Shiki couldn't help but get more embarrassed as he did this, as she was now straddling him on accident, "Th-thanks," she said, more embarrassed than she had ever been in her life, "I-is that a pocket knife?" .////.

Spike extended a spike from his hand, cutting through the lock on the door to the medical supply room, and sneaking in to get some supplies he needed for some Renegades who were hurt. He tried to slip back out and leave without getting caught, hoping that no one saw him...

Dax looks at her the embarrasment clear in his eyes,"N-no its not sorry!"

Shiki laughed a little, getting more embarrassed herself, "That's ok, I don't mind," she said, lying down on top of him, "So, what do you wanna do now?"

Cinder inspected her fingers, walking with her unnervingly perfect posture down the bland hallways of the Obelisk. Intelligence may be a curse, she ran the thought through her brain as she rounded corners, barely giving a glance at each citizen that walked by. Merely knowing your patrol never ends can wear on one's nerves, it seems. she thought. The Magistrate's insignia gleamed proudly on the underside of her metallic gauntlet arms. T'was the symbol any transgressor would have burned into their mind as she busted their lights out for insubordination. After traveling her endless patrol route for several more minutes, her eyes zoomed in keenly on the sight of a broken lock splattered across the hallway, the door into a room she immediately recognized as a medical supplies closet. Rustling came from inside, and the shadow of a man was splashed across the floor to the hallway. Automatically settling into a battle ready stance, Cinder cautiously and silently walked towards the door, peeking in to view a familiar young man pilfering the closet of supplies.

She placed herself in the doorway, remaining perfectly still and silent until he would turn around and bump straight into her chest.

"Per the last revision of the Magistrate's legislation on thievery, You are committing a Class 3 infraction." she stated plainly to Spike with a semi-bored but stern and emotionless look on her face. She was in a neutral stance with her arms simply at her side, but she was blocking the door quite well.

Jason had gotten onto the subway like he did every morning, after busking in the station before his train arrived. What money he had earned was now in his inside vest pocket, about to be spent on liquor. Jason needed the subway to get to his local bar. Trying to fix his unruly hair, Jason eventually gave up and left it. When it felt like it hit something, Jason put a hand on his mouth, nearly vomiting form the hang over he had.

Spike smirked, "Yes, I'm aware, but a few of my friends are hurt, and I really don't give a damn what the magister thinks. Now if you'll excuse me...." Spike tried to go past her, blatantly ignoring her so-called 'authority'

Obsidian Shard
Cobalt blacked out as the subway crashed. When he woke up, most of the passengers had dissappeared, and the subway train was in a cavern that appeared to have no connection to the subway tunnel. Jason had also blacked out temporarily while the subway was crashing. There were creatures that appeared to be made of pure darkness dragging away some of the passengers...

Jason's hang over had passed, thankfully. Slowly opening his eyes and rubbing his head, Jason looked around. Quickly taking note of the shadow things, Jason crawled away from the things backwards, muttering "What the fuck..."

Dax kisses her agian and says,"I would say I`d like to get you out of those clothes but it looks like you took care of that for me." He winks at her teasingly as he tickles her furry skin with another breeze,"So maybe I should be asking you the same question."

Cinder might have rolled her eyes at Spike's attempt at defiance had such actions not been prohibited in her personality protocols. Her simple and immediate response was to hold an arm out, gripping him solidly by the chest and maneuvering him back in front of her before she took up a wider stance to guard the door more effectively. She leered at him blankly and spoke her usual response to such actions:

"You cannot leave. Thievery is a Class 3 infraction. Medical assistance is available using emergency services." she stated.

"In addition, failing to inform emergency services of an emergency is a Class 5 infraction and carries a fine." she added.

She slapped him across the cheek suddenly, leaving a mark.

"Your fine has been paid. What defense do you offer for your charge of thievery?" she asked, hands on her hips and chest pronounced outwards.

Cobalt stood up, grabbing a pipe he found on the floor and quickly swinging it towards one of the shadowy creatures, slamming it against the wall. It fell to the ground and into small shadowy particles....

Shiki couldn't help blushing more at what he was implying, "M-maybe we should go back to my place...." she whispered in his ear.

Spike winced as he was slapped, "Because that friend is one of the Renegades, and will be killed if I take him to a medical center," Spike replied, "Now let me through already."

Dax smiles at her blush,"Sounds good to me." He takes off his rather long shirt and hands it to her,"Here you can wear this to cover up your lovely bottom, I think we lost the bottom to your bikini." He looks down in embarassment at that.

Shiki blushed even more, using the shirt to cover up her bottom, "L-let's go," she said quickly, grabbing the picnic basket, ready to head back to her dorm, seeming pretty anxious.

Cinder's eyes lit up with interest at the mention of the Renegades. So, it seemed she was dealing with a criminal and a terrorist now rather than a mere thief. She had deduced that he was a cohort of something far larger immediately after seeing how many supplies he wished to take, however; it was unlikely they were all for personal use.

"Conspiring with terrorists is a Class 1 infraction. Your defense is now void." she stated more emphatically, her body twisting and flexing as she settled rapidly into a fighting stance (see avatar).

"Perhaps I should bust your lights out." she said with a suddenly more mischievous tone and wording, indicating implicitly to her spiked metal knuckles.

Kouga hops onto a subway train of his own, en route to the last known location that his bounty mark was seen at. It's a slippery little target too, judging by the wanted poster; from what he heard, they call him the "Lasso Lech," in reference to how he literally ropes in women from the shadows, then rapes them mercilessly, and his victims are never seen or heard from again. Truth be told, it'll feel really good nailing a jack-ass like that.

For now, though, he's just enjoying the ride, humming to himself a little tune to pass the time.

(OOC: if his subway train crashes along the way, I'll leave that to Paradox. Decided not to make assumptions.)

Spike extended spikes from his fists, also taking a fighting stance, "You're really going to take on the leader of the Renegades?" he said with a smirk, obviously enjoying this exchange and ready for a fight.

Kouga was on the same subway, so he was also in the crash.

Dax picks up the rest following after her and they quickly reach her dorm,"Ladies first Shiki."

Shiki walked in, dropping the shirt and heading into her room, "S-so.... What now?"

Cinder raised an eyebrow as if in disbelief, maintaining her stance.

"I see you're as stupid as you look. I'm no normal soldier of the Magistrate." she taunted him.

Suddenly, she rammed a fist into the wall next the doorway, creating a massive crater and causing the area around the two to shake. She pulled her fist out of it roughly and resumed her fighting stance.

"Cinder-001, of the Cinder M1 line of Peacekeeper androids. However, you will call me Cinder." she introduced herself weirdly.

"Your attacks will be ineffective against my body. Do you submit?" she delivered her ultimatum. Spike might have sworn that she winked at him briefly.
