He says dropping the arrow out of his hand to reach into the slime's body to grab the jewel attempting to pull it out "I'll take this out of you if you don't mind" He says, pulling as hard as he can

Heidi shakilly nodded her head, not wanting to try to do anything else than follow along and play Lilith's game. After all, those eyes were so full of promise, yet strangely cold. Like the eyes of an animal that would play with it's food and then, on a whim, just let it go, or tear it apart. She gulped down again. "A-alright. One l-last question." She thaught about it hard and, after a few seconds, decided that Lilith was the best, and perhaps only, person who could answer it. "I-is there an u-uncorrupted... land o-of the Gods... b-beyond this one?"

Mizuki looked up at the grinning face she was comfortable with her hold at the moment and her toes were proving to be tough considering where the holes she had to use to keep them in place, the female up to surprised her somewhat she was sure that was her own voice she’d heard echoing back at first. The way the girls neck moved made Mizuki hold back on answering straight away she couldn’t quiet remember ever seeing a fellow human move like that so she assumed she needed to be somewhat suspicious.

“Well that was three questions all at once wasn’t it? And it all depends upon your perspective of things can you help me? Well can you help me comes down to you do you really want to help me? If you do then sure I’ll take the help. Should you help me? Well here I am dangling rather precariously on this cliff holding in with nothing more than my fingers and toes and as you can see from what I’m wearing I don’t seem to have any weapons so chances are I probably don’t pose much of a threat to you.” Mizuki was smiling on the outside screaming on the inside why was she discussing this instead of just out right asking for help it wasn’t hard and she wasn’t as stupid as she looked but she was scared and hearing her own voice seemed to be calming her down. “Which brings us to the last point will you help me? Again that can only be answered by you erm? That is a point at the moment were complete strangers it would seem odd for me stranger one in life threatening situation to expect stranger two that’s you to help me when we don’t even know each other’s names so I’m Mizuki, and if you’re willing to help I’ll accept otherwise if you step back a bit I’ll be up there in about… 10…. 20 maybe 30 minutes depends if I got this route up sorted out right if I’m not up then I probably went for a swim.”

Mizuki began to climb up knowing her own body so well and considering what was happening down below she knew she was excited so she had 45 minutes tops before she would buckle under the pressure of her own body. If she got help all the better if not she needed to be moving before it was to late.

Fade: "I'll be sure to use these eyes to help you Cass, no need to worry about them looking at you the wrong way" She says, giggling a little

Jared: "For now just use what you got... We'll brief you on your task after you get more acquainted with the town a little more" Jared says, stretching his arms
"If you do good enough on your first mission I'll think about putting you on guard duty... More so patrolling the outside of the city... Don't worry we won't send you out there without proper weaponry and armor just in case some jack-wad decides to cause some ruckus"

Fade: "I remember my first time going on patrol... I nearly had an infested hell hound rape and infect me with it's worms..." Shudders at the memory
"Luckily my comrades weren't too far away and they saved me... Don't know where they went after we all split from our group, but I sure owe them my life" she says, still intrigued by Cassie
"So what made you want to work here?" She says asking, generously

Cassie nods with a smile. "It doesn't matter. As I said they're pretty distinctive and I'll be able to tell. Right so seems we have that business concluded perhaps you should help with with the rest of the tour? perhaps then we go to the frozen wastes like you said and help me with that bear you spoke of." Cassie turned to Fade before giving her a grin. "Jared said something about not wanting to be alone and i could hardly crush him by saying no."

Cassie-

Fade: "He just hates being alone on missions, he may be able to get the jobs done but whenever he comes back he looks as if he's had the time of his life up there, I just think he's just happy to be back in a warm environment"

Jared: "Hey!" He says, sounding embarrassed "Ok so it's cold as ever there, and yes I'm glad to be back in some heat, but there's no need for telling everybody that"

Fade just laughs as she walks towards the door, opening it
Fade: "Sure, I'll go with you two on your little tour, maybe you'll be able to see some things even JARED hasn't seen, Cass"

Jared: "How I love it when you remind me about that" He says, laughing a little
"Ok let's get going, still some ground to cover before you get your first mission"

You walk into the forest and hear shuffling in the trees
An Imp jumps out and attacks!!

Cassie nods. "Thanks for the offer but it was meant towards Jared." Cassie slowly follows behind Fade.

Duo jumps back a bit "what is this thing" he says curiously looking at the little creature in front of him. examining it, he had a feeling this thing was hostile. He put up his fists

Fade: "Aww too bad, oh well maybe another time?" She says, keeping the offer open "Any time you want to take me up on that offer just let me know"
"I needed to get out of that office anyway... I was feeling a bit too cramped in there" She says, yawning and stretching

Jared: "Yea we're coming up on the armory where you can buy new equipment from, even some equipment that only get sold to you depending on your rank... You can ask fade about what weapons she's been introduced to... Even some 'Other' things as well..." He says, kind of jealous but tries to hide it

Fade: "Well what can I say? They just give me offers and I try them before I buy them" She says, before parting ways with you and Jared
"I'll see you two another time, right now my stomach's roaring at me for not eating on my last break... and that was 3 HOURS ago"

Jared: "See you fade" He says, smiling

The imp rushes at you and suddenly gets kicked in the face being sent flying into the forest
You have no idea what just happened but you find 12 gold pieces and a vial with the words "Incubus Draft" scribbled on it

(I'm out of energy... Damn sleeping timer... I tried my best now all that's left is for rooie to judge how I handled things... For now I say good night and happy valentine's day to all!!!)

Duo just kinda blinked as he watched the imp get kicked in the face some how. picking up the vial "ill analyze this later" he said pocketing it along with the gold and he just continued walking down the path

Good girl. Elia said, as she patted her head. Now, can Else find me a robe and a set of decent clothes? Elia asked her again.

As Duo continued walking down the path it didn't take him long to find the imp again, crawled back on his feet and wiping some blood off his face. He eyed Duo as he stumbled inside the small clearing in the forest where the little imp landed, and snarled: "I was planning to go easy on you, but i guess that's of out the question now"
He growled and charged at Duo again, weary for another punt to the head.

Elsa barked happily and panted slightly. "Miss Elia is a nice person~" She grins, getting pat. But then her ears go back and she pouted slightly, saying: "Elsa knows there are no clothes inside the house; for milady only has one set; and milady is wearing it. Elsa could try around town and ask if someone has some clothes, but... Elsa knows for sure that no-one has a robe, at least..."

Alright, if Elsa can bring me some decent clothes, i would be gratefull. Elia says. She then starts searching the house for anything valuable.

Elsa tilts her head, before nodding. "Elsa will do her best, like always!" She smirks, before running out. Awh, such a good girl. 'Useful too' elia grinned. She sighed as finally she got rid of the dog, and went upstairs. The dog told her the valuables would be in the ravenaire's bedroom after all. She looked around on the hallway on the first floor, and opened random doors until she found a queen-sized bedroom with all sorts of fancy looking silk draped over the bed posts. Statues standing on either side, picturing a bird-girl on the left and a succubus on the right adorned the bed further; their naked bodies probably meant to arouse guests even further while they cuddled up to the ravenaire. A blush overcame Elia, but she quickly looked away. A bedside table; perfect. She walked over and tried to open it, but it seemed to be locked. Drat. Lying on top of it was a book though and, in her annoyance, she grabbed it and flicked it through. Slowly, her grin returned; she just found the ravenaire's diary, which apparently contained information from the beginning of the ravenaire race to this morning.

Elia starts reading, but there's a whole bunch of stuff written; and she only got a couple of minutes before Elsa comes back and kicks her ass for reading this secret document. She gritted her teeth at the time burden, and flicked the pages back until she found something like an index page.

Elia looks around, but doesn't find anything that will be obviously missed; alongside the diary of course. No, nicking it would probably get that hag after her again, as well as that bloodhound Elsa; and getting beat up wasn't something Elia was looking forward to. Her own clothes didn't have any pockets either, and her pouches seemed to have been taken from her. She figured it would be best to just start reading now she had the chance; perhaps even send Elsa away to fetch something for a second time to give her some more time :3

Hoping Elsa would bark and make a ruckus as soon as she would come back, Elia starts reading from page one. She reads:

"in the beginning, there was nothing; just land and the gods. Then, animals were made; quickly followed by humans. The old gods were tolerant to the humans, and the new gods were tolerant to the creatures. A dispute followed, which led to conflict.
God versus God, Animal versus Human.
In other words, Lilith and her three sisters versus Adam and the rest.
Lilith marched with her sisters, and led an army of beast-men and animals alike. They proved unstoppable and determined to be bred for a single purpose; dominion.
Wars later, famines past and after rivers had washed away more blood then they were designed for. The conflict climaxed at the battle of Lilith where, it is told, she back-stabbed Adam and condemned him. Soon her armies jumped their encampment and their sleeping men were butchered beyond imagination. The old gods, confused and rattled by their slain leader fled to the clouds, quickly followed by Lilith's three sisters. There they continued their fight, while Lilith had a last ace up her sleeve; she focused hard and meditated long, before she finally channeled her endless power and magic into the earth. She made love to the earth, it is said, and was with labor; she birthed a small child, the spirit of a volcano that arose with its birth. The volcano grew rapidly reached for the skies, and spew lava and rocks as the little baby in Lilith's arms cried for air. The gods, trapped in an endless inferno, were weakened and disillusioned enough to be either cast into the fire or banned forever. The three sisters were caught between the flaming rocks as well, however, and were severely weakened.
Still to this day, Lilith resides in the volcano, now her home, and tends to her baby; keeping it mellow and sleepy to, and thus keeping the vulcano sleeping as well to avoid it erupting again.

"A last question, a last answer" Lilith smiled without emotion. "Beyond this one, good choice of words my dear. Yes, there is; that is to say, i have heard word of it. Minerva will 'bring you up to speed', as they say, but when me and my sisters fought the old god we were reluctant to chase and hunt them all down. Wounds needed to be licked, damage needed to be repaired. We let them flee, the old hermits, thinking we had victory and time aplenty to start a search. A search we haven't started still. No doubt they will have found themselves a patch of dirt to rule, too far and hidden for my poor sisters' malice and gloom to reach them. Where it is, i do not know; i myself gloom over my past deeds as well and knowing where to find this place would give me the opportunity to heal what pain i have caused. Alas, the time has not yet presented it to me. Until then... A final question, a final answer. Delightful." Lilith concluded.
Without getting up from her stool she grabbed a small golden chalice that had been hidden from view by a bunch of vines, and held it up for Heidi to see. "Now, come closer and receive your gift"
