Backstory- Riken doesn't remember his past. Only breaking out of his chamber with unyielding hatred. He slaughtered a couple of apothacaries before they brought him down, and under control. He still lingers that hate, and would tear humans apart. If he wasn't kept soundly under control by his Obedience Collar, that can shock or tranquilize him easily. With the use of an omni tool, the collar can be set to allow everyone or just one to be able to activate the obedience collar.

Appeareance- A mistake, by the apothacary team that handled his transformation. A strange mutation occured in which a regularly canine strand. Was mixed with another animal's strand making a (furry verision, not like in the pic. He stands and such) thing. Like this...

anthros can have animal traits and skills but they start with less skills.

Humans start with more skill but cant get animal traits.

For the clear things up, skill arent something specific, they represent mainly your trainning and knowledge. İts up to you how you use that knowledge. Like architecth can try to identify a structure group encounters. Or apothecary can use his knowledge to identify new life form.
