Julia pauses her game and looks up at the lady. She notices the manhunt that is about to happen and continues to play her game.

Ruben shuffles through the hall, sleepy, yawning and rubbing his eyes. "Why didn't i bother to look where we had class..?" He asked himself, looking a a crossroads in hallways. "I'm not sure if i'm lost or not... thats how lost i am..." He sweatdropped, looking to the left and right. "I'm sure i saw that painting before... or didn't i? Argh, its too early for this nonsense!"

[Taria]

When Suddenly
Ruben bumps into Yoku's spirit companion, Kera. She stares at him blankly with her big 'ole eyes. As if to accentuate the awkwardness of the situation Kera lets out a deep frog's croak.

While in class
Yoku smiles at everyone and begins to lecture. "Today is a very important day for all you novices!" She announces gleefully.

[Gorbaz]

Lyn leans forward in her seat, resting on her desk but still facing forward. She didn't care much about introductions - she wanted to get straight into it!

As Kera stared at him blankly, Ruben simply returns the blank stare. A couple moments later his lips curled up and slowly a grin carved his face; before suddenly laughing out loud. "W-what of sound was that, missus?" He laughed, "That was hilarious! D-do it again!"

[Taria]

Kera pulls out some thick looking leather straps and cords out of her kimono... seriously, who carries this stuff around? "You're coming with me." She murmurs softly.

"Eh...?" Ruben asked, his laugh quickly dissapearing. "M-missus, what are you intend to do with those..? Also, what other stuff do you hide in there, if i may ask..?" He leaned to the side to give a glance at her kimono, before coughing and stopping. "I-uh, i got lost. I don't know which class i'm supposed to be in; could you help me?"

[Taria]

"That's what I'm here for." Kera explains calmly as she sets her tools by her side and gestures for Ruben to follow. "This way." She begins leading him back to class.

Claire sets down her book and looks up at the teacher. She sits up straight and grabs out a pencil.

Julia shuts down her game and takes out her "laptop" (what I'm calling it for now.) And gets ready to type

"Ah, alright.." Ruben muttered, shrugging and following Kera. "So missus, what's your story..? Are you one of the teachers around here? If so, what kind of subject are you teaching us? You don't happen to be late for class as well, do you?"

[Taria]

Back in class
Yoku asks, "Now... who can tell me about spirit companions?"

But in the hallways
Kera leads Ruben closer to the classroom, remaining mostly silent. "I'm Miss Tawinaka's life partner."

[Gorbaz]

Lyn keeps her hand down, partly because she wanted to see what other people knew

"Life partner..? Of that big-breasted woman..? You mean, you two are a couple -have a thing together..? Wow, i never would've thought... congrats, missus; that decision must've made a whole bunch of possible suiters cry themselves to sleep at night" Ruben ended grinning. He looked around casually as he followed the woman, looking for anything interesting before he got dragged into class and got forced to pay attention

Julia raises her hand a little. (Barely visible).
(Random guess time)

[Taria]

Kera glares at Ruben with apathy. "It's not like that." She says, not really explaining anything as she pushes him into the classroom. Yoku points to the girl named Julia as she calls on her. "Yes, you?"

"What..? Its okay to be a lesbian! At least you're not afraid of your own sexuality! I mean, its great that you and that big-breasted woman have feelings for each other; the world would -" suddenly, Ruben realizes he has been shoved into a classroom and that everyone present could hear him, and looks around stunned "...be a better place... Uh... Hi class..?"

[Gorbaz]

Lyn saw Ruben get shoved into the room and immidiatly facepalmed. "Ugh. Stupid boy..." she mattered to herself

"Umm... I guess it's a paranormal being that follows you wherever you go?" Julia says. In a unsure tone.

[Taria]

Yoku giggles lighthardedly as she says, "It's hardly paranormal." And Kera walks over to stand by her side, leaving Ruben to find a seat himself. "Spirit companions, such as my companion here..." Yoku lectures, "are spiritual beings. While they mostly retain a human form, their true is quite different."
