Fumiko gets up, has her breakfast and leaves with the rest of the group. She examines the clearing making sure she knows where the ground is elevating and where she can move with all these trees. If planned on being able to escape if any of the undead ambushed them. She wouldn't be caught off guard if she had anything to say about it.

[Meep Meepersons]

As you all com into the clearing, several tentacles slither in to surround the group. Before any of you are ready, they burst from their hiding place and circle the group, preventing you from escaping. They all "stand" about 8 feet tall when fully extended and roam in what appears to be clusters of 4-7 clusters. This makes you think that each cluster is part of it's own creature. Near the other side of the cleaaring, several others pop up, blocking the path onward.



Moko, dnd, and Lynxy are the only ones who notice them beneath the shin high grass They get to act before the tentacles do this round.

Quickly draws his daggers thrusting his arms out to move his cape out of the way, glancing at the others to see if they had seen the creatures yet , They seemed oblivious so he would rush toward tentacle #1 moving to 3 f with the intent to attack giving a shout of warning to his companions hoping to make them aware of the danger "We have company!"

"Great" Drak muttered out seeing that this forest held more than just animals and undead abominations. Having just caught a glance of these new creatures he figured they might be plant-like. He took up his shield in defense as he muttered a spell with a gesture with his free hand calling upon a small flame in his hand [spell: produce flame] and hurled it at the one to his right front [number 3] and then quickly put his guard back up.

[Lynxy]

Camilla frowned, noticing a number of things slithering toward the party. She drew her sword and took a step back [G5] as she quickly focused her energy and launched an Eldritch Blast at the monster that seemed to be coming for her [#8].

[Meep Meepersons]

Moko: Your dagger's slice deeply into #1's cluster of tentacles, severing several of them and one was even sliced the long way. The tip of your dagger seems to meet something under the grass, ans the creature falls limp after flailing about in deathly throws. Green tinted white fluid, what you assume this creature bleeds, sprays all over the grass around it. Miraculously, it misses you completely. The tentacles don't make a sound, denoting it's apparent lack of ability to vocalize. #1 dead

dndman: You summon your flames without issue, and hurl them at your target. It seems like your attack hit dead on, but the flames soon die away and the tentacle only seems mildly damage. 3 damage to #3.

Lynxy: You step back without issue, and draw your weapon, feeling the all to familiar feel of your piercings fueling your magic and hurl your powerful magical attack at your target. The blast of magical energy puree's a few of #8's tentacles, spraying green and white goo and meat all over the area it resides, painting the green grass a lighter shade.

[Meep Meepersons]

2,13,12 attack Sasha[moko]: They all fling their tentacles at you in an attempt to bash you. Though you are successful at dodging most of them, one nails you in the face rather hard, knocking you out cold. 5 damage, Failed fortitude save for 50% plus max hp damage.

3 attacks Drak[dnd]: The creature flings it's singed tentacles at you in an aggravated vendetta, but fails miserably, slapping it's tentacles on the ground next to you.

10 and 11 grab at Mary[Sanaki]: Two sets of tentacles lunge up from the grass and latch onto your arms, legs, and torso. despite your best effort, you simply cannot avoid or prevent what happens next. They pull you down from Akiko and bind you upside down in the grass, the tentacles working all over your body with frightening precision and dexterity. You are completely immobile.

9 and 8 also grab at Kal[Gory]: The tentacles grapple you as well, and despite yourself, you cannot shake them. They manage to pull you to your knees, but you are not completely immobile, you still have a hand almost completely free.

4,5,6,7 Grab at Kath[TCEL]: Your are caught completely off guard when the beasts spring up. You fumble to get your weapon but are soon restrained by many tentacles. Despite your strength, there are just too many of them, and you are pulled down to your knees. You dread in the feeling of them slithering under your armor and clothes as they coil around your body, touching you in places few have even seen. What really makes your dread capture, is the fact it will be very difficult for your allies to cut them away without harming you. You are helpless, and there's nothing you can do. Struggling seem futile, but there isn't much you can do other then give up or continue to struggle, you definitely prefer the later.

14 and 15: They simply stay where they are, wiggling at the path like a couple of guards.

Kal didn't expect to be grabbed by the tentacles, moving her hand as much as she could she draws her dagger from it's sheath and attacks the Tentacle #8. Hoping that pain would give her chance to get completely free, Kal wondered if these were the creatures she'd heard last night, if not then what else would be waiting for them deeper in the woods.

In an instant, with hardly any warning, Kathryn found herself being assaulted by four tentacles- in more ways than one. She found herself being pulled at and touched rather inappropriately, yet refused to acknowledge such. No way in Hell was she letting some monster hold her down! "Let me go, you fucking beast!" She would shout, a savage roar escaping her as she summoned up all of her strength and began to tug at the appendages that held her. Her muscles visibly flexed beneath her clothing as she did this, cheeks red from both embarrassment and strain. The latter would be blamed if anyone brought it up.

[Meep Meepersons]

Gory: You grab for your dagger and unsheath it, very intent on slashing yourself free. But as you go for the first swing, you wrist catches on your sheath and loosens your grip. As soon as you do, the tentacles wrench on your arm, the sudden motion bumps the dagger against your own armor, knocking it from your hands to drop at your knees. This did not go the way you planned it.

TCEL: Despite your efforts, there are just TOO many of them. They over power you and your struggling only causes the tentacles to dig deeply into your private areas, rubbing you more as it struggles back against you. It seems you only made things worse.

[That_One_Guy]

Garian saw the ambush they were in and already had her longsword ready, without thinking she rushed towards Marisa, swinging her blade two-handed at 10.

[Meep Meepersons]

ToG: In your over Zealous attempts to help the half-ling, you end up slashing the poor girl as well as the beast holding her. 13 damage to #10, 13 to Mary.

Sanaki: You gasp in terror as your chest is ripped open by your the very comrade trying to rescue you. You pass out, your eyes rolling into the back of your head. Incapped, skip turn.

[Taria]

Praedy pulls out her scimitar and approaches the tentacle monster #8 so that she is between 8 and 9. Looking up at the entangles kal, she asks, "Need some help?" Before waiting for a response, she begins to slowly cut kal away from #8, stepping into 6G

Taria: As you stat cutting away at the tentacles, they retract from Kal, and instead lash out at you in an attempt to grab you. But your fluid like form, they simpl plop helplessly into your warm goo. Sensing this, they simply thrust into your gelatinous form as if it was some orifice to invade. Strange white goo sprays from the cut tentacles but stops after a few seconds, the wound closing up and nubbing over. It seems these creature posses very fast healing abilities.

O'lger was rather caught of guard by this attack, even her Elf eyes never saw them coming. she panniced and watched as her fellow adventurers took on the vile beasts, why were they here and what were doing to the unlucky ones caught by their snare. She quickly threw her bow to the grournd and pulled out her longsword, she'd have to collect the bow later but for now it'd be useless against these smaller creatures. She whimpered a little, even shaking and spoke to her self.

"this cannot be happening.. the goddess has betrayed me.. how I hate these things"

She was hesitating to attack as fear washed over her, this was one of the worst possible scenarios for her. These things had traumatised her thoughts many times in the past, watching one of her friends dragged away by a swarm of them at younger age. Her head rapidly turned back and forth, gripping the hilt of her sword firmly, scared by the creatures. turning to one of the beasts (#3 I3) that were attacking the druid from the night before and quikly tried to hack and slash at the thing wanting it to be nothing more than a splattard corpse on the ground, shouting at the top of her voice but those around would sense the fear in her.

"die! die! die! die! die!"

Fumiko prepared her Naginata aiming it at tentacle #5. Her hatred for these creatures showed in her face, or to be more exact her hatred for sexual parasites. These creatueres did not have sex for love, fun, or for needs of the body. They have sex just because and that pisses this Kitsune off. She takes a swing at the fucking bastard parasite and hopes it burns in hell.

*Fumiko swings her Naginata at the Tentacle in hopes it burst into flames.*

[Lynxy]

"Gar Yol" Camilla says as flames burst from the blade of her sword. She Then focuses her energy, pooling it into the weapon for a Hideous Blow and takes her time to choose the perfect swing and wait for the monster [#8] to get in the way so that she didn't risk taking Kal's head off. She would either kill this thing, or kill some grass.

[Meep Meepersons]

Blue: Miraculeously, you striek the beast WITHOUT hurting it's captor. You cut away one of the tentacles, but that doesn't seem to hamper it's actions much. 7 Damage to #5

Kitty: Your blade strikes true, and you sever one of the tentacles, unfortunately, that's all you do. The wounded tentacles quickly closes up, the spray of goo lasting but a moment as the wound nubs over. 8 damage to #3

Lynxy: You bide your time, and just as you think there is a chance, you swing your blade. Your blade hits the dirt and simply destroys the ground instead, flinging dirt and grass about.


Everyone: Just as you think things couldn't be any worse, A beam of light comes crashing down from the heavens. A massive thunder clap following it. The beam strikes Marisa directly, bathing her in the strong force behind the mysterious light. Lynxy: Temporary Blindness. ToG: Temporarily Blurred Vision. Gory: Temporary Blurred Vision. The beam lasts for a good few seconds. And when it finishes, the tentacle critters on Marisa and Kal are gone without a trace. The dirt around Marisa is scorched and the grass is gone as well.

Sanaki: Unconscious: You find yourself in a white space, no floor, no walls, no ceiling. You briefly think you are dead, and remember getting slashes. You then think of how cliche this scene was, having read several scenarios like this in books as a child. Then suddenly, in your mind, you hear the anodyne that is the voice of your Deity. You can't make out all she says to you, as your vision darkens. But you manage to make out a few words. *pming them to you* Suddenly you awake on the battlefield, your vision blurred for a moment before coming back to focus. You look around to find nothing much has changed, except you are laying in a small creator, burnt to a crisp. the beasts holding you and Kal are gone from site. But what really shocks you, is your equipment is gone! Save for your whip, which lays on the ground before you. You are naked, and whats more, your skin is visibly darker! But you resolve right now is not the time to admire your new skin, more pressing matters are at hand. Still, a twinge in your chest and shoulder blades pricks at the back of your mind as you focus on the tasks at hand. You are on your feet, fully healed. A scar across your chest is visible to all who care to look. From above your left breast, across, and under your right breast. Hey! Your tits weren't slashed open! Lucky~

Marisa had never expected tentacles monsters to sprout up within the forest clearing, they appeared suddenly and without warning catching many of the other members off-guard including her, before she had much time to register what was going one she was pulled from her bear and flipped upside-down watching the scene unfold in the tentacle's favor, she desperately struggled to be released so she could help her friends only to find her arms and legs immobile by the plant-life.

As she saw the image of her goddess running towards her she knew she had been save clearly blessed to be so fortunate to be saved by- her train of thought stopped as she saw the blade rend open her chest blooding spewing out from the wound as the tentacles released her dropping her onto the ground as unconsciousness began overtaking she only wished she could have done more in the name of her goddess.

She awoke in a bright room, was it a room? everything was white no ceiling or walls not even a solid surface Marisa felt weightless in the void everything from her head to her toes were numb no sensation in them in the slightest, her mind began coming to the conclusion that she was dead, was that truly her fate? to be slain by the image of her goddess? Before she could come to terms with being dead a voice boomed from all around her and even with no indication of who may be speaking Marisa knew it was her goddess, despite her efforts she couldn't pinpoint the voice it seemed like it was everywhere but more so focused in her mind, and oddly enough reminded her of the stories in the books she read; she tried her best to hear each word spoken to her but only coming up with three that she understood, before she had time to ponder what the words meant her vision darkened.

Marisa's eyes shot open taking time to adjust to her surroundings, she recognized the battlefield where she had fallen but where she use to lay in the foliage was now a small crater, bringing a hand to her head she tried rubbing her eyes clear finding her once pale skin now a darkened color, it was, beautiful she wanted to examine it further but the sounds of battle and movement brought her back to the real world, her friends! running up and out of the crater she examined the scene before her, what should she do!? what could she do- a perverse smile crossed her lips, she knew exactly what to do as her limbs began moving on their own, with one arm she motioned to Akiko leaping a top her she brought attention to her self before moving an hand to her white hair pushing it back and holding the back of her head she leaned back running her other hand towards her pussy pushing them slightly into her sex before spreading it wide open "Run you stupid plants, flee!" she commanded (Rebuke plants) laughing at them for even opposing her in the first place.
