Well.. do what I did. Copy the basic concept but change the setting. The Polecat is basically just the massage parlour but with a slight twist. You could easily copy this concept over onto a new setting, like... I don't know... a facility where human trafficking agents (slave traders) break their new slaves (specifically the ones who are going to be sex slaves) before shipping them off across the world? Same basic concept with a slight twist.
