The witch nodded her head and gave a welcome smile, dismissing the gathering farmers with a wave of her hand. "It would be my pleasure to escort you to our court, Kal" she said, looking around slightly to get a sense of bearing before pointing off in one direction. "It's this way. A good two or three day journey on foot and, as the sun is going down, we had best move swiftly if we want to make the most of what light we have left". She offered her hand to Kal to take, should she wish it, aiming to lead her as swiftly as she could towards their mutual destination
GARIAN
The captain of the guard looked on, his own features not betraying any hint of emotion. "We have had many mercenaries claiming to be 'well known' in their own parts and, normally I'd turn you away with no credentials other than them, but the Queen is quite desperate that her daughter be found, so I'll take your help, stranger" he said. Standing up, he gave a few short sharp words of battle-cant, and a young Doe stepped forward. "This is Corporal Shalefoot. She will accompany you on your search to ensure that, should you find her, nothing untoward happens to the Princess. Rest assured that, should she be found by another party, we would get a message to you, via her. I trust this is acceptable?" Corporal Shalefoot walked forward gracefully, her hazel fur glinting in the light as newly-washed, select sections of her form protected by highly cared-for half plate, with a simple woolen cloak for keeping out the elements clasped about her neck. A pair of spiked bucklers hung at her waist, their edges looking wickedly barbed
YAMATO YOSHIMITSO NO GOYEN

In the gathering gloom, several figures wrapped in dark cloth leapt down from the trees and emerged from hidden spots near ground foliage. They were of varying races, some felines, canines, and rodentia, but all wore similar garb and carried assortments of sharp swords and axes. "Bandits!" Nocturne hissed as one, obviously their leader given the armour plating strapped protectively over his arms and chest. They must have seen them coming!
"Well well. A Centaur and a stranger coming blundering into our woods" the big man rumbled at them. "Bad day for you to come through here, eh? Give up your valubles and we may let you go." His eyes lingered on Nocturne for a while. "After some fun, of course".
Visibly upset at such a concept, Nocturne simply lunged forward at the man, her fist swinging through the air but instead connecting with a minion. The sheer force of her coiled muscles was enough to snap the unfortunate minion's head back and send him sprawling to the ground, laying there in a heap. At a hand signal, the rest dived to attack them both
GINO and INARA
The attack knocks the man to the ground, but he is soon back up on his feet again, shield between himself and Gino in order to protect himself from further strikes. It appeared that he was a professional soldier as he kept moving, eyes locked on Gino and with his sword low, ready to make a strike. With a curse on her lips, Vittoria sprinted away at top speed, aiming to get lost within the nearby town streets. With a prime view of everything going on, Inara is more than capable of taking the man by surprise, going after the girl, or simply just leaving them all to their scuffle
