's making things unbearably awkward or not, so she decides it's time for a change in subject. She likes her conversations to be embarrassingly amusing, not deadly awkward after all. "Good to know. Good to know. Speaking of close though, how close are you to your sis over there? I gather she hasn't seen you in some time."

Turning a bit, Rhialla would glance at Kasidra. It seemed she was absorbed in her scroll-writing. "Well... We drifted apart after a time, before I met you. She was talented in the arcane arts, and... Well, I was drawn to my faith. Being marked by Lady Sarenrae's own symbol is quite the indicator that one should, perhaps, worship her." Perhaps she was trying to make a bit of a joke with that last part- she'd never told Suzu about her birthmark, and was trying to play it off as though she were merely kidding around. But... Seeing as they had their private time at present, with Garian asleep, she would certainly show her friend if asked.

Suzu's eyes practically light up as Rhialla mentions her birthmark. It can't be anywhere obvious or else she would have seen it by now, so finding out where it is could be fun in it own way. "Oh, you have her symbol on you? I never knew. Where is it? Somewhere good?" She's mostly avoiding the subject of Rhialla and her sister because A) It didn't sound like a pleasant topic since her friend mentioned them drifting apart and B ) She didn't like Rhialla's demonic counterpart very much and didn't want that to become too obvious to Rhialla. Family's important after all, or so she's heard, and she doesn't want to give her friend any reason to have tension between the two of them because of a grudge in the other woman's personality.

"... Well... I'll show you if you promise not to tell.. And don't judge me. Promise? The judging part ties in with, umm... The change I underwent." Her hands were already working to remove her breastplate carefully, and once it was off, she shrugged her chainmail from her shoulders. She was still blushing very deeply as her glittering skin was revealed and her utterly perfect breasts- damn her heritage making her so attractive. She hated it sometimes, as it earned her stares even when she was in her vestments. "I... My vestments... They're in my cart, because I can't wear them... Not with the change that Ifrit caused in me... My body heat is a lot higher than it should be, so... I-if I'm in close contact with things that are easily flammable, such as my clothing, I... Set them on fire after about ten minutes... My bedroll seems to be fine- perhaps because the body gets cooler when one sleeps, but..."

There her birthmark lay- right beneath her navel. It almost seemed erotic due to the shape of it, though really, it wasn't by her choice. It was as though an arrow just pointed straight down to her... Quickly, she covered herself once more, still flushed.

Well... that was actually a bit more than Suzu thought it'd be. A bit of a blush finally playing across her face, she fans herself at the sight of the rather risque location of her birthmark. "Well now, if I didn't know any better I'd say you're one saucy minx, Rhialla." She says in a teasing tone. "But don't worry. My lips are sealed." As a bard, she has to have a rather uninhibited mindset, though she does make sure to have hard limits set in so that she never goes too far with it. With that mindset, comes a sight for things possibly outside of the norm for most people. All of this is a rather roundabout way of her thinking to herself that she can, and does, certainly appreciate the female form in more than just an admiring way. And the curve of her... Suzu forces her mind to restart and go down a different path before she finishes that thought.

"Wait, if your temperature is higher than it should be, does that mean you burn other people's clothes if they have to stick by you for long enough?" She's reacting with this subject matter and she knows it, but that's better than imagining the vestment burning off of her friend, revealing the welcome sign in the form of... Her mind's wandering again. "Like, if we were stuck in an extended hug, like I was borrowing your shoulder or vice versa or something, would that set them off?"

Two hours till burning sun-fall: Suzu, Rhialla, and Kasidra hear the telltale sounds of transplanar teleportation, presumable from the same area where the whole party passed through a portal to begin with, except this time the burning rays of the sun barrage the environment with fiery death, so anyone who isn't specifically prepared could be currently roasting out in the open.

Almost glad for a distraction before she completely lost her cool, Suzu perks up when she hears the sound of someone teleporting in... in the middle of a desert on fire. "Whelp, they're screwed." She surmises, there being no way to survive out there unless you're wearing something to that basically covers you in a layer of ice at all times or have an outrageous heat resistance. Someone like Rhialla might be able to live long enough to get to shelter, but otherwise they're fairly fucked. Suzu doesn't really have any inclination to help, but even if she did, she can't anyway since she'd burn right up out there. She looks at her friend to see what she's planning on doing.

Naturally, at hearing this, the awkward tension was completely snapped. Jumping to her feet, Rhialla would immediately set into a sprint, running to the cave entrance to see who was out there. She could easily go out there and help them, but first, she needed to see if it was safe. If she deemed it so- say if it was a familiar figure of some description, or they were obviously not hostile- she would run out to try and help them inside. If not... Well, she probably would've anyway, if only for the sake of helping another.
