Maraethíèl rested in the the large pool of warm water within her room, that she herself had created by the help of her magic. It connected to a river running deep in the mountain. While the river was just barely warmer than the ice from which it originated, a little help from Azarea and her own magic kept it more than comfortable. Her sister in mind rested just across her, the large head just laying on the edge of the pool with her eyes closed. Both were quite exhausted by all the action they had during the last few months and now were hoping for a few moments of rest. She let her eyes wander across the room, now filled with antique furniture. Her room had been quite well decorated before, some would say that Mara would have become a talented sculptress, if she weren't called for greater things. At least she now had a large, comfortable bed to sleep in, not that she had much time to do so during the months since Nelren took over the order.
Close to the bed, that was partly concealed around the corner of the cave, were a few chairs and a table for her to eat, should she expect any guest. However she usually didn't receive guests here... It wasn't that she had a problem with the company of the other riders, in fact it was quite the opposite. She just preferred to leave and meet them in one of the open rooms and come back to her room to relax. Obviously Azarea felt likewise. The dragoness liked the open sky around the glaciers of North Autum, as she liked the riverlands to the south. But even a being of her might needed some rest and solace every now and than. The walls were decorated richly by her friends during her retreat from the order, during the time following the death of Selra. Gifts of either friendship or affection filled the cupboards and she valued them all. Her freshly cleaned clothes and dress laid on the bed, which was a few feet away from her now. Her armor and weapon was stored safely within a closet. She didn't feel like she needed them here ever.
However, maybe Mara should have made sure that her guests knocked before they entered.Soon, she heard the illusionary wall, which was quite real for anyone not proficient with water magic, open for a person to charge in. She quickly ducted beneath the clear surface of the water, which was only hiding anything, because of the thin lines of smoke rising from it. Azarea didn't even open her eyes fully, just catching a quick glimpse of the intruder, before closing them again. It's your friend 'Siha'... I think he might have something to tell you... oh, and maybe you should get yourself dressed before... Whoops, to late... , the dragoness let out a mental chuckle after her last words, not even thinking about finishing her sentence. She was like that sometimes, a little tease here, a nice joke there.
Mara kept her upper body beneath the water, only turning her her towards the 'door'. She covered her chest with her arms, while blushing slightly. She wasn't shy about her body or anything, but it was still quite the surprise. Her violet eyes traveled over his body for a second. He was just as graceful and swift as an elf, yet there was something... different about him. It wasn't his demeanor really, but something else entirely. However that wasn't a bad thing, at least not for Mara. Azarea kept herself out of the encounter, instead using what little time she had to rest herself, before the two of them would go out to fight again. Her white, long hair hung lazily over her shoulders, dripping from the fresh water as she looked over to Siha kindly.
"Um... Hello Siha. Yes, I like it very much, thank you. Um... could you turn around for a moment, please?", Mara's voice was calm and soft as usual. She somehow found a liking in this initiate. Even more so, as he respected her ancestry as one of the elves. She didn't mind the other Riders just calling her "Mara", but it was nice to have one of her own call her by her real name for a change. She silently waited for him to turn away, keeping her eyes on him for the whole time.
