The painting comes of the wall without a problem. There is nothing but a normal wall behind it. Turning around to see about the door behind her, she finds that Aria has already entered the room.

Sitting down and reading, Sebastian gets a quick look at the cover. The book is named "Botanical Beauty
Basilius Besler’s complete Hortus Eystettensis of 1613" and is apparently a book on flowers. It does not seem like a good read at this time.

Walking into the room completely, Aria reals the light source to be another crystal, this one affixed to the ceiling. Besides the things she had seen earlier, the room also contains a sofa and another door opposite the one she came in.

The room itself seems to be empty and there seems to be no way to get to the floor above and on to the balconies from what she can see. She does however find the mechanism for lowering the chandeliers behind two curtains on opposite sides of the room.

AN: (When searching/looting a room, be specific in how you go about it. Like if you wish to inspect walls, you can knock on them to see if they're hollow or not, attempting to find a piece there it's different. You can look on the underside of chairs, inside the vases. Get creative, but simply saying you are looking around the room won't do much. You have to be throughout.)

Amber moves around the room looking around,trailing her fingers along the wall idly. She liked the carpet in this room. It was blue and made her feel pretty relaxed to look at it. And that crystal was very pretty. Looked a little high to reach comfortably though.. She took a look at the fireplace for a moment. Peering extra close at the back of it to see what she could find,"Aria..! Could you kindly dive into that couch like a college kid looking for spare change? I bet we find more stuff than those other nerds." She said giggling a little. She was gonna treat this like a game. And she liked to win.

"If you insist. Do you think we'll find a clue~?"
Aria wiggled her fingers when she said that, getting a sort of 'Scooby Doo' vibe from the place. Haunted mansion or not, it wasn't being too spooky.
Yet.
She got to her knees, probably flashing Amber in the process, and reached under the couch to see if there was anything under. After that she would lift the pillows from it to see what was there.

A little disappointed, Sebastian closed the book and left the room to re-enter the corridor. As every one explored their respective rooms, the young man decided to check the last room on the left. As he entered, Sebastian rubbed his shoulders. He was starting to feel a bit nippy. But the underwear was cute.

Those controls were worthy of note, but Willow felt no need to fiddle with them right now. Instead, she decided to take a closer look at the paintings and vases, as she did like art a little. Unfortunately, her knowledge of art itself was limited at best. After she was done, she decided to leave through the door she entered from. She turns north in the hall so she can keep parallel with the group. Willow enters the first door on her left.

(Yeah, I was just trying to get a better understanding of the room in general. I didn't even know there were curtains to look behind until just now.)

As Amber trails her finger along the wall, she realizes that the walls are spot free with not even a speck of dust or dirt on them. The quick look at the fireplace reveals a small set of fireplace tools handing on the side of the fireplace. Only three of the five hooks have a tool still on them. Peering in the back only reveals that the fireplace is completely clean, almost as if it has never been used. There is also no firewood near the fireplace. Aria seems to listen to her as she begins inspecting the couch, her short skirt turning upwards as she crouches, revealing to Amber that she is not wearing any panties if Amber happens to be looking in her direction.

Crouching, Aria feels slightly colder around her exposed nether area as she reaches under the couch. Aria's hand finds something on the surprisingly dust free floor. Picking it up and bringing it out into the light shows it to be a gold coin of unknown origin. Looking under the pillows reveals only a crumbled paper.

Sebastian sees Sadja standing in front of the window as he enters the hall, she seems to be starring intently at something. She shivers lightly, probably due to her lack of properly covering clothing. Entering the new room, Sebastian finds himself in a study. There is a writing table with a chair and table lamp, a bookcase along the southern wall and two windows along the west wall. The room's floor is wooden and seems to be missing a carpet. There is a crystal mounted on each side of the door. Both of them are white and illuminate the room quite well.

Willow finds all the paintings represent some landscape or other. All of the vases are found to be empty. Ans she travels along the hall and opens the door, she steps into a small livingroom where she sees Amber and Aria.

Sorry for the late update. I've been busy as well as sick. Also, none of the loot found has to be picked up, therefore the loot you choose to keep should be stated that it is kept in the next post, otherwise it will remain in the room.

Amber feels her face scrunch up a bit in involuntary thought and confusion,"What the...? This is completely clean. All of it.. no dust. No soot. What did you find Aria?" Amber asked as she turned back to look and got a good look at her friend's rump and nethers,"Mmm... Um. I'm still not sure how to feel about everyone's lack of pants.." She said mostly to herself, grabbing her new poker from the set of tools and heading over to see what Aria had found, putting her hand on her butt teasingly as she got there.

Sebastian pasted Sadja as he entered the new room. What was she looking at? He wondered.

He entered into the room to see more books and more crystals. "Another reading room huh?" Sebastian said as he walked towards the writing table. He checked to see if there were any drawers or notes. Turning to the crystals by the door, Sebastian wondered if the crystals were hot, so he brought hid hand close to one of them to feel any heat. Finally there was the bookcase. Skimming past the books, the young man looked for anything that stood out.

Willow entered the living room where she saw her fellow guests "investigating" before her.

"Hey," she stated, letting them know that she was there, "There's a ballroom just that way, but I couldn't find anything interesting or useful. Though, it does seem that there's at least a second floor here. Have either of you found anything important? Or should I give the both of you a bit more time?"

Aria flinched feeling the hand on her ass, but noticing that it was Amber... well, she decided to let it slide for the time being.
She pulled her hand out from the shockingly clean couch and held her prize aloft.
"A coin. Looks nice, can't tell if it's actually worth anything. Also there's no dust under there, so someone would have had to clean this place up before we got here."

Hearing Willow's voice, Aria stood up and flashed a wink towards Amber. Hopefully she got a nice feel.
"I found a coin, other than that jack shit."

The writing table has three drawers as well as a cup of cold tea on top of it. Checking the drawers (I'm assuming Sebastian would check them before moving on) Sebastian found them empty besides a letter opener and what appears to be a glass lantern. The glass supposed to contain the flame however is replaced with a blue crystal. Sebastian can't help but feel a little bit uncomfortable looking at the crystal lantern.

Walking over to one of the crystals mounted on the wall, Sebastian brought his hand close to one to see if they were giving off any heat. However, even upon touching it, the crystal seemed not to give off any heat. As Sebastian's hand touched the crystal, it stopped glowing. Touching it again turned it on.

Satisfying his curiosity with the crystals, Sebastian walked over to the bookcase and began looking around to see if anything particular stood out. However, he can only conclude that the books seem to vary greatly in what language they were written in. Out of the few titles he could read, the only one really standing out was a book called "Enchanting Alchemy".

Since players have now acquired additional objects besides their starting gear, inventories will from now on be included in every post. Also,looted items will not be shown to have magical properties, even if they do have them until they're discovered either by accidental use or are examined properly. Examination can be done by attempting to sense the supernatural aura of an object or location using Spiritual awareness. If you wish to examine an object for spiritual presence using Spiritual Awareness... you'll have to try and figure it out in character.

"Everything is clean.. that's.. that doesn't make any sense. All of it." She winks back at Aria and hefts her new poker as pouts her lip slightly in thought," Hmm.. let's try and find the second floor then. Maybe something cool is up there! Hold on to that cool coin.. maybe it has a use we don't know yet. This whole place is starting to give me the creeps.." Amber said with a frown and went back through the door towards the ballroom to look for that staircase.

It probably wasn't a good idea to drink something that was just sitting out in the open. Leaving the tea, Sebastian instead takes the Letter opener and Blue crystal lantern. It was also nice to know how these crystals actually worked. Searching the bookcase, the young man was disappointed he didn't find any type of secret packages or anything. Though he did find a interesting book. Taking the Enchanting Alchemy book and placed it in his backpack.

With the room explored, Sebastian returned to the hall and approached Sadja. Looking out the same window she was, Sebastian asked "Did you see something new out their?".

Aria held the coin up in the light for closer inspection, before holding tight to it. The lack of pockets on her was pissing her off.
She followed along with the other two.
"No doubt there's a second floor. I think checking that out too is a good idea, yeah. But first..."

In the main corridor, Aria cupped her hands around her mouth and shouted towards where she last saw the others go.
"OI! WE FOUND PRETTY MUCH JACK, US THREE ARE GONNA FIND A WAY UPSTAIRS!"

Willow was about to follow the others to the stairs when she saw how frustrated Aria was getting with no place to store anything.

"Hold up a second, I'll be right back," she said. Willow ran off back to the starting point to grab the bags that had initially held all of their gear. They might be cumbersome, but they are still far more convenient than trying to carry everything themselves. Afterwards, she returned to the other two girls and passed them out. She was now ready to move on up stairs.

Stepping out into the hallway and looking both ways reveals that there is a staircase going up at the both ends of the corridor. As Willow leaves to get the bags from before to let everyone carry anything they find, Aria cups her hands and shouts into the corridor. "OI! WE FOUND PRETTY MUCH JACK, US THREE ARE GONNA FIND A WAY UPSTAIRS!". Soon after Sadja appears. After that, Willow returns with the backpacks formerly left behind.

Having made his way back out into the corridor where Sadja stood, Sebastian sees her still standing in the same place. Turning around at Sebastian's question, she revealed tears in her eyes and a fear struck expression. Nodding, she pointed out the window before speaking. "L-look out there, by the far right shore of the pond." She told him with a shaky voice, apparently distraught enough to no longer be covering her lower parts. Before Sebastian could do so however, Aria's shout could be heard. "OI! WE FOUND PRETTY MUCH JACK, US THREE ARE GONNA FIND A WAY UPSTAIRS!" Sadja jumps slightly from the sudden shout before seemingly snapping out of it. Drying her tears with the end of her scarf, she once again covers herself, blushing a little at remembering Sebastian having seen her like that before following the shout back to Aria, Willow and Amber.

Soon after the shout, Sadja comes out from the same room Aria and the others had been in. After that, Willow returns with the backpacks formerly left behind.

While in the room containing the left behind bags, Willow hears Aria shouting "OI! WE FOUND PRETTY MUCH JACK, US THREE ARE GONNA FIND A WAY UPSTAIRS!" the shout echoing a little through the mansion. As Willow returns to the others, she sees that Sadja is already there.

Sebastian is taken aback by Sadja's tears. When he heard Aria shout, he turned back and replied. "GO ON!, I'LL BE THERE IN A SECOND". He said. Pressing his hands against the window, he tries to get a better look at what Sadja was looking at along the far right shore. What was it that spooked her so much?

Amber turns left and decides to head up those stairs keeping an eye out for anything suspicious along the walls or just in general. Something had finally tripped her paranio hard and she wasn't going to push it back into its place. Something was afoot and she was going to get to the bottom of it. She peeked over her shoulder,"Come on. This way. Gonna figure this out."

Willow followed Amber and the others to the stairway and gazed upward into the unknown. Amber seemed rather determined all of a sudden, and Willow was content with following for now. They were now joined by Sadja as well, who looked unnerved. Everyone was getting more tense. And maybe it was everyone else being on edge getting to her, but she was starting to feel like something bad was looming over their shoulders. She took out her pen and held it tightly in her hand.

"Lead the way," she said to Amber, "this is starting to pique my curiosity."
