Luna looked over at Emile as she listened to the chatter on com. "Since when are we 'Team Alpha', Emile? I mean, we should have at least asked the others, if they... argh! Alright, whatever" For just a moment, she closed her eyes to paint a mental picture of the situation. Indeed, if you are cultured to be a perfect warrior, that is one of the most... helpful qualities, when working together. In her mind, she ran through the reports of Fort Augustine, she had read on her way here, combining them with the ways, the others were about to take, as Jessica, Emile and herself entered through the main door. While she ran through those scenarios, she gripped her weapon harder with two hands, aiming it at the main corridor. She heard the shots coming from another part of the building, than the other two others bursting through the roof.
With an audible clicking sound, she changed the setting of her machine gun to automatic fire and along with it to common munition. Being a bit crazy about her weapons, Luna had convinced one of the mechanics working at the main base to install some extras to it. Such as an extra space for another sort of ammo to be included and switched to. In this case it was her favorite sort of ammo, explosive one. Though they rarely have a terrible kind of malfunctioning at the worst time, exploding in the barrel of the weapon. So for Luna's safety, which she cared less for than the safety of those around her, the mechanic made sure that the other ammo could only be fired in semi-automatic mode. You could elect not to fire, should you bullet get stuck in the barrel and if you are quick enough, you could remove it, before it exploded. However, this sort of destruction was quite unnecessary against the small mutants, especially within the building. "Even thought they are coming, we should better be going to look through the base. Even with Veci, Mex and Noelle on the outside, we shouldn't stay here for to long. Maybe there are still a few survivors deeper in the base that need our help. Even if not, I don't want these monsters to gnaw at my sweets!", Luna's voice sounded quite serious, compared to her usual chatter. At least until she turned to the last few words... The visor in front of her eyes increased the light in the room, so the few rays of sunlight from the outside would be enough for Luna to see normally. She was ready to move forward, yet waited for Jessica and Emile to agree or disagree with her plan, keeping her machine gun at the ready for any mutant that would dare to get in front of her weapon. Prepared to blast it to shreds with a salve of lead.
