A soldier tried to look around towards where Alex was currently sitting.. But the window in front of him was pierced by a.. mysterious sharp object; dragging him out of the vehicle in one swift move.

Alex can clearly see that this is a hostile situation.. Getting to the driver's cabin would be wise by now.. Jenna seems to be having a pleasant dream too..

''THE HECK! DYLAN! DRIVER, GO FULL SPEED!'' The lucky soldier screamed out towards the driver's cabin before he was pulled out by another of the sharp objects.

Pilon Dome, The Flashy Dawn Mall

Jessie shook her head before nodding slightly; shortly before the lights of the store began to fade out. ''Mm.. What's going on?'' However, the whole power had gone down by the time she finished speaking.

Pilon Dome, Light-Speed Arcade

Before one of the two managed to move or press a button, anything electronic began to fade out and eventually shut off.. Kaythleen gasped and pulled her profile card out of the now quiet machine; heading towards the counter and placing it on her backpack.

''Weird..! Hey, not even by switching the direct up-link makes anything come back to life!'' Kaythleen said softly, although quite surprised by the fact that the lights weren't even coming back by switching the up-link on and off.

ALPHA BASE, Lunch Hall

The e-mail popped up as a rather -READ NOW- type before it filled Reaper's visor..

-Reaper, head over to the hangar; NOW!

Reaper jumped off the table, and sprinted outside of the lunch room. Trying to look for a hangar sign. But so far, he believes he knows where it is and heads there.

Alexandria threw Jenna down and ducked so she was no longer at window height. "Jenna wake the hell up!" She slaps her once and begins dragging and lifting her towards the driver's cabin. "What the hell is going on?!"

Ty immediately goes into combat mode when the lights cut out, just in case there was actually something wrong and it wasn't just a blackout. Pulls out his pistol hidden on his person and shouts out, "Blanc, get over to the Desserts and Yogurt pronto!", desperately wishing he'd stopped by the armory so he'd have more than his pistol, his knife, and his medical kit. You know, everything he could hide on his person without it seeming overly weird. He also thinks about getting private two-way com link between him and Blanc so he doesn't have to shout to her.

Jon lets out a nervous gulp. Simply by glancing out of the windows, he can tell that several other places in the area are out of electronic power, as well...and such a number of buildings blacking out like this, all at once, is nothing that simply happens..."_Shit..."

Recalling the mission that's led him here, Jon pulls out his SMG (out of his travel pack, I assume), and keeps his eyes trained on the windows while side-stepping up near Kaythleene. "Ms. FallingStar, I don't think this is the 'eviction squad'...I recommend you stay close to me." Realizing that she's likely spotted his weapon by now, he adds on: "And don't worry, I'm no rookie...in fact, I'm a specialist."He kneels down, motioning with his hand for Kaythleene to kneel down with him, and points his SMG forward, occasionally checking his corners. Whatever's heading for them, he's not about to just lay down and die.

ALPHA BASE, Hangar

Reaper can see that a group of well-armed soldiers are heading in his direction.. Without taking too much time, he and the others arrive at what he supposes is the hangar; having a Sgt. Alicia with her military cap turned sideways, her ponytail resting on her right shoulder.

''Alright, listen up! The power has just gone out in Pilon Dome! We've managed to track some seismic activity as well; besides getting a rather disturbing feed from the Northern outpost. I want to squads to head over there.. NOW! Take your gear and head inside a TURTLE, now go!''

As soon as she finished speaking.. The soldiers rushed towards the armory to prepare for a rather.. Mysterious reason..

Pilon Dome, Flashy Dawn Mall - Light-Speed Arcade

Blanc arrived in a matter of less than seven seconds, panting quietly while looking up at Ty; her eyes lighting up the whole place in a beautiful light blue. ''W-What's going on, Ty?'' She asked in a fearful voice, making a frown with her pixel-like lips.

Jessie apparently was talking with the staff members about what was going on.

Claire you find yourself in the mall, sitting on a bench with apparently lots of people talking about the current lack of power; everything is pitch black except for the dim emergency lights and neon-lights.

Kaythleen pulled her backpack behind her back and stared at Jon's SMG with shocked eyes, nodding and getting down; crouching over to where he was while looking around with a frown. ''What is going on?''

TURTLE M.S.T.C, Passenger Area

Jenna cried out in pain while grabbing her cheeks, groaning quietly before glaring at Alex with a rather sheepish smile; which is changed into a frown as Alex carried her towards the driver's cabin. ''~W-Whaaat.. Iiiss.. Goooiiing.. On...?'' She asked rather sleepily while yawning.

The pilot would be steering back and forth as the light-weight vehicle began to 'dance' on the snow, making him grunt every time he'd get near the beasts. ''Damn 'perros! Why are you going after 'mi nave!'' The young man cried out as he had a rather Spanish accent, not looking back at Alex and Jenna. ''It's t-them! Get in here and close the damn 'puerta!''

Reaper already having what he needed gave Alicia a sly look. And tried to stay by her side till she entered the TURTLE

"I'm not 100% sure yet, but I thought it'd be better to have you here instead of wandering around in case something goes down." Ty says, keeping his gun at the ready and peeking around the corner of the exit to get a better look at what's going on outside the shop. "Blanc, you got a light?"

Jon quickly but carefully filters through his full-content response in his head, sorting out the more "sensitive" information, then tells Kaythleene: "Nothing good...I can't discuss the details, but let's just say that a whole dome doesn't just blackout like this without some serious crap going south." He double-checks his corners, then decides that the hostiles he's expecting must not be here just yet...which means that they have time to reach the nearest shelter.

"Right now, we need to get to a more secure location. Whatever happens, stay with me...I'll keep you safe." He then cautiously crouch-walks up to the door, takes a quick look to make sure there's nothing nasty waiting on the other side, and (assuming the coast is indeed clear) motions for Kaythleen to move up while he gets it open manually (I'm guessing electronics operate the doors, too).

"we're being attacked two are already dead." I drag under into the driver cabin and close the door behind us. "I can't bloody do anything here."

Blanc blinked as if she was asked a rather dumb question, looking up at Ty with a giggle. ''Brother, do I have lights?'' She said in a childish voice while her eyes lit up high enough to make two cylindrical light-sources light up Ty's face.

Kaythleen gave a slight nod, not really aware that anything bad could happen; following him while he manually opened the arcade's double doors. ''Um.. Why are we doing all of this if.. It's just a black out?'' She asked quietly while tip-toeing outside and crouching against a hover car parked on the street-side of the sidewalk.

ALPHA BASE, Hangar

Alicia raised an eyebrow and patted Reaper's chest, heading inside the TURTLE vehicle while already wearing her light armor. There would be a seat left, being right next to Alicia's as she seemed to be having a hand against her face; sighing quietly before placing on her security belt.

If Reaper was careful, he could have gotten a nice view of Alicia's behind stretching just fine as she climbed up on the TURTLE'S back.. Of course, he would have been marked as a perv by Alicia if she had seen him; which she didn't.

TURTLE M.S.T.C, Passenger Area

The Pilot shook his head and pushed on the gas, making the vehicle go a tad faster as they roughly went off some snow hills. ''That's not GOOD to know, but fine! You could manually use the turret's controls on my right; just be quick, 'chica! We don't have 'tiempo for your rants!'' He said with a bit of a mock-like tone.

Jenna was apparently seated on the co-pilot's seat, putting on the safety belt while glaring at Alex with worried eyes.

Ty facepalms as soon as the rather stupid question flies from his lips. "Forget I ever asked that. Just shine them outside the shop so I can see anything coming." he says in a voice that sounds like he's currently regretting his stupidity.

"Fuck you, keep it fucking steady if you can." Alex grabs manual control of the turret and begins firing anything scary and looks like it wants to destroy and kill anyone on the boat."

"That's my point: chances are, this isn't just a black-out. Certain details are classified...most of them to avoid panic...but let's just say there's some very nasty guys outside the dome, and if they get inside, things are going to get very hectic, very fast." Jon tries his best to keep the sensitive info under wraps, but it's hard to explain the situation without risking Kaythleene panicking out of her mind. He has a certain intuition about these things, and even if it is wrong right now, they'll lose far less here if it is, as opposed to a critical live-or-die situation.

With them outside, however, there are more angles they could be attacked from, and his little magnum isn't going to cut it against a group. With that in mind, he re-holsters his pistol, and pulls out the SMG. He also keeps the gun held in such a way that he can access his machete swiftly, if needed. Those "things" are quite potent up close, but any melee weapon is still better than none. His pace is moderate, trying to keep a good speed, but allowing Kath (yes, I'm calling Kaythleene that from now on) to keep up sufficiently.

Reaper sat next to her casually. He gave Alicia a smirk, then just looked around the TURTLE.

ALPHA BASE, Hangar ~ On board TURTLE 001.

Sgt. Alicia raised an eyebrow at Reaper before raising her left middle finger, turning away from him to yell out an order. ''Transports are loaded! Head out to Pilon Dome, now!'' She yelled as a few soldiers covered their ears, others remained as still as water can be. The TURTLE's were basically on the move by now, having left by the hangar's massive sliding doors as they were currently moving across the snow plains.

TURTLE M.S.T.C., Driver's Cabin

The driver began to chuckle at Alex's choice of words, smirking behind his visor while running over one of the beasts with a rather lewd 'squuuiiissshhh'.

Alexandria would be lucky enough to shoot about two of such beasts.. They were rapid, deadly and apparently were now disappearing into the snow as she kept shooting them down... The pilot would give Alex's face a glance before his eyes gave her figure a rather free look. ''So, 'chica.. Ever heard about what a lovely way of shooting you have there?'' He said while turning back to the job at hand before she even spotted him looking at her; grunting after he had forced the TURTLE to go over a small rock in the snow.

Pilon Dome, Flashy Dawn Mall - Light-Speed Arcade

Blanc giggled like a little schoolgirl as she looked towards the outside of the shop, 'blinking' several times while sighing in boredom.

A well-fitted security officer would walk in with a bloody shoulder, frowning at all of them. ''Get to the evac shuttles people.. NOW!''

Kaythleen shivered and gulped a bit loudly, staying crouched and following Jon as a couple of people were already heading out to the streets or looking out their windows in surprise to the black out. ''N-Nasty guys outside the dome? W-What do you mean? S-See! There's people outside! It's saf..''

Her voice was momentarily replaced by a gasp as a beast.. Of some sort, let out a screech and quickly made mince meat of a man standing in front of a crowd.

Panic would ensue.. Screams, people running.. It seems there weren't anymore around.. But by now, Jon could notice that guns, BIG guns were going off somewhere.. Seems this guy sneaked his way somehow and managed to get this far into the city..

Reaper held on tight, not really trusting this huge transport not to go down.

Ty turns to the patrons and staff of the shop and says, "Well, what are you waiting for? Get to evac ASAP." he makes sure to keep his voice down now that he's 100% certain there's an enemy in the vicinity. He then turns to Jessie and says with a smile, "Oh, and thanks for the frozen yogurt. I'll definitely have to try it again." He then pulls the security officer to the side so that everyone else can escape and asks, "So what's the situation?", making sure his pistol's trained on the outside of the shop to give cover fire for the civilians if need be.

Alex too fixed on gunning down anything she could see didn't see him looking at her her face a mask of determination. "No i haven't. Explain how my way of shooting is lovely if you don't mind." She continues to look for targets barely giving anything else another thought but the conversation could at least be a mental distraction. "Jenna how's it going over there?"

"Oh shit..." Jon wanted to shout that out, but his better judgment reduced it to a far lower volume. He then turns around to look at Kath, and says: "Kath, get out of here. Head for the nearest evac station, and keep a low profile while you go there. I'll cover you."

Once she heads out, he pulls out his SMG, takes cover behind the wall that will give him the best cover, takes careful aim while keeping his visual exposure minimal, and fires a short burst into the creature's leg. He knows that once it hears and/or feels that shot, the beast is going to come running straight for him, so it's better to deal a little damage to a limb it needs for the speed. Of course, that also means that he'll have nothing to lose with a taunt, so he shouts: "Try me on for size, you pansy turd-bucket!!" while firing more short controlled bursts as it charges him (assuming it actually does that). He may want to bring the menace down, but he's not going to just let it run up to him, either...and he's ready to whip out the Konami machete if it comes to CQC.
