[Paradox]

"Aw, but he's fun when he's on LSD," she said, pouting.

"Oh, don't listen to her, she has a ten foot pole up her ass," Spike said, "By the way, Cinder, this is my childhood friend Theresa, Teri, this is Cinder."

"Hi," said Teri, waving with her index and middle finger up, the other two fingers around halfway up, "Nice to meet you, and I'm sure you're not as bad as this numbskull says," she said, nudging him with her elbow.

Cinder gave a wave back in reply, seeming staid in face of Spike's insult until she decided to shoot back:

"I couldn't name all the things that have probably been up his."

She then added after a pause:

"But I'm pleased to meet you, Teri. Spike has been reluctant to accept my advice."

Teri giggled at her joke, "I don't think anything, but good one. I like you."

"Wait... Was that.... A joke?!?! Oh my god, you have a sense of humor!" he said it seriously do as to piss Cinder off.

Cinder stepped back into the room, tilting her head in Spike's direction.

"Believe it or not." she said simply.

"I'm good with emotions, yeah? Happiness, rage, sorrow, lust, fear..." she added.

"Lust? You?!" Spike started laughing so hard that he fell onto the floor.

"I think that Spike doesn't think of you as a person who would ever have sex," Teri giggled, poking Spike's belly with her foot.

Cinder could sympathize with Spike's incredulity, a bit. She took another sip of her wine and took off her headguard, setting it on the table and letting her odd green hair flit about freely.

"Why not? Then again, I've never had sex." she said thoughtfully.

This only made Spike laugh harder.

"Well, it can be fun, as long as the guy isn't selfish about it like some of them are," Teri says grumpily.

"Stop grumbling about your ex already, I get it, he's an ass, I don't need to be reminded constantly," Spike says.

"Yeah, alright," she responds, looking a bit frustrated

Cinder could see that the conversation had tumbled into a touchy subject. She didn't have really much out of the ordinary (well, that is, Cinder's level of "ordinary") on Teri in any database and it didn't feel appropriate or even relevant to pry into their personal lives.

"Should I leave? This seems to be personal." she questioned Teri.

[Paradox]

"No, it's fine," Teri said, giggling a little, "But thanks for being so considerate," she kicked Spike lightly.

"Hey!" Spike complained.

Cinder smiled a little when Teri kicked Spike. Join the club. She wasn't to keen on beating the dragon kid up, honestly but the way he had been acting he was practically begging for it.

"I see. Do you two have any plans for today that I should know about?" she questioned, taking off her heavy gauntlets. Her regular fists were powerful enough to deal with whatever threats these two might have posed, and the likelihood of someone charging in with a weapon was pretty low right now.

"Not with you shadowing me," Spike said glumly, getting back up on the couch.

"I was planning to tease the hell out of Spike," Teri said, grinning.

Cinder shook her head at Spike. Heh, seems like Teri could do her job for her.

"That's a load off me. I do that too." she said to Teri.

"You should have seen him earlier. He was mad with...lust." she remarked, tapping her temple with a finger as she recalled how mad with desire Spike had become when she had removed some of her uniform to cool down.

[Paradox]

"N-no I wasn't!" Spike's blatant lie of a denial was accompanied with shifty eyes and deep blush.

Teri giggled, slipping off her boots, "Now don't lie, Spike, or I'll just make it worse," she grinned evilly.

Talking with Teri looked like the easiest way to poke at Spike, so she went on with little consideration for the dragon kid's denial:

"I couldn't keep him off me. I had to throw him out of the room and tell him to take a walk so he wouldn't do something he'd regret." she recounted.

"Then I told him to do it himself. 'But it's not as fun that way', he whines." she continued.

Spike was getting even more flustered, Teri kept giggling, enjoying how flustered Spike was getting.

Cinder stretched her arms over her head.

"I didn't quite understand it, either. I found some nice pictures in his bedroom just earlier, so it's not like he doesn't do it all the time." she said.

"But if he plays nicely, then I should reward him later, right? That's what humans do?" she asked thoughtfully to Teri, rubbing her chin.

Spike blushes even more deeply about the pictures, and Teri giggled more, saying "Yes, that is what humans do, though you can decide just how good he has to be," she placed a hand on his thigh, still giggling.

"That's good...I'll definitely keep that in mind." Cinder said, looking to Spike.

"So, before Spike gets a nosebleed, what's your agenda for now?" she questioned, changing the subject for Spike's sake. She was noticeably more relaxed right now. Her personality was as volatile as ever. Programming glitch, maybe?

[Paradox]

Spike looked thankful, "I'm going to get dressed, and then I'm not sure what, normally I would cause some mischief," he says, not sure what to do."

Teri giggled, "We can go do some stuff, numbskull, now go get some clothes on."

Spike went into his room to get dressed.

Cinder hardly objected. "I was getting tired of sitting around here anyway." she said. She didn't put her headguard or gauntlets back on, and with her leg armor off...she looked precisely like a human.

She clicked a pair of slim black boots on and brushed a strand of hair out of her face.

"You've been friends for a long time?" she asked Teri.
