Mizuki watched Yuuko walk towards the hill and turned her bike into silent mode, she was going to follow Yuuko and prepare for any back up requierd, "I'll leave you guys to decide whether you want to enter the city or not I'l go with Yuuko, if you guys do enter the city and don't come out in 24 hours we'll come get you if you change your minds let us know and we'll set off past the city."

Mzuki rode the bike in silent mode so it was hidden from view, then locked it up completely before walking up the hill and joining Yuuko, she laid down quietly and pulled her rifle up so she could peek through the lens into the city and get a better view of the lay out and guards. (Perception check Roll 1, and 2 both success (Perception 10))

You can see several armed guards patrolling over rooftops and through broken windows. It looks like the city has been fortified across the river
