The Most Dangerous Dame

"Well then, I'll take a nap. Wake me if there is danger." Samantha said before closing her eyes. "Oh, and I don't really blame you as much for not trusting me due to the situation." she followed before dosing off.

[Taria]

Sofia hears a low hissing that sound like a snake, completely unaware that it is actually a language she doesn't understand. Samantha's master whispers in her ear as she pretends to sleep. "Hide the truth until she is asssleep. Cover her esscape and let me down onto her body."

Samantha would obey but not respond waiting to see if Sofia would go to sleep, watching from a open slit in her eye and still looking like she had her eyes closed in the darkness.

Mia looked up and crawled to the dry section of the small cave in the lake. ''D-Damn dogs.. My hand hurts now..'' She said while stroking her hand, removing the sleeves of her shirt so that she could wrap it up.

Sofia looked at Samantha's seemingly sleeping form and then at the opening. Well she was (mostly) safe there. So why worry? But she still had the nagging feeling that something wasn't right with the woman. Samantha had been very upfront with her, almost too upfront. It just seemed weird. Then the hissing. Something was not right, not right at all. She inched closer to the way out, still looking at Samantha out of the corner of her eye.

Samantha noticed this but lied motionless. When she was close enough, Samantha would pin her for her master until she was tied and then she would block the entrance. The cave was far enough in that even if Sofia got out, no one could help her and Samantha could easily catch up to her. All she had to do was bide her time and wait for her moment when her plan would work.

"Samantha? Are you awake? I can't sleep and there's this hissing. It's bothering me." The woman made her voice sound childish, a trait she had always been known for. She was hoping that she could figure out what exactly was happening with her acquaintance. She didn't want to run if she didn't have to.

Samantha opened her eyes slowly and said "Tune it out or cover your ears... I'm sorry but I'm tired..." then closed them and pretended while watching Sofia, still waitng for a moment.

Sofia hmm'd at that. Something really was not right. You would think that someone wanting to be your friend would try to protect you. Why, oh why did she follow the girl? No matter. Now she was stuck between a mad woman and the unknown. What to do? She wasn't sure. She wanted to run, but where to. They were quite deep in the woods. Perhaps she could make friends.

"Samantha? You wanted to know more about me? I'm just your average young woman, looking for someone to call a friend on this island. You're the closest I have gotten. So I guess I can try to trust you a little more."

Samantha woke up and smiled at Sofia. "I guess I could stay up a bit longer, its just that I was running for a while from a snake and some dogs... but thank you for trusting me and I'll be your friend if you want..." She said looking at Sofia and holding out her hand again for her to shake it. "Would you like to hear a little about me?" she asked.

She shook the other woman's hand letting go much quicker then the first time. "Sure, that would be nice," she responded as she mulled over the part about the snake and dogs. "So everything really IS out to get us," she murmured rather quietly.

Samantha giggled at Sofia's paranoia. "Well I come from a wealthy family and I came on the cruse looking for love before it crashed. Now I'm stuck in this mess. I hope we can get off this island soon, the sun is setting." Samantha said looking at the entrance to the cave. "Well in any case, we should get some sleep so tomorrow, maybe together we could take down that woman hunting us." Samantha said with a yawn.

Sofia sighed and sat against the wall. "That was about the same reason I was on the cruise. And somehow I doubt we'll be getting off this island anytime soon." She closed both eyes most of the way and continued to watch Samantha. She really wasn't very tired. Sore yes. But not tired. She had slept far too long to actually be tired. "I'm not gonna be able to sleep," she warned.

"Just clear you mind of all thought, don't let it wander, just clear it and your body will want to sleep. We need our rest for our up coming fight with the bitch who started this game..." Samantha said as she watched Sofia through the slit in her eyes.

Sofia slid herself in front of the opening. "So if something does come, despite how hidden this place is, there will be someone here to stop them from getting both of us easily." She said as an explanation, in case Samantha was watching. The girl then lied down and closed her eyes. Her breath evened out though she still wasn't asleep.

Samantha waited, watching Sofia in the darkness to make sure she was asleep. Once that time would come, she would give her master another slave.

After some time Sofia drops into a light sleep. It is unlikely that her sleep will be any deeper as she is completely on edge. Just about anything will wake her up.

Samantha slowly slides her master off her arm. The snake slowly moves towards Sofia, not making a sound and very quickly wraps around her body, immobilizing her as Samantha drags Sofia deeper into the cave where the sunlight barely reached. It was only enough light to see the snake's and Samantha's faces.

Sofia grumbles as she is dragged away from the front of the cave but doesn't open her eyes. "Five more minutes," she mumbles dropping back to sleep.

[Taria]

Sofia awaken tied up and gazing into a sparkling snake's two large eyes. She has only a moment of surprise before all kinds of color start rippling from his pupils, making her feel delirious and calm. The snake continues to gaze into her eye, bombarding her with wave after wave of colors. Meanwhile, Samantha watches, recalling the first time she had been subdued by her master.

Meanwhile Mia takes a break in the cave, succesfully dressing her wounds as she relaxes where she thinks she is safe. In the corner of her mind, she notices soft splashing that seems to be out of place in this quiet cavern.
